I highly recommend HFIT if you are looking for a meal prep company. The meals are not high in sodium they are fresh and taste delicious. So far every meal I have tried have been less then 500 calories and very filling. They also have Muffins, snacks and breakfast meals. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

While I struggled to speak, he stood in the back and stared at me the entire time, watching me with absolutely no empathy as I was visibly anxious and uncomfortable. It felt like I was being put on display--like a problem they didn't want to deal with. I ended up typing my order because I was so embarrassed and anxious. Let me be clear: my stutter is not the issue--your staff's reaction to it is. The lack of patience, the complete disregard for basic human decency, and the way I was made to feel less-than--it was ableist, plain and simple. I never thought I'd have to say this about a place I used to genuinely enjoy, but I left feeling ashamed and angry. If there's new ownership, it definitely shows--and not in a good way.
