I'm…read moreso happy I came to this location because this is the exact one my dad took me to 20 years ago. Jessica and Aaron did an incredible job helping me out! They were super knowledgeable on all the inventory, super friendly, and did their best to help me out in every way possible (within reason of course). They made my first time buying a bike easy and helped me make the right choice with my 2021 Yamaha Bolt R-Spec. Jessica also made the paperwork process easy and got me on my way with ease. She was incredibly friendly and I'm glad she was able to walk me through the logistic side of things. Gabriel helped out with making sure I knew how and when to maintain the bike when it came to that point. Noel brought out the bike to show me it in all its glory. He made me excited to ride and made sure I knew where everything was on the bike and that I was happy with my choice. Overall, the whole experience was amazing and I will be coming back to get gear and anything else I need. Huge shoutout to Aaron and Jessica for being the absolute best!

I can't tell you what to do with your money , but I'm hoping the information I'll provide will help you make an informed decision where to purchase your next powersport toys QUICK HISTORY: I purchased my first motorcycle from them in 2011 as a young 20 year old . I walked in with ZERO intention of leaving with a motorcycle , I didn't even hold my M1 yet . No credit history , stable medical field job , and hungry for a motorcycle . I ended up signing for an R6 at 20% interest , 48 months @ $406/month. 100% my fault for not comprehending , but they buttered me up with a helmet , jacket , gloves , (all of which added to my finance plan, but made me feel good , right ? ) . That's on ME. Just sharing this to give weight with my words , knowing I've dealt with them over the years ... Fast forward to this week. I'm now 36, with more knowledge and care. I am currently working with challenged credit , which I was transparent about with them. I was aware I needed a co-signer after applying solo , and I attained one with Tier 1 credit history , about 60 years of solid good credit history. Del Amo has a motorcycle I want , priced at $8799 after a manufacture $2000 instant rebate (+dealer fee's , which they price at $2,099. CRAZY in itself). That's around $10,500ish after taxes, maybe $11,000 to be fair . OUR FIRST OFFER for a $11k price motorcycle: 72 months , $292/ month @ 20% interest . That equals $21,024.... For a motorcycle with a sticker of $8799... For a tier 1 credit history individual , that's what they offered... shameful. They said it's because it's attached to me & my credit history . I said they should be ashamed to even offer that to someone . I get my credit is challenged but don't disrespect the Tier 1 credit holder who's worked 60 years of his credit. They're looking for the naive , young person blinded by the lights and glimmer in their store. I FORGOT TO MENTION... the dealership stated in order for the finance company to work with my credit(prior to a co-signer) , they needed me to turn in 2 of my vehicles that I have a loan on. I DONT EVEN HAVE 2 VEHICLES, LET ALONE 2 WITH A LOAN FROM ANY FINANCE COMPANY . WHAT THE HELL? There's more details to this debacle than I can add on Yelp & I'm going to make a video about this for YouTube . Not to bash this brand , but to inform potential customers of the business practices portrayed by the finance team here . PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
