I must say these guys are Great! Once again, they have taken care of my bike.. it is very hard to find a reliable and most importantly, honest repair shops.. the check engine light appeared on my bike. So I brought it into them with no hesitation. They could have told me the bike needed something to be replaced to fix the issue and I would have believed them and paid. But that was not the case. There was nothing wrong with the bike. They removed the code and I was on my way. Thank you very much for being honest. I really appreciate you guys. You always do a great job. Took my bike here to replace fork seals and have new preload adjusters installed. They adjusted it perfectly and mannnn does it feel like a whole new bike! They also get brownie points for so many extra things like... Friendly, simple and organized process. The front desk lady is amazing. Communication is on point. They take the time to assess exactly what you need or want done. They're also not afraid of texting which is great. Bike was actually cleaned up and seems like they also greased some joints that needed it before giving it back. Wow! They were done the very next day, much sooner than the estimate I was given. Prices are very competitive! They even took a few minutes to help me resolve an issue I had with my key not turning to pop the seat off. What a saving grace. They really seem to be hard working honest people running a business while striving to have good customer relations and satisfaction. I crashed my bike and did quite a bit of damage. I initially planned to take it to a shop close to me, but they didn't work on bikes that were over 10 years old (I have a 2006 Suzuki SV650). They recommended I take it to KNV Motorsports instead. I was able to get an appointment at KNV very quickly. When I arrived, one of the guys did a thorough walkthrough of the visible damage and said he'd follow up with more info after a closer inspection. They started working on my bike the same day! A few days later, they updated me on the damage and provided a pricing estimate. I'm not very knowledgeable about bikes, but they were very patient and explained everything in detail. I was really surprised at how reasonable the cost was given the extent of the damage. The entire process--drop-off, assessment, parts ordering, and repair--only took two weeks. On top of their speed and affordability, all of the staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely return to KNV for any future maintenance or repairs. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Being a small shop, the time to repair can be somewhat delayed (probably because they are so busy) but I found the quality of their work to be top-notch. Great shop!!! The personnel is friendly and very knowledgeable. Worked on my 2009 Yamaha stratoliner when other shops wouldn't (don't know why). They changed my tire , did oil change and got a new battery. They also recently fixed the cluster gauges on my 2003 R6, even installed new grips and levers. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Reasonable prices and great work!!! This will definitely be my new motorcycle shop. read more

I took my bike in to get a basic tune up and got an external inspection on the spot. With this external inspection other issue we're pointed out to me that I did not see. At KNV they are very thorough and honest. There is no pressure for service and no hidden fees. I am very grateful with the service that was provided. They were on time. I was sent before and after photos of the work that was done. I had some wires hanging out on my bike and to put those in their proper place was not part of what I asked for but when I picked my bike up everything was put in it's proper place. Well I was in the market for some tires for my GSXR. And I ended up finding an ad for knv selling the tires I was interested in. Contacted the number and got a price quote I could not believe. Dunlop Q3+ ftw!! I live in corona and this is a 50 mile ride from my house but it was completely worth my time going out there. Vanessa is truly a nice person and helped me out tremendously, the techs working on bike are super professional and handle your baby with love and respect. Lifesaver! Courteous service! Because of other priorities, I wasn't able to ride my Ducati Hyperstrada 2014. As such, I failed to check with the required maintenance checks/replacement schedule. In particular is the battery. So, on the way to work (I usually take a car, but it will be a long story on why I was taking the bike) - my battery died. The shop opens at 9:00 am and called them right away. They were more than responsive and helpful in arranging for towing from my work place's parking lot to their shop and replacing the battery for a minimal fee. I have now a NEW favorite for a shop... Changed the rear tire few month ago and everything they did to my bike was on point. Luckily the tire I wanted was already in-stock so no additional waiting was required. This is a family owned business and they are amazing! Other shops overcharge and have long wait times - not here. Enrique & Vanessa are great people and there techs are very good at what they do. I've been to at least 5 independent shops and nobody can turn a bike around faster than these people can. Honest people, really competitive pricing, and very detail oriented. They love motorcycles and will talk hours about it with you. I just found these guys and I can happily say they are my new go-to shop. I own a Yamaha Fz07 which comes with horrific suspension. I took my bike here to fix the issue and slap on some accessories. Normally I take my bike to Hudson but they closed for renovations I I have this place a try. I gave them yeh simple things to do- clutch fluid change and chain service. Both were fine well and quickly. They also threw in some other stuff like greasing the kickstand and wiping some of the dust off my 15 year old bike. Reasonable priced and fast. read more

Came here for my first time looking for an affordable tire for my friend's CBR. They had advertisements on craigslist offering some good deals on tires. Ended up being totally worth the visit. Enrique is an awesome guy, and his (I assume wife) Vanessa was very helpful. There was no wait time, and Enrique immediately showed all the tires he had available. They took the bike in, handled the business, and had us out of there in about a half hour. I will definitely be returning for tires as time goes on...
