Came here last week while waiting for my tires to get installed in Costco's. Sat at the bar and decided to order a couple of cocktails, along with a few appetizers, to kill time. My bartender/server was wonderful. Very attentive and made sure that I was taken care of. Even though it's a chain, the food and drinks were delish, great, and consistent. This was my first time visiting a Cheesecake Factory. We were greeted by some very nice waitresses then headed for the takeout section. I was in heaven! There were every kind of cheesecakes you can ever want. Everything was clean, the decor was beautiful! Lots of people eating and enjoying cheesecake. Ambiance/food/service typical of other Cheesecake Factories. As has happened at their other locations, I dined alone and was seated in the bar area at a comfortable booth, but because my server doubled as a bartender (which happens when you're seated in the bar area), service was slower than I would have liked. Thankfully, I was not in a hurry, and I saw that my server was extremely busy preparing drinks for the entire restaurant. Beet salad was delicious, as it is in their other locations. I added grilled salmon which was well prepared. Wanted to try the Bronzino entree, but it was not available that day. The separate "special menu" had some very interesting items, including charred carrots. Would like to try some items from that menu. I wonder if that menu is seasonal or just new items. read more

It's been years since I've been to this location, and it's as good as I remember! We were immediately seated at one of the high top tables and our server Sam was phenomenal. She kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay, even after we had payed the check and still finishing our cheesecake. Stopped in for an afternoon snack and as usual the place was packed. Opted not to wait for a table and found a spot at the bar---great choice. Service was awesome and seemed quicker than table service. We got avocado egg rolls...7.6/10 Mac and cheese bites 9.5/10 Chicken wings 0.2/10 frozen Walmart wings that were overcooked and barely edible Chicken lettuce wraps 5.8/10 I got chicken and shrimp gumbo and first thing i noticed it was not a gumbo didn't have the color of gumbo and wasn't even close to a soup/stew. Secondly the rice was old as shit like it was hard old. Thirdly it was the worst flavor I've ever eaten and I have never been to a restaurant where not only I couldn't finish it but couldn't eat anymore after 4 bites because it was so disgusting. -12/10 Waaaaay overpriced Had good company tho read more

OK went here for the very first time. We all pass this place every time we go to the mall but we never go there and a day we did. We ordered two waters. Then we got the crab bites appetizer, which was very delicious, but was a very small portion for $10. Then we got the Mexican street corn, which was not corn on the cob. It was already cut and broken down into small pieces, and was also $10 and had a very good taste. The corn is unique and different for me because I've never had it before. It would probably not order it again because it's nothing super special. Then we ordered the fish grilled tacos, and they had very little flavor in the fish and they were $16, and I feel totally ripped off because it was like eating tasteless tacos. Could've gotten better tacos at Taco Bell every time! And they would've been two dollars apiece at Taco Bell . The waitress was pretty good service, but didn't see that interested in us really just fast and moved on our way and brought the food out pretty quickly and did a great job. Not super personable? The ambience inside the place is very nice. You do feel like you're in a special place and a nice place to take pictures. There's a lot of hype in the cheesecake factory and maybe just maybe I didn't order the right entrées. I was not wowed at anything I had to eat? I think this is one of the restaurants where you just have to know what to order on the menu because the menu is like 600 items? Lol.. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the food was cold and overcooked. When I politely expressed my concerns to our server, he took the food away without discussion. While it was removed from the bill, there was no follow-up, apology, or attempt to correct the situation, which was extremely disappointing from a customer service standpoint from our server. What made the experience worse was how my children were treated. On multiple occasions, they asked the server for drink refills and were completely ignored. This left us feeling uncomfortable and overlooked as guests. Overall, the lack of communication, attentiveness, and care fell far below what we expect from The Cheesecake Factory. This experience has made us seriously consider dining elsewhere or choosing a different Cheesecake Factory location in the future. If zero stars were able to be given, we would give that! read more

Manager came over and apologized for the wait on the app. AN HOUR into us sitting and no food yet, noticed the table who was sat 25 minutes after us got their food before us. I asked for a manager and than all of a sudden my food was ready. Manager offered to box it up but at that point I was so fed up and wanted to leave. Also gave us a story about an incident with the kitchen staff that happened prior, which was never mentioned until I said we were no longer interested in our food. Next the bang bang shrimp which at most restaurants come in a glazable sauce had more of a soup sauce . We had to stop and verify that indeed this matched the pictures pn the website for the c.factory version of what bang bang shrimp is...and it's not the version with Thai sweet chili sauce. I visited The Cheesecake Factory today for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The waiter was okay, but since it was lunchtime, the restaurant was quite busy. I ordered the fish tacos, and while my companion's honey truffle chicken came out perfectly fine, my order took a bit longer. When the waiter brought our food, he seemed confused and said, "Fish and chips." We both immediately pointed out that we didn't order fish and chips. He then said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I could've sworn you said fish and chips. Do you want me to get you the fish tacos instead?" I declined because we had already waited a while for our food. When I tasted the fish tacos, they were greasy and not enjoyable. The waiter asked if everything was okay, and I told him no. However, instead of offering to fix the issue, take the meal back, or even get the manager involved, nothing was done. It was clear I barely touched the food, yet there was no attempt to make things right. I'm not someone who complains unless I feel it necessary. I never asks for free items, but part of good customer service is understanding and addressing dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I'm extremely disappointed with The Cheesecake Factory and, sadly, won't be returning:) This is like the third time in about 4 months I have had not-so-good service... We recently to eat inside the restaurant plus I did a curbside order yesterday. I'm not sure what's being going here lately, but the food and service are sub par at best. Yesterday's take out order was a flatbread with salad lunch special. The flatbread was wet, soggy and it was grossly over seasoned. At the restaurant I told the waiter we had a toddler with a severe celiac allergic and that I could buy a gluten free bun for them when the bread came out. Of course that didn't happen and I had a baby crying for almost 20 minutes until the gf bun came out. We were also clear that a burger our cousins ordered couldn't have mayo because of an allergy. They have pretty terrible customer service when you need to call in. I've been on hold called 40 min before closing and have been on hold "waiting to place an order. We tried calling from my wife's phone and their phone is automatically hanging up, and also they just keep reverting my call on hold to wait until I hang up. We don't typically like calling close and they just hung up on me without allowing me to place an order. After being on hold for 20 minutes. Update: we have tried calling back to speak to a manager three times placed on hold stating they were coming right away to answer. It would be different if we called very late, but you were still open for 40 min...and was still business hours. read more

Came here on a Thursday evening on a whim and we were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu, even giving suggestions. I visited The Cheesecake Factory for the first time for brunch. First off, who KNEW they had brunch?! I definitely did not! ‍ I went on what seemed like the busiest day of the week, a Saturday of all days. It was super packed and there was a wait. I decided to have a seat at the bar to avoid that wait. I was greeted immediately by the bar staff. I always like to ask the staff their recommendations when eating somewhere new, to see what's popular or what they like. I was recommended the Bruleed French Toast and the Jambalaya. I went with the French toast and added bacon. Can't forget the bacon! I was pleased with his recommendation and my chive. The French toast was light and fluffy. Cooked to perfection with just enough crisp and crunch. I also ordered the Bourbon and Honey cocktail and when I say it was good, it was GOOD!. Man I love it here. Their menu is so extensive that we took at least 45 minutes to decide what to order. They have everything from Filet-Mignon to Ham and Cheese Omelettes. Eventually I got the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken and it was extraordinary, would definitely recommend. The ambiance of the restaurant is also very classy and relaxing. I will say the only negatives about this place are that the wait is always so long and the cheesecake is way overpriced.
