I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

My exhaust needed everything mid-pipe and back replaced from rust holes and crappy welds done prior to me getting it. Been over a year and have nothing to show for what i paid for. Owner kept giving me excuses then started to dodge my calls. Kit was assembled at Roadsmith and waiting for payment from shop so they could ship. Payment was never made. Money was gone and owner has not attempted to rectify issue or refund money. In doing some research i have learned that the shop has done this to others over the years. I do not recommend using this shop.

Gave him 16k to purchase trike kit which after 10 months I have not seen. When confronted I was told basically he didn't have the money for one reason or another. I am glad I didn't leave my bike there. Now he screens his calls and won't answer either my calls or those from Roadsmith. And Roadsmith doesn't recognize his shop as a dealer either.
