I debated whether I would write a review of this place, but eventually made the decision to do so. After what I experienced yesterday, Friday August 6th, and after reading a few reviews, I decided to write about my experience. My friend orders bras from this place because according to her there are a variety of bras in her size. She invited me to come along with her to pick up an order she had placed a while back. When we arrived, my friend informed the store associate she was picking up her order, but wanted a chance to look around. As my friend and I browsed and chatted, I asked a sales associate about a particular bra that accommodates backless dresses. The associate was polite and led me to the area where I could find such a bra. She then advised me to get fitted to ensure I have the right bra size. The associate then asked, "Do you want to be put on the waiting list?". Which meant putting your name on a list and then waiting around in the store until an associate is available to size you. I was a little puzzled because it appeared to be several sales associates walking around the store not assisting anyone. Nonetheless, the sales associate put my name down on the "list" to get fitted. As my friend and I wait for my name to be called, we continue to browse the store. After a long while, another woman behind the counter offered to check me out but I explained I'm on the "list" to be fitted. She didn't attempt to help me, but continued working behind the counter. A little while later, another woman walks into the store. The sales associate goes through the temperature check and hand sanitizer requirement and then asks the woman if she needed help. The woman emphatically said, "yes I do need help with bra fitting". The sales associate responded she would put her name down on the "list"; but, there would be a 20 minute wait. After waiting for a long while without being called, I got tired of walking around and decided to sit down. What happened next shocked me. The woman whose name was on the "list" after mine was called back to be fitted after waiting 10 minutes. I went to a sales associate, who was one of several just walking around, and stated, "I've been waiting for a while to be sized and the woman who came in well after me is already being fitted". The associate went to check the "list" and came back and told me, " I'm sorry you were skipped, but it will just be another 5-10 minutes." I told her no thank you, I put everything back where it went and walked out of the store. Apparently customer service is not a priority and my experience was unacceptable. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe 1 out of the 5-6 people working there knows how to measure bra sizes but there's no excuse for "skipping" me. My gut tells me the priority is to a certain race of people. It was astonishing. If the experience had yielded better results, I would have made recommendations and even asked members of my bridal party to check out the place. However, I won't be back nor will I recommend it. Based on my experience and other reviews, if you are a person of color I would think twice about going. read more

Holy parachute kits, batman. Despite playing with my girls all day erryday I've been serving them in teacups two sizes too small. Lots of full-coverage options for your gazongas, plus lacy undies, stockings, shapewear, nighties, and jammies. Even some costume jewelry, clutches, and artfully decorated truffles. Some of these were romantic, sure. A lot of these would've killed my libido but hey. I wasn't terribly impressed by the style spread, but from what I overheard they had sold out of their "pretty blue" colors. A lot of practical nude-colored, monochromatic stuff. Rounding down until I see prettier colors! Shipping different sizes that haven't been discontinued takes a week or so since they're coming from Europe. The extensive size availability at the upper end seems to be the main draw. They're big promoters of proper brassiere care, since most of the mainstream detergents are petroleum-based, which eats away at the elastic in the bands. (Which apparently should be worn lower on my ribcage.) Bra fitting was less uncomfortable than I expected. Kalleigh was friendly and discreet, always making sure that I was ready before she entered the curtained nook. Not a euphemism, sadly. Her inspections were supportive and not condescending at all. I may have laughed too hard when she said I could exchange my purchases if tags were still on for anything but the sales staff. Lots of shared strip parking to be had. Overall an informative and pricey visit that resulted in two of my favorite bras, but I'll probably still be shopping here infrequently for budgeting purposes. read more

My fiancé surprised me with a trip to this store as he has been hearing, and seeing, me complain about my bras hurting my sides. I walked in and I was instantly greeted by several employees who asked my name and put me on a waiting list as all of the rooms were full at the moment. I didn't mind as this gave me time to look around and get over my jitters as I have never gotten sized before. I only waited for about five minutes and I was taken to a room and was measured for a correct fit. The size I have been wearing was way off! I need to go up big time and felt silly for not doing this sooner. The correct size bras instantly felt amazing! No digging in my sides or hurting my shoulders. Some bras felt better than others and I found that the plunging neckline bras suited me best. Yes the prices are rather high but they do have bras in the $50 range which honestly is what you pay for Victoria's Secret and these are a better quality. They also will save your choices and sizes in the computer in your profile so you can know exactly which size and styles you liked. I will definitely be going back as there is nothing like having the correct support. Ladies we must do better with our bras as our backs deserve better. I will be taking my daughter this weekend for sure to get sized as well. read more

I noticed that today's Oprah topic is: America is wearing the wrong bra! Poor America. Her boobs will be down to her knees in no time. Luckily, for the rest of us, there's Trousseau. This place was recommended to me by a tailor who was fitting me for a mermaid evening dress that had no room for anything extra, if ya know what I mean. Off I went to Trousseau to find a strapless boulder holder and beer-belly sucker-inner. The ladies in there were very friendly and helpful. Boob sling PhD's, if you will. I don't need Oprah to tell me I'm wearing the wrong bra, I had Trousseau to do it for me. They got the perfect fit and the perfect corset. They even ironed down the ribbing for free because it would show in my dress. They also sell naughty (but tasteful) lingerie and gourmet candies. Best lingerie shop EVER! After reading countless positive reviews about Trousseau, I decided to give this place a go, and OMG I'm so happy I did! The French and Italian lines of lingerie fit oh-so-flattering, especially when you are fitted by the ladies who work there. The ultra knowledgeable Jannette fit me, and brought me several gorgeous bras to try. She also provided me with valuable information about the way a bra should fit, where the support comes from, sizing, and care of my garments. I ended up loving everything, and left with one beautiful set from The Little Bra Company (a lingerie company specializing in small frames like mine). The next day I couldn't stop dreaming about a set I tried on by Huit, so today I'm going to go pick it up, hehe. I visited Trousseau in Vienna Va a few years ago and decided to make a detour stop last week while heading north to a family wedding. I wanted to buy a lovely nightgown for my niece and really needed to be fitted properly post Covid. Nothing's changed, what kind and knowledgeable assistance! They even still had my info on the computer for reference. I wound up buying a silk chemise gown, adorable pjs, some panties and 3 bras that were fitted perfectly. I might add that Sarah even remembered me making me feel special! Everything about my experience was fantastic, the fitting, the great staff, the large selection and the environment. I walked in today after a negative experience at a bra store much closer to my house. 100% worth the trip. They carry a large range of sizes and know how to fit you. I felt so cared for. I had a little rib pain and wasn't sure if it was from the old bra I had been wearing or what I was trying on. They let me know I can bring the (washed) bra on if I need a bit of padding because they alter bras. Today was my first visit to Trousseau, and I am so impressed with the service & selection I had to write a review. Allie was amazing! I wasn't an easy customer -- I had a limited amount of time to be sized & find the perfect strapless bra before my lunch break ended -- but she acknowledged my constraints, was very quick yet methodical in choosing sample bras to find the perfect fit and sizing, and helped me leave with both an every day and a special occasion strapless bra. I really appreciated Allie's knowledge (she taught me a thing or two about fit & shopping guidelines) and her patience; I was clearly wearing the wrong size before and we had to adjust sizes based on different styles. BEST customer service & LARGE selection! Highly recommend! After "The Covid-19" hit (i.e. the pounds you gain from staying a home during a pandemic), I found the need to buy some shape-wear for a post-vaccine event. After a few disappointing online purchases, I decided to get help. Being high risk, I have limited my in-person shopping this past year. However, I felt very comfortable with the precautions taken at Trousseau in Vienna. Although I was not the only one in the store, it felt that way. I was in my own, rather large, dressing room with a personal shopper. I could occasionally hear other customers, but only saw them when leaving. (Side note: I love that they also made and donated masks to help protect others.) The store is well designed, clean, and has a ton of inventory. This meant that I only had to go to one place to find what I needed - something I appreciate now more than ever! Sarah helped me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Prior to coming in, Sarah suggested I bring the dress I will be wearing. This was more important than I thought. I thought I wanted one thing, but with the dress and her suggestions, I found that something else worked better. I view Sarah as a "Lingerie Doctor" - she really knows her stuff & helped solve my problem with "The Covid-19". (Okay, she did not get rid of the extra weight, but she did camouflage it better than the online items I tried.) Being professional, Sarah initially stepped out of the room to give me privacy while disrobing, but was there to help me "buckle up". Generally, I do not enjoy shopping for things like bathing suits ... or shape-wear. Sarah made me feel at ease & even a little better about myself while offering insight. I have been going to Trousseau for years! I always get a good fit with a gorgeous bra that I can wear without discomfort and that still provides the lift and shaping that I need. The selection is amazing! There are all types and sizes. All you need to do it describe what you are looking for to the staff and they will find the perfect fit. The staff is quite honest, if it doesn't look or fit right they will tell you and find you an alternative. Plus, they get it. They know you want to look good and they help that happen! Every friend that I have taken to Trousseau has turned into a repeat customer including ones who have moved away. When they come to visit, a trip to Trousseau is included in the itinerary. Trousseau's no refund policy is the very reason you should drive right by this store and head straight for Nordstrom. You can get everything there and also return or exchange it. This store is exactly the reason big chains are your best option. Small, local stores hang onto your every penny and won't budge on antiquated policies. You would never see a big chain retagging free promotional products for a full price item. If enough people bypass this store maybe they would finally get the message that consumers aren't going to shop there with their poor policy. read more

Night before the wedding, last minute lingerie fitting, and it won't close. Panic sets in, entire bridal party begins calling every department store around Tyson's, but of course no luck. UNTIL we came across this place. 2mins to close, 10mins away, and these amazing employees stayed open until we got there. We walk(run) in and they had already chosen out some of their best bridal lingerie and set it up in one of the fitting rooms for our bride. All the ladies were beyond helpful and patient and so kind with helping her choose the best one. If we could give 6 stars - we would. Trousseau is lovely. The store is spacious yet intimate. I wish I remembered the name of the sales lady but she was great. The bras are expensive. I bought 5; some casual, some very sexy. As someone who is very busty it was nice to walk into a brick and mortar store to try on bras. They have very large cup and band sizes for those of us who can no longer shop at lane Bryant. They also store your information ( size, what style you like). Convenient if you have a partner who likes to buy lingerie for you. They also sell panties to match all the bras, and they do offer plus sizes. Oh, and alterations are free. I highly recommend this place. read more

This is a great store to get high-quality (albeit pricey) bras. As many ladies have said, the biggest benefit from coming here was finding out my actual bra size! Unfortunately, it turns out that there is very little selection in that size at this store. Although Trousseau sells up to an N cup, it doesn't sell a lot of larger band sizes for smaller cups. This isn't entirely the store's fault, since it turns out that most bra manufacturers don't make bras that fit this description, but it was pretty disappointing when I was told my best option was to have the store sew a band extender in a smaller size. Naturally, this is something I could continue to do (and for about $30-40 less if I bought the bras elsewhere), but when a store markets itself as selling hard to find sizes, and still doesn't really sell your size, it's super disappointing. To their credit, the salespeople went out of their way to help me, even ordering multiple options when their selection didn't meet my specifications. I would still recommend this store, but caution non-busty ladies with large ribcages to temper their expectations. read more

I've had some good luck finding lingerie / sleepwear here, but the bras are limited in selection. They seem to carry things in colors like pink and pastels and some other garish patterns, and that's really not my thing. I literally prefer for all of my lingerie to be black and lacy. Pretty standard, right? You'd think. I know that it doesn't matter how much I like it in the store - if it's not black, I won't wear it. Finally, I went in yesterday and the salesperson got visibly frustrated with me because I only found one bra I liked, and I guess the other girl pulled a bigger sale. Meanwhile, I was frustrated because the one bra I liked had to be ordered in the right color, and the armholes had to be altered so that they don't hurt me. (On the bright side, they do free alterations!) She kept telling me, "Oh, this one comes in black, and we can order it!" and then coming back and saying "Nevermind!" From browsing a bit here, it looks like my only other choices are in DC. I am literally really to just make a trip to my regular store in Richmond. read more

Trousseau is a life changing experience that like Lasik's I wonder why I waited so long to take advantage of. Coming here is seriously one of the better things I have ever done for myself. I have been blessed/cursed with "bubbles" since grade school. To my fellow big bubble girls, you most likely feel my lack of comfort. Finding a strapless bra is a nightmare, your bubbles don't fit into tailored shirts, molding makes you appear more blessed/heavier then you'd like, not wearing a bra without under wire is not an option, I hate when my bubbles spill out, AND usually you don't have appropriate support. ::SIGH:: My frustration and the positive Yelp reviews led me to Trousseau's. The staff is charming- appointments even on the weekends, aren't needed, my fitting and shopping experience was so seamless and comfortable... During my trip, my associate immediately made me feel at ease and quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes regarding bra styles. I am never going anywhere else, ever. The Merchandise- There are plenty of options to chose from. Bras run from approximately $50-$70. Trousseau's also appears to sell panty and bridal accessories too. Two months later, I still love the support that my new bras offer. I am now able to wear a strapless bra ALL DAY without having to pull it up or it shifting around... I never knew life could be this good for us "natural" girls. I have since thrown out all of my non-Trousseau's bras. Significant Others-- I'd leave your significant other home. My hubby was with me, and immediately excused himself (despite the seating options) from the store. He shared that felt as if he was intruding on the other patrons shopping experience. LOL. Want to know something funny? I spent over a year working at Victoria's Secret and I would send ladies here all the time. I sure hope that the sales staff at Trosseau get a commission. If so, I think I deserve some sort of kick back. Kidding. I kid! Trosseau totally hooked me up as far as wedding undergarments. I was under so much stress in the weeks leading up to the big day that I lost 10 lbs in two weeks. Not something that I recommend, but it happened. I had 48 hours to scramble and get a corset bra that fit correctly under my strapless gown. I went into the shop with gown in tow and the salesgirl brought out a few options and I was able to try them all on with the gown. That was the most fun because every time I came out of the dressing room, the clients in the store would ooh and aah. For brides, they also sell veils and tiaras, as well as a small selection of jewelry. For the guys, if you are overwhelmed by trying to pick out lingerie-- there are some great lotions and chocolates here. read more

Update to my previous review. Have they ever heard of customer service? After a difficult time with my initial bra fitting I took a bra home. With two days it was actually making marks in my breast bone and gaping in the front. I took it back to see what could be done. Apparently they do not accept returns or exchanges, so you better make sure you really love the bra you purchase. I trusted the supposed expertise of the woman who fit me. I was told that "it's your bra now because you cut the tag out". Well yes I did cut the price tag off, am I supposed to wear a bra with the price tag attached? She said you cut the moth tag out, I said I had not abs she very snippily replied "uh huh". If you look at the bra you can see there was never a cloth tag in it. I could never, abs have never, been able to cut a cloth tag out of clothing so well that you can't even see it was there. So now I have no bra and am out the money I spent on this one. The women in the shop (and they are well staffed) seem to be more interested in chatting among themselves rather than actually helping their customers. The only positive thing is that I resisted the sales woman's suggestion to purchase more than one bra. read more

I was tired of having bras that made my "girls" spill out, felt too tight, straps falling off, etc. I am a busty gal and it's really hard to find a bra that fits right and is sexy. Enter Trousseau. A few of my friends have raved about this place, so one day when I had some money to spend, i stopped in. Upon entering, I was greeted right away and the saleswoman asked if I needed help. I said "I'd like to buy a bra that fits!" She promptly took me to an empty dressing room, measuring my underbust. She said there's really no accurate way to measure the cup size. Then she asked what type of bra I was looking for (everyday but still cute/sexy), and off she went. Within minutes she had a basic bra for me to try on for size and I kid you not, it fit perfectly. Once she got the cup part figured out, she picked out a few more styles for me. Each time she gave me tips on how a bra should fit. I walked in intending only to buy 2 bras. I left with 3 and a pair of matching underwear. The saleswoman was not at all pushy, but I loved the pieces she picked out for me that I wanted to buy them all! I compromised with a black bra, nude bra, a fun green bra with matching undies. The whole experience was so pleasurable and I will most definitely be back again for more. The atmosphere is really nice here. It's very much like a high end boutique but I was surprised that it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. My bras ranged from $60-80 and that's not much more than Victoria's Secret. Plus you get the super personalized service and a wider range of sizes. A month later I'm still in love with my bras. No "boob muffin top," the straps haven't fallen off, and I feel comfortable. I highly recommend checking Trousseau out if you're in the market for new bras. read more

Wow. What have I done, waiting so long to visit Trousseau? How have I settled for so many years with the mediocrity that is Victoria's Secret and department stores? Well, I won't make those same mistakes any longer, especially after my amazing visit to Trousseau for some new, ahem, over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders and some bridal gown-related wear. The store is set up beautifully and they have an awe-inspiring array of lingerie, undergarments, trinkets, robes, lingerie, and casual wear. Every brand they carry is high-end and their associates are friendly, respectful, and well-trained. I was paired up with Christie, for both my fitting and for my try-on. She was great and I felt like she knew exactly what I needed and we seemed to be about the same age, so she brought relevant and fun pieces for me to try on. I will absolutely come back here for my under-thing needs, especially because they carry Hanky Panky and Cosabella - yay! Do yourself a favor and treat your womanhood to Trousseau. Men, there's plenty of seating here and it's a calming environment, and not over-sexed like VS...but there's also a bagel shop and a Dunkin' Donuts in the shopping center if you need to escape while your lady does her thing. I was in dire need of a new bra wardrobe. I called ahead and was impressed by the large size range (A-K). Then when I came in person even though there was two people ahead of me, my bra fitting session didn't feel rushed. Allie spent her time to show me different tricks with my bras to make sure they were fitting right. I left with seven bras that all fit really well. I will definitely be going back to buy all of my bras. I recommend this store to everyone but especially people with a small rib cage and big bust there are so many options. read more

I have always love coming to this place knowing that I will get specialized customer service, care and fitting for quality lingerie and under garments. I met with an associate named Debbie and told her that after I had gotten a breast lift/reduction I wanted to find bras that would support and still feel good wearing because my bras were past their retirement. She asked what bras I currently own and what I liked and what I didn't like. After trying on a handful of bras I told her that I am looking for a bra what will LIFT and PUSH UP (currently 38DDD or 38G, yes even after the reduction). I specifically told her that I need a bra/cup that won't give out during the duration of the day and separate my breast apart like the other bra I last purchased. About 5 days ago purchased 2 bras- Amelia ($78) and Parisian ($69). I wore the Parisian during a wedding and I started noticing that the cups were getting loose and spreading my breast apart and pointed outwards. I tried tightening the straps but then they started digging into my shoulders. The cups were making my girls point outwards and the cups were loosening up. I called asking if I can exchange it for something else because this was the number one concern about the last pair I bought from them in the past. They said that I can come in and they will look at my bra and how it fits on me but they can NOT exchange any worn items. I get that it's worn but the fact that the bra I was given and suggested by a specialized associate trained specifically on under garments made this mistake. I am extremely disappointed. For the price I paid for items that will never be on sale or have discounts on. I will never come back here. Nordstrom will now be my go to place. I'm all about the 5 stars on this one. After a previous bad experience at another similarly focused store, I thought I'd go back to Trousseau. I first went there when I got married and had a great experience. However, I never really thought to check it out again for everyday undergarments. I'm glad I went back. FIrst - the pros: No appointment necessary, a wide range of products on display for you, helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff, a bright and unpretentious atmosphere, and plentiful parking and convenient hours. Also, you can order bras with no obligation - if you don't pick them up, or like them, you don't have to purchase them. Cons: Traffic to Vienna generally is terrible. Returns only within 30 days with receipt for store credit. I had a great experience - Jeannette worked with me, although there were 3 staff people available. She asked me a few questions about my preferences, what brought me there, and what I was looking for specifically, if anything. She measured me and then brought me a couple options in style to get a feel for my style and taste. She helped me find a great everyday style bra, as well as a couple more "fun" options. She had a bra put aside to purchase for herself, but when she saw that it would fit me and fit my style, she grabbed it from the back and gave it to me to try and said she'd order another for herself. After about 45 minutes, I had found 3 options in stock that I loved and needed, and had 3 more ordered in other colors and styles to try. She was patient, helpful and walked me through the measuring and fitting process. She also shared with me how to best wash, store and dry bras to keep them as new as possible for as long as possible. I should point out, though, for those that haven't had a "real" bra fitting before, they fit you TIGHT. I learned that most of your support in a bra comes from the band, NOT the straps, so at first it's tighter than may be comfortable, but doesn't hurt. It took a bit of getting used to. In addition, the way these bras were fitted made me look 10 pounds thinner and gave me a boost I never thought possible, esp. for being larger breasted and a bit saggy from age and having had a kid and breastfeeding. It's amazing how a properly fitted bra can make you look! In all, I felt welcomed, appreciated and found that I actually enjoyed the experience. I HIGHLY recommend going there if you're in the market for a new and fantastic looking bra. It's worth the drive to Vienna, trust me! read more

After scouring the Internet and a traumatizing trip to VS (I started crying when I saw myself in the dressing room mirror. It was horrible. I may need to write a separate review there for their shape wear. Women need to be warned.) for shape wear to go under my wedding gown, I headed over to Trousseau. I was pleasantly surprised at how the operation works. When I was assigned a fitting room, I was also assigned a very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable sales attendant. I told her what I was looking for, she measured me, and then went off to find a couple of bras for me. They didn't have the greatest selection, but I only needed on bra, right? I also think it may have had something to do with my size. They seemed to have more of the larger bras (bigger than 32C). After trying on the two options they had for me, I had the right undergarment and it was pretty much the same price as it would have been at VS (not on sale). No crying, no hurt self-esteem, just a great fitting bra. On top of a not-emotionally-draining trip to buy a bra, I also liked the following: - I did not see any male employees. Call me old fashioned, but there is not much more uncomfortable than trying to pick out a pair of panties while the male worker is folding them at the same kiosk. - Free alterations and push up cups. As mentioned before, I think their selection is a little better if the customer has a little more to work with than I do. Most of the bras I saw were under wire, full coverage, no push up. However, the saleslady I worked with offered me complimentary alterations (the bustier I purchased was a little big), including free push ups for the bra cups. - Chocolate truffles in the corner. Background: Due to the requirements of my body, I am well-versed in proper bra-fitting techniques and have access to second, third, fourth, etc. opinions from equally and even more well-versed individuals. I know the difference between US sizing and UK sizing. I use a good amount of trial and error and methodology in ascertaining my best bra size. I am not the type to correct a salesperson unless I am 100% certain that I know what I am talking about. I had heard great things about Trousseau, so I was really excited to go there. My bra-fitting experience was truly lacking though. I would have been much better off without her help. The saleslady kept bringing me bras that were too small in the cup. When I told her what size I was, she told me to disregard the that size and told me that I shouldn't believe what I read on the Internet. When I asked her whether a particular bra size is sized in US or UK, she said she didn't know. Knowing the difference between US and UK is definitely important for anyone above DD! She didn't offer to find out though. I had to Google it for myself. Along the way, she tried to use one bra that runs small in the cups as a size determination, as well as one bra that runs large in the cups. That is not a good way to fit someone. They should really be fitted using a bra that runs true to size in the band and cup. In my opinion, a properly educated lingerie salesperson would know all of this. I eventually tried on the size that I thought I was and it turns out that I was correct all along. Funny how that works. I really wanted a great experience there, but I left empty handed. read more

Best bra fitting I've ever had hands down. The bra fittings that you get at Macy's, JCPenny's, Victoria Secrets, etc. are a joke. I used to be a small A cup and wore push up bras and went to VS to get fitted properly. They measured me over the push up bra that i had and told me i was a 34B. Same thing happened with Macys and JCPennys. I then had breast augmentation and was given a voucher to come here to find a bra and get fitted. They were amazing through the whole process. The associate that was helping me brought me over 4 styles of bras and literally within 30 minutes i found the perfect strapless bra (that straps can be added to) and it is the most comfortable thing that I own. I wish i had more money to get the bras BUT they are worth every single penny. read more

Great customer service! Get here early on the weekends or you'll be waiting for a room/assistant, but the women are super helpful and the selection is huge. There are bras for every budget & they will bring you whatever you're looking for. They'll also order bras for you and call you when they come in. They have a variety of products both for wedding and special occasions as well as for daily use but I want to emphasize that if you are big busted this is definitely the place to go to as you won't find what you're looking for in retail stores such as VS. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable staff always working along side newer younger ones so you can always get answers to your questions. Punctual with their special orders and they have both weekend and daily, late evening hours for customer convenience. I have been to 5-6 different bra shops in the metropolitan area and this is the one I keep returning to over and again. The prices are in line with every other bra I ever purchased, too. read more

Ladies - if you've never been fitted for a bra, RUN don't walk to Trousseau! I had no idea what to expect going in, but was grateful that I had Debbie as my sales associate. She spent nearly an hour with me, and gave me lots of helpful info and tips for buying the right bra. She was kind, knowledgeable, and never pressured me to buy. I left with two perfect-fit bras, but the coolest part was that all the bras I tried on today went on-file in my profile!
