Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month. Kevin spent two days on our roof, carefully brushing off years of moss buildup, and then did the gutters, and cleanup. He did a fantastic, meticulous job, and finished by applying a treatment that will be helpful over time. His supervisor traveled here several times to inspect the work while it was being done. The work was done on several clear days, but then we had several days of rain, and the gutters didn't overflow, and the downspouts did their job. I couldn't be happier. It took more than a week to get someone out to house to do a walk-around and then get me an…read moreestimate. Mason arrived by himself and seemed unsure of the process. During cleaning I had to point out several windows he missed on both inside and outside, After he said he was finishing up I did a walk through and found tracks still dirty and full of crud, dirt and particles on the sills (I assume fell from the screens). Screens still had dirt and debris stuck in it - he only wiped screens and did not wash with a water stream - the while screen frames were all unwiped and dirty. Several windows had stuck on debris (probably insects or bird poop) that I scraped off with my thumbnail I told him I was not happy with the work and he said he would stay and take care of things. I also then pointed out he had not gotten the big picture window in the garage cleaned on the inside; then he left me as if to go do it. The next thing I see is him driving away in the van never to be seen nor heard from again. Besides the job being unfinished and poorly done, I found a screen laying the bushes, another laying on the kitchen counter and wiping cloths on the lawn. I spend an hour cleaning up and vacuuming after the guy left. Clearly Amazing - NOT
