I used to love going to this CSC but I have had some disappointments. within the 3 months, I have ordered a sandwich with Fancy Nancy but when I got to the store they were out it. 2 times I have not gotten my drink. One was through Grub Hub and the other was when I picked up and order for a friend. I was charged for all of these items. About a week ago I order for pick up and sat waiting for my order. No one came to ask if I was picking up an order. 10 mins of waiting, I went to the counter to ask if my order was ready. It had been there for a while. The girl told me that it was ok to grab it next time. When I got home, I didn't have the Potato soup that came with the meal. Today was the 3rd Disappointment. I've been to a few of their other locations, but this was my first visit to the Roswell one. Being that it had been awhile since I had eaten their food, I was reminded of how fresh and flavorful everything tastes. The Sassy Scotty has always been my favorite chicken salad. The zesty blend of ranch, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese are pure perfection. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on croissant with a side of their warm and comforting loaded potato soup. It's always a pleasant surprise to find the small cookie on the tray for an after meal treat. One thing I discovered was that if you download the App you can receive a free meal on your birthday. The buffalo flavored one was terrible, the ranch one tasted like cheap off brand mayonnaise overboard with a too strong chicken flavor that makes me think it's very cheap meat they use. I was invited to a yelp event that was a grand opening for this location and info about other chicken salad chick locations in the area. It was a fantastic event where they showcase lots of yummy choices and it was a great event to meet other yelpers. The pasta salad is phenomenal (that was my favorite part). My other favorite part was that they were so many different kinds of chicken salad like a one stop shop for chicken salad you're bound to found one that you like. That's right! As a 100% warm-blooded male, I am writing a review for Chicken Salad Chick, and I'm not at all ashamed ! Judge me...I don't care, because this place serves ridiculously good chicken salad. Let's be honest, I'm probably only coming here with my wife. But I do get a little excited when she suggests it. And even when she goes with her friends, she brings back some chicken salad to make sandwiches at home. Prior to CSC, chicken salad was only served one way as far as I knew. But here, you get get it served a dozen or more different ways. I like things spicy and smokey, so the Buffalo Barclay and the Barbie-Q are two of my go-to's. They also have a jalapeño version that's very good! Of course you can always get the classics if that's what you're into. No judgment from me...the man writing a review for an overtly feminine cafe. As others have mentioned, prices here are a tad high. Lunch for me and my wife was $25, but I don't mind it at all. Plus, it was hard to beat the company ;) And if you're a man and you're here with your significant other, give the other gents a nod when you see them. You're all there for the same reason, and they'll likely approvingly nod back with a grin. read more

Avoid at all costs. TL;DR Asst. Manager Kelli never put in our catering order ordered days in advance and when I went to pick up at the scheduled time they weren't apologetic or able to explain what happened so I had to wait 35 minutes for them to make the whole order. My mom placed a catering order on Wednesday for my sister's bridal shower to be picked up Saturday evening. Or so she thought. She asked me to pick the order up on my way into town and so I stopped in a few minutes before it was scheduled to be picked up at 7pm. Since we'd had a few more guests confirm I picked up a few extra Quick Chicks from the fridge and paid for those and mentioned I was picking up the catering order. A woman comes out a few minutes later and asks for the name of the order again. I give her my mother's name. She tells me they don't have an order with that name and she needs to know when it was placed and what was ordered, etc. She's very abrasive and short with me as I try to get these answers for her from my mom on the phone since all I was told was the flavors and that it was paid for. After another 5-10 minutes another woman came out and asked me the same questions again and I gave the same answers, adding that my mother had spoken with a woman named Kelli (Assistant Manager) Wednesday and Thursday again and had paid over the phone. The second woman is slightly nicer, but still not offering any sort of explanation for what's going on. A few more minutes go by and the first woman comes out again and asks again what exactly was ordered so they can start assembling it. I tell her everything and they get to work. In the meantime I guess they'd talked to Kelli who wasn't working that day and she said she must've forgotten to put the order in the system after writing it down, but I only learned this later from my mother who also spoke directly to Kelli. The employees never explained why the order wasn't in their system. This whole time my dog has been in my car with the car running and AC on because we were coming in from out of town. Another 10 minutes go by so I've been in the store for 25 minutes total now and the first woman comes out to ask for a second time what the sides were with the order. I tell her and ask how long she think it may be. Her answer: "Due to the fact the order was never put into our system they're just assembling it now." Alright, I get that, but I'm just trying to figure out if I have time to step outside and walk my dog since it's been two hours in a car for her, so I ask again how long it might be. Her answer "they're making it now." At this point I'm sick of her not giving a real answer so I explain why I'm asking and ask please for an estimate of time. She says 15 minutes. Awesome. I ask to pay so I can go outside and walk my dog and just come back to grab the order. She says "you didn't pay?" And I say "my mom thought she paid when she thought it was ordered but since it never went into your system I'm guessing it wasn't paid?" And she walks away. I see her helping other customers and a few more minutes go by until the second woman comes out to confirm AGAIN what the sides were. I answer and let her know I'm going outside to walk my dog and that if I need to pay I'll be back in a few minutes. After I was done with my dog the order was ready and I paid. While they gave a small discount on the order, they never once apologized nor did they handle the situation professionally by any means for their Assistant Manager's mistake of not putting the order in. If you're deciding between this location and another, go anywhere but here. read more

I've been to several Chicken Salad Chick locations in the state, but this one is the closest to home; so we've been here a couple of times. My wife really likes it, but I'm more of a red meat eater myself. First off the staff here has always been super friendly and courteous. They do a great job at making you feel welcome and getting your order. The dining area could use a little more elbow grease, it's been a little dirtier than I would expect of such a small chain. The food is good if you are into chicken salad. I have had the trio with 3 different scoops of chicken salad and it was pretty good. The last visit I tried the Pimento Cheese BLT, but it wasn't too impressive as far as taste; plus they forgot to Tomato on the sandwich making it a BL. Overall it is not a bad place for lunch and is a lot healthier than other restaurant choices, however it is a little expensive for what you get. read more

They also have a large refrigerator next to the counter for To Go meals. I explained to the cashier that this was my first time. She was nice enough to go over the menu and explain each platter. I opted for the Gourmet Chick. This came with 2 sides and a choice of a scoop of chicken salad. I chose the Fancy Nancy (apples, pecans, grapes) with broccoli salad and chips. All meals come with a freshly made cookie as well as packaged crackers. One bite of the chicken salad and I was hooked! Being that it was just a scoop I tried to savor every bite. The broccoli salad was extremely fresh and NOT drowning is mayo. The dressing was light and tasty. I really should have gotten the Original Chick which only comes with one side due to the fact I didn't touch the chips. Next time I think Ill try the Chick Trio. This comes with 3 scoops of any chicken salad, wheat crackers, and a pickle spear. This way I can try the many awesome looking combinations! Took my time to arrive about 20 minutes later. I am not undershooting the time it was between order placed and my arrival. Meanwhile people who had walked inside after I did, had ordered, received their food, eaten it, and left. my order is still not done. i believe they do not work on any to go orders until there are no orders in the line -- which is never. so basically ordering to go or ahead is pointless and I have now waited 90 minutes for an order that even they said should have been ready 20 minutes ago if they didn't push everyone's order ahead of mine. explain how someone walking in at 1pm should get their order before someone who placed their order at 11:30. Went for the first time today. Got the Buffalo Chicken salad. The chicken salad itself was good, but the croissant was kind of cool, not hard, but it was like it had just come out of a refrigerator. Wow! So many options to a classic dish. I loved the different chicken salad options. The pasta salad blew me away. They have a fridge with ready to eat take out goodies that I will be taking advantage of in the near future. They have some kind of chocolate crunch bar thing for dessert that is similar to a rice krispy treat with chocolate chips and marshmallows that my daughter and I loved. I work in the service industry and we have uber eats as well, I know how it works and we have contacted the guests when uber was too busy to let them know so they could opt out of they wanted to.
