We were in the area for a soccer match and decided to try out a new place. It was definitely busy for brunch on a Sunday, but mostly with a big group of soccer kids that were out on the patio. We decided to skip the wait and sat ourselves at the bar (FCFS). The food was great and service too.

First time here. Great place for American style food. I shared the Chicken Paillard Salad with my mom and the portion size was perfect. The service was great! Our waiter was nice and helpful. Ambience wise: great for families as there is plenty of seating areas and booths but also great for sports fans as the bar area is surrounded by TVs. Would go back as there are a lot of great options :)

This is a great all American restaurant. It's great if you want to go out to eat but don't want to get all fancy. It's nice and roomy. Very clean. The service was amazing here. We got the beer cheese and pretzel bites. I'd say that's the best in the area that I've had (I've had a lot). My husband got the fish and chips and I got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were good. The wrap was a bit messy, but good! Definitely coming back for a chill Sunday lunch.

Food, service, & ambience were awesome. We've eaten several times an never been disappointed. We got wings & the BLT to go-delicious!

Sunday Brunch is amazing. Make sure you get here early. The line outside starts at 11am! The menu is tasty, affordable, and has something for everyone. The waitress we had was prompt, attentive and very friendly. With the restaurant being so busy, I was very impressed she was able to make us feel welcome and special. You have to try this hometown favorite

First, the host (who I suspect was also the owner, but I didn't ask) was so welcoming and pleasant! We waltzed in on a Saturday afternoon and were quickly seated indoors. The patio, however, looked spacious and lovely, too. We began with a garlic hummus appetizer, which came with carrots, celery and pita bread. It was very refreshing on a hot July day. I chose the candied pecan blackened chicken salad (hold the goat cheese) - very good! My boyfriend opted for the chicken pot pie - note: it came baked with green beans, not green peas, and he still ate every morsel! The service here is great - we weren't rushed, we never had to ask for refills and everyone was so friendly! We highly recommend!

Unique wall paper - old newspaper articles. Cool.

What service lacks is made up for by delicious food and excellent drinks. We keep coming back because we want to support local.

The bartender made an excellent bloody Mary. I don't think they stay open very late though, so if you're looking for a bar this isn't it

Valet parking directly in back which is a basic requirement for me in this area. Seated on time for a reservation made through Open Table. A little tight inside because these converted homes are limited in space, so you have to wind between tables to get to yours. Not a big deal for us since they seated us in a back room near the bar, which meant there was a little less traffic by our table when we were seated. Two large tables of rowdy groups made for a louder vibe than anticipated, but once they left, it was much less noisy in the small space. They do have outdoor seating but the weather was iffy so I opted for inside. Started with some Gouda fritters. Dinner was fish tacos and the burratta chicken sandwich. Topped off the meal with a yummy slice of carrot cake. Everything was delicious! Service was solid and friendly. Will definitely be back!

They have a place u can put your feet on.. love that. We were promptly greeted and took our drink orders and recommendations for food. Drinks were good. Definitely a good balance. We had the sliders for an appetizer and the risotto balls. The sliders were on the special menu and they were so good. They came out very fresh and hot whereas our entrées took a little bit to come out and this was a little like lukewarm. Overall, the food was good I would just recommend more sauce on the sandwiches. I did feel like after the appetizers came out that the service did go down a little, but the manager did come out and talk to us to see things were. He was very friendly easy to talk to and open to our recommendations. One thing to note is there is very limited parking around here, but they do offer valet that is included if you eat there.

After reading the great Google reviews, we decided to give it a try on Saturday, August 15, after 7:30 PM--and I'm so glad we did! We were seated right away, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Our server, Candice, was absolutely amazing! Since it was our first time visiting, she made us feel right at home. She even brought us their homemade chips and dip complimentary, which was such a nice touch. Candice was friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions throughout our meal. She truly helped make our first experience special. For dinner, we ordered the salmon ($38), which was a little pricey for this type of restaurant, but overall it was good. We also took advantage of the $15 special, where you can select from certain items and receive a dessert. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries with the S'mores Brownie for dessert--absolutely delicious! Our daughter ordered the chicken sandwich and upgraded to the onion rings. Everything came out hot, fresh, and tasty. Our only suggestion would be to add a little more seasoning to the onion rings and provide a few more onion rings with the upgrade. The portion of fries was much larger than the onion rings, so for an additional $2.50-$3, we feel the upgrade should include a few more onion rings. We also enjoyed regular soft drinks, water, a margarita, and a beer. Everything was good, and overall, we had an amazing dining experience. A special thank-you to Candice for making our first visit so enjoyable! She even provided us with a coupon to come back and visit again, which we definitely appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider returning! If you're in the area and looking for a clean restaurant with good food and excellent customer service, Lazydog is worth giving a try.

The restaurant is in a really nice area of town in Alpharetta with beautiful surroundings and really nice decor, just a really, really nice part of the city. We started off with the Louisiana spring rolls, Cajun crab dip, and a jumbo lump crab cake. The crab dip was really good, and honestly, all of the appetizers were excellent. For the main course, we had the Parmesan-crusted salmon, jumbo stuffed shrimp with crab, branzino, and blackened redfish. Everything was cooked to perfection, and everybody really enjoyed their dishes. The service started off a little slow, probably because we were waiting on one of our party members, but once things got going, we had impeccable service for the rest of the evening. Shout-out to Jason for taking great care of us! The mixed drinks were really good too. A couple had a little more ice than I would have preferred, but hey, it's summertime in Atlanta, so maybe that wasn't such a bad thing! Parking can be a little challenging. There is a garage on the side of the building, but I believe it's primarily for the apartment complex. We parked there and didn't get a ticket, but street parking was definitely a little difficult. All in all, we had a really good evening. The prices were reasonable, and they even offer a military discount, which definitely made the experience even better. If you're in Atlanta and don't mind taking a drive up to Alpharetta, I definitely recommend giving Coalition Steak & Seafood a try. Good food, good drinks, great service, and a great overall experience!

Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. We were seated near the kitchen, which wasn't a problem. The restaurant had a soccer game on the TV, but it was quiet and there was no indication anything unusual was about to happen. Without warning, a group of approximately eight staff members gathered just a few feet from our table and erupted into an extremely loud celebration, screaming at the top of their lungs as if they were in a sports bar. The outburst startled us so badly that it literally sent my husband into atrial fibrillation (AFib). He was visibly shaken and extremely upset, and we were prepared to leave immediately. Our waiter could clearly see how distressed we were. Since we had already ordered the lobster bites appetizer, he kindly offered to move us to another table. We appreciated his effort and accepted. We finished the appetizer, but by then the evening was ruined, so we left and had dinner elsewhere. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of management involvement. Our waiter knew exactly what had happened and how upset we were, yet not once did a manager come to our table to apologize, ask if my husband was okay, or acknowledge that the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate for a fine dining restaurant. This wasn't about cheering for a game--it was about professionalism. Guests who choose a steakhouse expect a calm, enjoyable atmosphere, not to be startled by employees screaming just feet away from their table. We have always enjoyed Coalition, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses this with their staff so no other guests have their evening ruined the way ours was. We will not be back. Later Added: I just found out the Manager was one of the ones screaming. Pathetic! We went to PappaDeauxs which was half the price and honestly better food & calm atmosphere! Not a sports bar!
