    Women's bathroom

How do you operate and keep customers? The women's bathroom is disgusting. Mold all over the sink and the floors are sticky. And to top it off, you run out of flatbread on a Saturday at 12:39pm. You shut down food orders at 12:41pm When I ask for a drink carrier for 4 smoothies I get a weird look from a girl with a pink shirt and AirPods in, as though I am bothering her.

Worst run place I have ever seen. Wrong order. Prep areas were dirty. Employees clearly didn't care and giggling at everyone waiting. No manager supervision. Took 25 mins to get wrong order.

I love tropical smoothie and we drive past this location all the time. We decided to stop and order. My husband and I order the green chicken ceasar wrap since I bragged on how great it was and two smoothies. However, it looked like our sandwiches were made by two different people. His hardly had any meat in it and was poorly made. Mine was perfectly fine, I just felt bad for recommending it and it not being good. The reason for my rating is because after ordering this again from another location, I realized they didn't give us the sides that go along with the wrap, they didn't even ask so we paid for food we didn't get. Very disappointing!!

My wife and I are big fans of Tropical Smoothie Cafe in general. We moved to Midlo from Missouri and were glad to see that they had locations here. We typically can't drink a whole smoothie on our own so we always have them split one smoothie into two cups for us. But we went today and they refused to let us do that. I even mentioned that at all the locations that we've ever been to (including this one) they always do it for us. But she refused and said absolutely not! I was shocked and disappointed. Additionally this location was dirty! Trash overflowing outside, dirty surfaces, dirty ceilings and ceiling fans. I'm still a fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but I'll drive to a further location before I come to this location again.

I used to be a huge fan of Topical Smoothie Cafe and had even worked for them. In the recent 3 or 4 times I have visited this establishment the service was hit or miss, but the smoothies were all watered down and the food line wasn't even open. My picture is of the Orange Dream, which is supposed to be a light orange color but is clearly yellow. It tastes like straight water with a DROP of orange juice; I cannot even taste the yogurt or white chocolate!!! I'd love to give a shout-out to Javon, who earned this restaurant an extra star because he is the sole reason I keep funding this business.

My morning breakfast stop. Can't beat $3.16 (incl. tax) smoothies! Especially now that they have veggie smoothies too.

The moment you walk in, you're greeted by display cases filled with beautifully presented baked goods. It's the kind of place where you want to grab a tray and try a little bit of everything. With affordable pricing and a broad menu of drinks and baked items, it's an easy place to return to when you want something different from a regular coffee shop.

It's nice to know that the case is full and fresh. We chose 3 items - pork floss & scallion bun was the clear winner. It was so good (5/5) and great price. The red bean bun was good (4/5). The almond pastry was fine (3/5) but I wanted it to have more flavor and moisture. Often, you get a little almond paste in the middle, but this was mostly dry with just almonds and cranberries on the outside. I didn't dislike it, but would not order again. They had strawberry and cream cake samples by the register. Those were also just okay 3/5). I got an Americano and we sat in a cute booth. Overall a nice breakfast and would try a few other items next visit!

It was buttery and toasted to perfection. The drink menu is extensive with something for everyone, they also have a variety of locally baked pastries/goods for sale. In addition to my sandwich I got the lavender lemonade lotus drink and a red velvet cake pop. All delicious! The staff was very friendly and even answered my questions about how the open studio worked as I ordered. I will definitely be back to paint something fun and maybe indulge my inner child with another grilled cheese!

I got a regular grilled Italian sub. The restaurant is extremely clean and has 2 storefronts worth of seating. Dissapointing as they used to be one of the best tasting subs in the area a long time ago. Prices are on higher end for same type of food you can get elsewhere. Ordered a toasted Dagwood with fries. Their fries are known for the cut and freshness but seemed to be lacking- a quarter of the cup of fries were burnt and not as thick as they used to be. As an example, go to FiveGuys if you want the better thick fries. The sub contained a skimpy amount of shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc. Oil was on the sub but the vinegar is given to you in 1 packet to put on later. The pickup order was to be ready in 15 mins and when arrived after the 15 mins, had to wait another 10 minutes. Not in a rush, so it didn't matter but could matter to someone who has a time constraint and there were no other customers at that time. One of the younger staff members stated "we shouldn't have to work in conditions like this" referring to the kitchen being hot but they were standing by the fryer and overn. It was a very hot day outside so maybe they were referring to that combination.
