This place is close and not horribly overpriced and my kids like it, so.... Their previous menu never had anything I really cared for, but recently they've been updating their menu. My son introduced me to the Chipotle Chicken Club flatbread, which I like(!) but today I tried the New! Jerk Chicken Quesadilla. FANTASTIC! I was passing it around the family and everyone loved it! Management here is AWFUL!! I've been a tropical smoothie customer for years before they came to Delaware, and this is by far the worst location i have ever visited. I've had my debit card charged multiple times for one transaction, and when confronting management for my money to be refunded I was accused of lying, and not issued a refund even after proving i was wrongly charged only offered a coupon for less than what they charged me. If you insist on visiting this location, I'd bring cash so you aren't scammed as well! read more

My wife and I saw 3 younger staff members cursing, screaming at each other, and a female staff member smacking a male coworker inappropriately on the back side. This is the only negative experience I have ever had here, but this was concerning. We did not see any adult supervision in the store. read more

Nice cafe, very clean. Smoothies are fun and interesting. Large sizes - you could split one with a friend. You can add extras, and there is a half-price happy hour from 7am to 9am. Breakfast wrap was tasty and filling, not too much. Lite fare and smoothie combos for lunch. Kids menu is ok, a bit limited, fun smoothie flavors there. Staff is pleasant, if a bit low energy. I've noticed that if you drop a dollar in the tip jar, you're more likely to get your order brought to you, rather than have to pick up at the counter. Good addition to Pike Creek. read more

An order and sit kind of place. Lots of smoothie options and everything seems to be healthy or at least they have healthy options. Most of the smoothies seem to be made with real fruit and not loaded with sugar. They make them at the counter right in front of you if you want to watch. Food came out in about 5 mins. I tried the health nut (blueberry, banana, almond; 5.25), which is my usual smoothie (anywhere) and i got a buffalo chicken salad ($7). Both were good but the salad was primarily lettuce. Visited about three times and the staff is friendly, food and smoothies are tasty, and the cafe is clean and attractive. A bit more training might be helpful for the staff - turnaround time in getting orders is slow and twice I've had to remind the staff about a missing part of an order. A smoothie is supposed to be $3.50 when ordered with a bowl/sandwich/etc, but I noticed when I got home that I was charged $4.95 for it instead. I should have checked at the store, but since it's right on the menu board, I'd assumed the staff would be aware of the discount. Hopefully these are still just part of being a fairly new location and speed and accuracy will improve. read more

Wow. I tried it for the first time today after living here for years and omg so good!!! The acai berry smoothie was huge! Lasted me the rest of the day. And so good! I got a caprese pressed sandwich. Hands down best sandwich I've had. And you get a snack as part of your meal which I opted for the snickerdoodle cookie. Ate it later and it was incredibly soft. read more
