There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

She made unsolicited comments about my decision to start laser hair removal in my late twenties, which was completely inappropriate and frankly none of her business. I came in for a service that I chose for myself--not to be lectured or made to feel bad about when I decided to do it. She was also clearly in a rush to get through my appointment. I have an extremely low pain tolerance, and while I understand that isn't her responsibility, she seemed visibly frustrated that I couldn't tolerate even the lowest setting of the laser. Instead of showing any patience or understanding, she told me, "Definitely next time get a numbing cream." The entire interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. On top of that, there were a few areas that I genuinely could not shave properly because they were difficult to reach. She told me she would laser them this time, but that next time I needed to be "more thorough" because otherwise the laser wouldn't be effective. I understand that clients are expected to shave beforehand, but there is a huge difference between giving someone a simple reminder and making them feel embarrassed or inadequate over something they genuinely could not reach. And what makes this even more frustrating is that I had a completely different experience at the Encino location. My sister had encountered the same issue there, and the technician simply had a single-use razor available and took care of the area. No attitude. No judgment. No embarrassing comments. Just basic professionalism and common sense. A beauty treatment should not leave a client feeling judged, rushed, or embarrassed. People make sacrifices to take time out of their day for themselves. You have no idea what someone has going on in their life, how long they've been saving for a treatment, or how much it may have taken for them to finally make that appointment. The absolute bare minimum should be making them feel comfortable and respected. I am beyond disappointed with the Glendale location. It is unfortunately the closest location to me, but I would rather drive farther than ever deal with this kind of treatment again. Management seriously needs to address the way clients are being treated at this location.
