Lomo de atún con ajo y limon, with rice, beans, and moros! Special of the day was delicious!
    Alan G.

I ordered the lomo de atún con ajo y limon (Tuna with garlic and lemon) as the special of the day and it did not disappoint! Perfectly seasoned, and not too much of both. Rice, beans, and yuca, as my sides, of course. Beans had great flavor! I'll never get enough of these three sides. Service was great! The new girl (I didn't get her name) was very helpful. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Where do I start....cuban sandwich was horrible. Pork, beans and rice were absolutely horrific. The yuca was hard and had no butter/olive oil or garlic. This place was recommended too me..Im recommending it to No One..!!

Great little place. The food is delicious and the people are very nice. I've been here for breakfast, lunch, and now dinner. (Different days of course) never been disappointed. I highly recommend this little Latin spot!!

In the pictures there are both and it was 9$ for basically canned soup. Tasted awful. Ordered spinach croquettes. They were tiny but delicious, well prepared and worth it. Ordered Moro rice-inedible. Dry. Dry. Dry. And the only flavor was salt. Not sure why they would send the last bit of rice from the pot that sat out all day, but that is what I got. Ordered vegetables-the picture is broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in garlic sauce. I got a few pieces of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions and some cucumbers. That pissed me off since it was not at all what I ordered. Maybe I ordered the wrong things, because the review here are pretty positive. Tried to call the restaurant to see why they didn't include the actual vegetables and decided a salad was a good substitute. No answer. So I won't be eating from here again. Disappointed.

I am going to admit, I was skeptical of this new restaurant since it replaced Big Slick's Deli,…read morewhich was a delightful sandwich and grill restaurant. I had been salty about Big Slick's having closed, but it is time to move on. I saw some photos of the food from Bella's and decided to try it before remaining salty, so I ordered food for pickup tonight. They're on your usual delivery apps and have website ordering. I walked in before 8 PM and was a little surprised that there were 2 people separately eating in the restaurant. It had lounge lighting and decor, but it looked casual, since you still would place an order and pay at the front counter (still has the deli setup). To tell you how deserted the counter was, a child was sitting on the stool and had to get a staff member from the back in order for her to give me my order. I left wishing it were a little more happening, especially with the setup. But the food? Wonderful. I got to Griot Parmesan, which is griot (fried pork) and pikliz topping parmesan alfredo penne. THIS is ultimate comfort food! The penne had the great rounded flavor of parmesan and garlic without being overly creamy or heavy, the griot was so tender and evaporated that the fat on it was melty, and the pikliz was a tremendous accent to the dish with its spicy vinegar flavor. I can't remember the last time I liked alfredo pasta so much. It looks to me like Bella's is churning out some lovely Caribbean food. I hope this place gets more exposure so that more people can try it out for themselves!

The ambience…read morehere is awesome; you walk up to a counter to place your order and then have the choice of sitting inside at the large communal table in the center, at one of the smaller perimeter tables, or outside at a very cool table built right around a massive banyan tree. It's the kind of place where you can just grab a book off the table and read while you eat, which makes for such a relaxing morning. The coffees are consistently excellent and the food is very tasty. For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. I even ended up going back to the counter to grab a strawberry latte to go, and it was surprisingly good--the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you're looking for a great caffeine fix or a hearty breakfast, this spot hits the mark every time.

The turn in is a bit awkward, but there parking lot was pretty much empty at that time (and completely full by the time we left). I do not have a large car and the spots are super narrow. If you drive a truck, I would not try to park in the inner lot in front of the entrance. The place is clearly LGBT friendly; kudos for the pride flags out front. I immediately felt like I was walking into a hipster cafe in Cali. You order and pay inside; get a table number and the bring your food and drinks out to you. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I got the secret pita and golden latte. Service was relatively quick. Drink came then food shortly after. I totally wasn't thinking when I got the golden latte. It was a bit warm outside for a hot latte but I wanted to try something unique. Hard to describe but I enjoyed it. It came with granola on the dish. Not sure if you are supposed to throw it in. The squirrels and birds ended up eating mine. Yes, there was a lot of wildlife that was not shy. The squirrel was literally eating out of my hand and would have sat on our table if my friend allowed it. The bird flew in and did just that though. Came back for seconds a few times. Then as the place got busier, they must have gone off to bother others. As an animal lover, this was a fun perk but may be a turn off to some. The presentation for the pita was unexpected. I had to open a the box to get to my meal. You can choose how the egg is cooked. I went with the default sunny side up. The chorizo hit. Hummus was ok. Kind of bland. I didn't care for olives and picked the fruit off my dessert pita. Felt like I had enough pita carbs by the time I got to it. The ambiance was mostly peaceful. They do play music which was on the border of getting too loud. Coffee was pricy but all coffee is now. The food was also on the high end. This would be a major factor on whether to come back. I don't recall anything unique on the menu aside from the pita. The menu appears to change seasonally though.
