The smoothies and bowls are good. The cranberry truffle smoothie is my favorite, but it's not on their regular menu. I've been here quite a bit and it's always something.The girls always have an attitude and I always gotta wait for my already paid order usually that doesn't bother me, I just take my smoothie and keep moving but today it was terrible. I had a curbside order like usual because I have a newborn infant and I call to let them know I'm here they have 3 or 4 girls working and I watch them all look at phone and watch it ring. Multiple times a called and they look at the phone I waited 12 mins for an already paid order while I watch people come in and out. It has been inconsistent service over the past few months that is the disappointment. Some make smoothies to standard. Others don't. In the morning it is much busier. However instead of coming up with a viable strategy to service everyone in order they scramble. If making a smoothie, a staff member may stop and take another order instead of finishing up. I watched on multiple occasions that I'd place an order and magically customers after me have their orders first. I've been going to this location for a few years now, but lately my visits have been less frequent. Today is one of the reasons. I ordered the acai berry boost with oats and almonds. I got home and wasn't tasting any almonds at all. I called up there and spoke with the manager. She tells me that she reviewed the camera and saw that the almonds were put in. I told her that I didn't taste them. I tasted the oats but that was it. She insisted that the almonds were put in. She wasn't very customer service oriented. She didn't offer to see if she could remake me another or anything! After that we ended the conversation. Chances are I may not be coming back to this location again. They have a list of rules for the customers before they even purchase anything. One of my "favorite" ones is if there's any smoothie left, they will dispose of it. You can't have the extras! Believe me, I asked and they told me that was the rule. What sense does ir make? So in other words, they'd rather throw it out or rinse it out before YOU (the paying customer) get the rest. Smh...Another rule is you be on your phone while placing an order. Really?! That's some of the ridiculousness. I just left this location about a hour ago they normally closed at night but around 8:30 we walked in getting crazy looks from all the people that worked there we sat there for a minute to get our order together and some lady took my order than as I'm telling her I get cut off by another lady working yelling at us that we are close. Being closed a few minutes before the actual closing time could be sometimes understandable due to certain circumstances but the simple fact that they let us walk in and be inside for long enough then say we closed after asked for my order is outrageous. I don't understand what was the purpose or problem but the workers there were all females and they also had a few customers there please check them cameras them girl came off so rude I don't understand why. I've been to this location several times. I'm usually there at least a couple times a month. Normally they are OK at getting my order right, but today was interesting. I ordered a Thai chicken bowl, but they did not put any chicken on it, which I realized after I'd driven ten miles away. Essentially I paid eight bucks for a bowl of lettuce. I'm not sure how they make a mistake like this. Perhaps if the young lady in the prep area wasn't texting, she could have made sure the order was accurate. I tried calling the store several times and was sent to a full voicemail box, so I couldn't leave a message. When someone did answer, there was no apology and he basically said there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to drive the 5 miles back up to the store to get a replacement. He couldn't offer a refund or credit. So I made arrangements with him to pick up the corrected order at 7 PM the same day. I drove the 5 miles back up to the store and when I arrived no one knew what I was talking about. My order was not ready and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him my phone to prove that I did call the store earlier that day and spoke to somebody. He said "You either talked to me or someone else." Duh. Either it was someone else out they mess up so many orders that they can't keep track. Seems like he would remember, but whatever. After several minutes of the manager looking dumbfounded and confused, my order was remade. There was no apology for the messed up order or for the inconvenience of me having to drive all the way back up there to get a replacement. While I was waiting for my bowl to be remade, I observed the staff standing around talking and sitting on the counter with their backs to where customers would be standing at the counter. How welcoming! I checked my order before I left this time and noticed a drastic difference in the appearance of the bowls. See my pics for reference and you'll see what I mean. If I owned this franchise, I would be embarrassed at the lack of customer service being provided by the staff and manager. They need some serious training on customer service and cleanliness, and they need a new manager. I won't be back to this location anytime soon. Wow... I should have read the reviews first before coming here. However, was getting smoothies for loved one who was in the hospital nearby. Customer service for the young lady with the blonde hair and the manager with the locks were atrocious. The blonde hair associate was extremely rude with guests when we came in and had a very bad attitude. She kept complaining and shouting out how many more minutes before the store closed. If people came in, she would ask if it were door dash or pick up. I wanted to place an order and she was extremely rude. I asked her how much an item was and she rudely/sarcastically shouted "I don't know!" I said well "don't you work here?" I asked to speak to her manager whose name is Jarrell Oates? As I was explaining to him what occurred, the lady kept walking towards me from the back and kept interrupting me. I asked her a few times to not come towards me and interrupt because I was speaking with her manager. The last time, I asked for her name and I would have to deal with her with the company. The manager said that I threatened her and began to yell and curse me out saying to get out of his store and called the police. The police came and said there was nothing criminal done and they wouldn't be taking a report and told me to follow up with corporate. This store manager and lady were HORRIBLE. Got told I was gonna get my ass beat today at 7 Mile Tropical Smoothie. This girl rang us up with the wrong food. When we told her, we got major attitude. And she charged us $3 extra with her mistake. When we asked for a refund. She said the only way she could give us our money back, is if we rebought our entire meal and cancelled our entire order and wouldn't get our money back right away. We said ok, keep the $3. On any given day when you go, it's crowded. I had the Jetty Punch and All American breakfast sandwich. Both were pretty good. Service is kind of slow, but it's a bunch of teenagers so bring your patience. The other beverage I've had is the Detox Green Smoothie, which is very good. Stopped in to this location for a smoothie. While I placed my order I noticed two guys sitting at the counter eating Kentucky Fried Chicken. I thought that was odd, as I waited, these two guys finished up their lunch - they walked behind the counter and began to make my smoothies. I couldnt help but notice they went straight to the food prep area and made my smoothies without washing their hands. I pointed this out to the only other person working, who had taken my order. Terrible service. Kept me waiting for my food. The battle of winterfell was less stressful than the energy in the atmosphere. The only communication among the staff was negative and uncomfortable to be around. They ended up remaking my food three times, but at least the third time was the charm. Over all I give the food 7.5/10. The only redeeming quality was the smoothie which, thankfully, I received in a timely manor; it was quite delicious! We come in the morning and the service, quality of the smoothies, and professionalism are all 5 star, but in the evening and when the same crew is there on the weekends it's less than one star. One worker walks around with a hoodie and his pants sagging with his underwear fully exposed. The young ladies are in the back talking very loud and laughing while customers wait.
