Love the curbside service! That is super convenient but the inside of this location is always clean and the employees are quick to get your order ready accurately. I love the açaí berry boost and Bahama mama smoothie, but this time tried the pomegranate plunge. I always do no sugar sub honey and this was delicious that way! I liked the all American breakfast wrap, the eggs were just a little runny and broken up for my taste, but I loved how tightly the wrap was made and it wasn't messy to eat. My only critique (more for TSC app) is to make the honey substitute for smoothies and option on the app so that you don't have to call the store after placing an online order. read more

the sassy fairy with the sparkle hat was SO RUDE to me and my friend. he made our beach bum smoothies completely wrong and didn't put white chocolate as requested. we politely told him it needed more chocolate and he goes "there's enough chocolate and to add more it's 80¢." and walked away. diabolical behavior. he also told the guy infront of us the food was closed at a time i'm pretty sure it was supposed to be open. when we came back in to RETURN our smoothies he completed the transaction and just walked away again and didn't even hand us the receipt and was giving us a mean disgusting look. overall experience was BAD the smoothie was BAD the service was BAD waited so long for that SLOP and to not even offer to fix it ??? how incredibly disappointing that we didn't get the opportunity to do so. immediate refund instead of doing his job lol. weirdo lame loser read more

Overall, a decent experience. I have only been to a Tropical Smoothie a few times (various locations) and this was the best experience so far. The biggest issue that I have is the timing of the smoothies. A group of 7 of us came in after a 5k at the local metro-park. It was early lunch time (around 11am) and we all ordered food and smoothies. The food came out before the smoothies, which was ok...but the one smoothie took the longest. Other customers who came in after us got their smoothies while we continued to wait. We double checked the receipt and we did in fact order that one smoothie that was MIA. As we were getting up to see what was going on, the order was finally called out. I just don't understand why other customers who came in after us got their smoothie orders before us. read more

My experience is never the same when I come. I spend a lot of money at Tropical smoothie and have been here regularly for the last month and a half. The only time my smoothies are ever consistent is when I ask for specific things. The spinach and kale are usually skimped on. At other locations they are weighed and pre-measured in small little bags. The girls at this location haphazardly pour the pineapple and liquids (coconut and lime) into the blender. The lack of smiling and eye contact with customers is very weird. Specifically with 2 of the employees here. I have watched my smoothie be made by so many different people that the only one who ever gets it right is the young man in the photos from the business owner. The only way I'm coming back to this location is if I have coupons to use. Other than that the one on Hall road and Richmond will be getting my business! read more

Make sure you check your Smoothie, I have had to return to the store as the young man that made my Smoothie did not put all the ingredients in it. You can't actually see what their putting in it , but you can sure taste the difference . I always order the same one , and they should have measured amounts on a chart to prepare the smoothies.if they took a bit of pride in their jobs, that store would make a fortune! read more

I love tropical smoothie and their food and smoothies are great but I'm very disappointed because when I went to go pick up my food they had someone in the back cutting up food without a mask on. Was feeling good going to get dinnerat 5:30. Bought chicken pesto sandwich and a smoothie. By 8:00 was vomiting. Called them the next day that I got food poisoning. Talked to the owner. She blew me off. Not happy. I get the sandwich and smoothie at least 1-2 times a month. Never had a problem. It will probably be a while before I eat there again. read more

This location is okay. I came in a few days ago and ordered a smoothie before 10am, which the store generally gives $1 off as the "early bird special". As I was checking out, I asked the cashier if the dollar came off the bill, and they responded with "why would a dollar come off?" I explained that it was before 10am and they apologized.
