I've been here two days in a row. The place smells bad and is very warm. I suspect that one thing might have to do with the other. The open kitchen/prep area is dirty. I let it go yesterday but nothing about the situation was better today. I've never seen more disinterested and clearly miserable people working in a service industry business. According to the sticker on my order, Bria was the cashier two days in a row. This young woman should not be in any customer facing role. I think this apparently thriving business which had five people working on a Monday afternoon needs some cleaning, maintenance and customer service training. And I would address this directly with the business, which is a franchise, but there is no way to do so. Broken link on the site. That needs maintenance too. The smoothie was very good though. I would never order food here. Edit: I should have looked at other reviews before posting mine. There seem to be consistencies and over a long period of time. Order: Caribbean jerk chicken wrap My one and only favorite wrap from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It comes with rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, roasted pineapple salsa, romaine lettuce and a jerk sauce. I usually get mine without the black beans because I don't like beans. My favorite part of the wrap is the pineapple salsa. It's soo freaking good. I usually have my order doordashed to me, and on a couple of occasions I've received the wrong side items or the person making my order completely forgets the sides altogether. On a side note, their smoothies are pretty good too. A downfall is they only offer one size smoothies. I like options and sometimes I can't finish a whole smoothie in one sitting because it's soo large. And it's usually not good later on the day because it's all melted. read more

I usually never write reviews because I don't find it necessary when it's a small mishap or miscommunication, but I wanted to write a review so the owner would be aware of this. Sunday December 8th around 6:00pm I placed a pickup order for a smoothie. I double checked your hours to make sure you'd be open because I've made the mistake before. It's open so I placed the order and go. Once I get to the shop, the lights are off. I find that strange so I get out and try to open the door and it's locked. I was really confused because it says you close at 8pm on Sundays and it was only 6:15-6:20 pm when I went to pick up. It's now Tuesday, I haven't had time to go to the store in person and ask for it to be made because I've been at work. I'm writing this review because my card was still charged $9.20 for a smoothie that wasn't even made. I understand things happen and whoever was closing that night might've had a family or medical emergency, but there was no sign saying "We closed early" or anything and the app ALLOWED me to place the order. Usually if a place is closed and you place an order after closing it will tell you "Order will be ready at 8am Monday" letting the customer know that if they place an order after close time, it won't be made until the next day when they open. read more

I love Tropical Smoothie, the other locations. This location wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I guess I was expecting more of the TS chain. I was not greeted at all and there where 3 employees that I made eye contact with. One was eating out front so I'm assuming she was on break so I'll give her a pass. One of the girls did stop what she was doing to ask for my order but she really struggled with what was available on the menu and what items were included in certain sandwiches.
