The past two time I've come here. I went through the drive thru and nobody answered. I then had to go in and order and asked them if their drive through was down. They said it was not. The individuals that work in the morning are very rude. I went to order and they acted like they've never taken an order. The male repeated back my order as if he's never heard of the bowl I was requesting. He gave me a price of $9.32 at the speaker, but when I drove around the price changed. They were clearly upset I paid with cash. There was a female working and she had an attitude with me and I never even spoke a word to her. I got my order and began to drive off when I realized I didn't have a spoon I drove back to the window and the female said "yes?" I told her I didn't have a spoon and she angrily said, "yes, you do!" I looked and I in fact did, I just didn't see it and before I could say anything she slammed the window. I didn't want to eat the bowl because they were acting so bizarre. I've stopped here two mornings in a row and probably will every day on my way to work! Yesterday I got the Sunrise Sunset smoothie and the All American Wrap. Both were delicious and my total was only $6!!! This morning I went in and was debating between getting the Sunrise Sunset again or the Paradise Point. I told the guy I couldn't decide if I should try something different or stick with what was so good the day before. He recommended I try the Bahama Mama so I went with that and the Peanut-butter banana crunch flatbread. Holy smokes both of those were amazing too! Portions are a great size. I ordered a island greens with whey protein and energizer for pickup. I got this. I understand I added things to it but I get this same thing at any tropical smoothie I go to. I believe they just messed up and I didn't have time to discuss it since it was a quick pickup, but it was clearly on the label and didn't look correct visually. read more

Food is always good. Service never has been. Little girl at the register always seems annoyed when taking orders. It seems like a place where more people would smile instead of rolling their eyes. The girl also was talking about me to another co worker and that made me feel very uncomfortable. I really enjoyed coming here and having a banana and strawberry smoothie. It was delicious and I even went back a second time. However, the floor was sticky when my mom and I went into the café. Their service was also pretty slow with the little amount of people inside the café. Been here three times. First one was in person and it took 15-20 minutes to get two smoothies and peanut butter flatbread. Next time was drive through thinking it would be faster, took over 30 min just to get to the window. It was a Saturday at 1pm so I get being busy but 30 minutes before you even get to the window is insane. And today I tried ordering ahead thinking it was fool proof. I ordered at 4:44pm and walked in at 5:10pm (when my order was supposed to be ready at 5:54pm) and they told me they were making it. Waited till 5:17pm before talking to a different employee asking her to check on it, and she said they didn't have a ticket for it but would make it now. I went to TSC today so excited to try something new and different. Given that they recently opened and it was noon, I anticipated that they would be busy so I came with patience. Oh, they were busy. Don't be deceived by their name, they serve much more than just smoothies. I ordered the Thai Chicken Bowl which comes with a side, so I decided to try the kale and apple slaw. I also added on a blueberry smoothie. My total came to just over $11. Not too bad, right?!? I had a meeting in 30 minutes, so I ordered mine to go. I waited for 20 minutes for my order and finally spoke up. The manager was nice, apologized and provided me with a free meal/smoothie on them. So nice! But when I finally got my food, the salad dressing top had come off in the bag and the side of slaw wasn't included. I was a little disappointed. I scraped up the dressing remaining in the cup and poured it over the salad in the bowl. It was tasty. The smoothie was so good too! So, here's my advice, go to TSC, but give them some time to work out the kinks - especially if you go during a prime eating time. I tried this place for the first time and I will be a regular now! The Caribbean Jerk wrap was delicious with a great mix of flavors. I had the Bahama Mama smoothie with it and loved it as well. I love tropical smoothie! Not good service every time but good food. This time around it looks like they slop my wrap together barely put any ingredients on there and not even all the ingredients! Just chicken lettuce and a small amount of Thai sauce! I've gotten this wrap before and is one of my favorites! Then they messed up my smoothie! Everything I got today was absolutely disgusting! One of the best places I've eaten at in Evansville. I know it's new and that could change over time but right now the staff have been so incredibly friendly and have always gotten my order right. The food is always AMAZING! Tables are something I normally complain about in restaurants due to them being sticky but they keep them spotless. the food is a 10/10. my friend and i got the buffalo chicken bowl and it was delicious. along with the great service, the prices were great.

So I will start this out by saying I had the worst food poisoning of my adult life by eating this "food" which tasted as though it had been made the week prior. Next I'll talk about the wait time which was about 25 mins for one chicken apple flatbread, kale and apple slaw and a mango smoothie, when I finally got it after enough time to grow a big Santa beard I began eating, the kale on both the slaw and the sandwich tasted wilted and like it had been left soaking in sewer water for a week. I could only stomach a few bites and when I complained they offered me a free meal which I declined(glad I did) On top of that the poor girl named Jamilia, and I hope that's spelled right(who was the only one there because as she had explained was because her manager who I believe was named Panel or something like that just abandoned her in the middle of a busy day) looked like she was going to have a stroke. I felt so bad I left her a 20 dollar tip. It was only 45 minutes later that my stomach went fubar and I was out of work for three days. I mean I literally thought I was going to die for a second. All that to say..DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.
