Well, I should probably be writing this review in Spanish, but my thoughts would be exactly the same in any language. I came here to watch the World Cup match--of course, I'm Argentinian. Our table ordered a milanesa sandwich, milanesa a caballo, gnocchi with pink sauce, and matambre. The matambre was excellent: well seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The beef milanesas were also tender, but, in my opinion, they were sliced a little too thin. In the sandwich, the tomato ended up being more noticeable than the meat, and since I was expecting the milanesa to be the star of the dish, I was a little disappointed. That said, the bread was fantastic. The gnocchi were good overall. I really enjoyed the pink sauce, although the pasta itself seemed just a bit overcooked. To finish the meal, we ordered cappuccinos. They were wonderfully creamy, though I personally would have liked the coffee to be a little stronger. The medialunas were excellent--fresh, soft, buttery, and delicious. To top off the night, I took home a box of ham and cheese tea sandwiches (sándwiches de miga). This morning I toasted a couple for breakfast, and honestly, it was the best part of my day so far. Finally, the service... it felt unmistakably Argentinian. Warm, genuine, and welcoming. Thank you for making us feel, even if just for a little while, like we were back home. Great local Argentinian spot with amazing pastries/facturas and desserts. The food is good, but I'd say their best dishes are definitely the milanesas. I've been countless times, service is always great and the staff is really nice, though the place is mostly always packed. We had a sandwich de milanesa which was good but a bit dry. A staple in the Argentinian restaurants. Always great service. Restaurant is simple and spacious. They have ample seating inside, and some outside tables. We went later in the day so there wasn't a lot of medialunas left. The medialunas didn't taste as fresh, but were still delicious. We also ordered two sanguches de miga, one toasted. I come to eat with my mom and a friend i order a cheeseburger medium well with fries, I got a medium rare burger and the fries were really soggy. I come here all the time with my family and I am really angry about this situation, this will be my last time coming here. And the server was really bad, we were sat in a table of 4 people and the server come to us said I'm going to take the chair (empty) because I see your not using the chair and placed it to other table that was only for 2 people and placed it so the 3 person can sit there and the server got the chair from my table. I got Doordash from here last Sunday night, when I was in town for work. I ordered four empanadas, at $4.80 each, I believe it was, on the app: -Caprese -Mushroom -Beef -Chicken The caprese one was really interesting and honestly maybe my favorite of the four, even though it's not traditional. The beef was a close second, followed by the chicken, and the mushroom was my least favorite, but still good. These were very nice-looking as well (very authentic-looking). First time here, let's get to it. We ordered the Parrilada for two but it should be more for 4 or 5 people, it was plenty. You can tell it's good quality of meat and have so much potential, but non of the meat were seasoned. I don't know if they're banking on the chimichurri and quality of meats, but some seasoning would've been perfect. Mash potatoes were great, those were very seasoned but the salad that came with the meal, fresh but not good at all. This is nice place where you bring someone one for some nice wine, good coffee and some small bites such as their empanadas which were great and also their sweets. Fun Fact! For some reason my husband likes the parrillada , I think it's ok but I don't really like this place, the food is average, service ok nothing special, it doesn't have an ambience at all, it's plain and kind of boring, its more of a kind of little market that sells food. I have been there a number of times? My rating is not based on one single experience. Overall, it's inconsistent, some times it's good, sometimes ok, and others just plain bad. The food is ok, the baked goods are absolutely amazing, and the market has a good assortment of products one would not find in other places. I have enjoyed their berry tart, its called something el bosco. Its delicious. The espresso based coffees are touch and go ‍ depending on who prepared them. I would say, it's more of a spot for a nice pastry and hot drinks snack or grab and go snack than good for a meal, and for the market if a person is looking for some of the products they carry that are from Argentina. Parking can be challenging at certain times of the day when they may be busier. La Estancia is always a great spot for a glass of wine and yummy bites. We started with some Spinach Empanadas which were delicious! Perfect filling and dough. Since I wasn't that hungry, I ordered a Miga Sandwich with cheese and tomatoes and it was delicious! The miga sandwiches from here are the best! I also have purchased cakes here for special occasions and they're good. This time, I had lunch and it was a good experience. But, it's Miami, so, your bound to come across bad service. Let's get to where the real issue lies, the empanadas. I ordered 2 ground beef, 1 chkn & 1 mushroom. The mushroom was salty and cold. I do have to say I liked the meat and the chkn once I heated them in the oven. However, my next point of contention is the size; they've always been small. I absolutely love this restaurant. I had the beef tenderloin, it was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife and seasoned to perfection. I got the mashed potatoes for my side and ordered a side salad. My son ordered the same dish and said his beef tenderloin was so tender and good he didn't even need to cut it. We also ordered beef empanadas there were very good. For dessert, I ordered the chocolate supreme cake, literally the best chocolate cake I ever had, and my son ordered the tiramisu and said it was creamy and moist like a tres leches. Came here for a week night dinner and had a great time! They have a huge menu of items to choose from to dine in or you can order items from the bakery or meat counter. We sat down and order a glass of wine, you can get a bottle from their huge selection or order a glass. I got Sauvignon Blanc and my partner got Malbec. We chose the Picada Argentina to start - this is a plate of Argentinian cold cuts and cheeses along with some crusty bread. That was perfect with our wine and we enjoyed it! Next we got the short ribs and the rib eye. My partner got medium and I got medium well since my cut had more fat. The steaks came out pretty quickly and we dove in! The flavor of the steaks and sides were delicious so we were happy with those entrees. I have been coming to La Estancia for years! It is one of those places to go to when I think empanadas and sweets! Desserts are great and the cakes are amazing. I haven't really order any "food" per say since I am more inclined to finger food when i go to this place. I love this location to just to meet with a couple of friends for a good coffee empanadas and facturas and just chilled for a bit. Customer service is not the best, but i never had any bad experience either. I just wish they were a little more cheerful. I love the variety of sweets I can find, from panettone to different chocolates (Argentinians specially). I will go back soon for my favorite empanadas caprese! read more

I believe a steak one was $3.75 for one and i just expected them to be more size-able. I got 4 steak and 4 chicken, both were good, but i like the steak a bit more. Last night we went out to dinner, my wife, my daughter, and my grandson. We sat at the outdoor tables, and while waiting for the food, a cockroach appeared on the table. It was a very unpleasant situation, and there was no apology from the restaurant. I recommend the restaurant fumigate to control these insects. The authorities should check this restaurant. Anoche fuimos a cenar, mi esposa , mi hija y mi nieto, nos sentamos en la mesas de afuera y esperando la comida aparecio una cucaracha en la mesa, situacion muy desagradable y no hubo ninguna disculpa por parte del restaurant, recomiendo al restaurant fumigar para controlar estos insectos.
