Large pie with topping, 1 order of wings, 2 cans of Pepsi........ $41 and change. when I questioned her and looked up at the menu board she claimed they had price increases but lowered my total to $38 and change. Absolutely LOVE Troys! The wings, pizza, and calazones are a regular purchase for my family. Definitely the best in the area. The onion rings are hands down the best we've ever had! I live in the area and found Troys while searching for local delivery. It is the ONLY place around that does deliver. Sometimes its a long wait but totally worth it. The food is 90% of the time, fantastic. I did order a meal once for delivery and was told I didn't meet the required amounts, so I added some extra garlic knots. When the driver got to my house it ended up being nearly 8$ more than what she told me on the phone. All of my food was burned and my calzone tasted like it was all cooked together with the garlic knots so it all tasted the same, like burnt bread and garlic. Was the ONLY bad taste experience I have had. Was disappointed in the high cost of the food along with the long wait time to end up with burned food. I get anxiety about calling sometimes because you never know the mood of the person you are going to get. I think Troy is stressed, and then the employees act the same way. The woman who answers sometimes can be snappy and make you feel like youre a bother. I still order, just maybe a little less than before. Aside from my small little issues stated above - The food is really great. The sandwiches are huge and well worth the price, the cheese steaks are bomb, the rajun cajun pizza is good (if you like the spice kick otherwise cheese is gr8). Wings are on point they are generally kinda crispy which is how I like them. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Its off the beaten path but so worth it! so so so disappointed. moved out of kerhonkson almost 2 years ago, haven't had troy's in a while and i was sad to see they've gone downhill. we tried to order delivery and we were straight up told "no. how am i supposed to know when the delivery guy gets in?" the guy on the phone kept calling us bro and dude, so rude and unprofessional. we went to pick up the pizza and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS! especially in food service during the midst of a pandemic, i was disgusted. i said something and the girl behind the counter grudgingly put her mask on, and the man continued to be rude and refused to put his mask on. not to mention this pizza had the cheapest quality sausage i've ever had. so disappointed, hope they figure things out here. read more

The pizza here is great! The people who work there ate generally friendly, and the food is good. I'm a fan of their small pizzas, as they can comfortably feed two people for 14 dollars. They also deliver! They have a lot of Pepsi products, as well as orange soda, ginger ale, and both cherry and regular Doctor Pepper. Aside from soda, you can pick up some Arizona tea, or milk. Let me set the scene, you are in upstate New York and you need a trustworthy, edible and outright bargain of a shop to stock up on any of the upstate necessities. You arrive at Troys and are immediately overwhelmed by the magnificent view, but then the real enjoyment begins when you enter the lovely shop. Between the crisp, enticing pizza, hearty cold cuts and delectable soft drink options, it is my favorite restaurant. The market esk grocery options and clutch selection of Smore's making tools is only a sliver of the reason as to why it's my go to place. Found this place on Yelp, as I traveled on rt 209. Would've never found this place on my own. And if I did, I probably wouldn't stop there. Now, with that being said, I ordered the Italian combo sandwich. It was delicious. I live in Queens and in my opinion, this sandwich was as good our better then most places in the city. We got delivery from Troy's while staying at the Hudson Valley "Resort and Spa". The person I placed the order with was friendly and accommodating to my customization requests. The food was delivered when expected. I LOVED my sandwich- I got the hot veggie sandwich with no green peppers and it was delicious. As a vegetarian, I find that it's hard to find a good vegetable sandwich at a pizza place that doesn't consist of slimy eggplant, roasted red peppers, and green peppers. This sandwich was served on a non-artisan, good old fashioned soft white hoagie roll (as one should expect for a $6.50 sandwich) and was loaded with hot fried eggplant, sautéed mushrooms and onions, melted mozzarella, and a manageable, but not soggy amount of marinara. My husband got a chicken parm sandwich and also really enjoyed his. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because the mozzarella sticks were cold and there was a $3 delivery fee I didn't know about. Other than that it was great. Been disappointed more than once with their service. First time we ordered an Italian combo sub that when we got home it had no meet. Called, had to go back and get order corrected. Ended up with a ham and cheese sandwich. We did not order that but out of frustration gave up. Ordered a Stromboli. It was dough filled with just cheese. They never asked for fillings so I assumed. Took an hour and a half for delivery of a single pizza. We live on the same road about two miles away. Driver called, cursing because her gps had her at wrong address. When she did show up she tried to keep ten dollar tip saying she didn't have change. After an hour and a half, the cursing, the rude staff and the history we have officially given up on this place. Troy's has great pizza! The pie crust is not too soft and not too crispy. The cheese and sauce are just the right amounts...and it's one of the cheapest large pies I've ever had. They also have great deli sandwiches and sell pretty much every emergency item you can think of....from toilet paper to motor oil. read more

Best pizza I've ever had. it's thin crusted but fluffy aswell. there isn't too much cheese and they pile on the pepperoni. Their sandwiches are great; i recommend the italian combo, and plenty of drink options. They deliver, and are very friendly.
