Service was very good; our server was very nice I like that they have seasonal fresh food available in a casual setting. I went for the Matcha Horchata drink, the elotes flatbread, and a side of kale Caesar salad. Definitely wasn't cheap, but good food always comes with a price. Came in with high expectations for healthy food and it lived up to it. Their service was friendly and timely. There a lot of tables and spaced out well. Had the passionfruit cocktail and it was made well with a good amount of alcohol and flavor. The steak salad also was delicious, good amount and not too salty. The three of us went for dinner at 6. I had a Chinese salad with chicken. The ingredients were fresh. It was good but not a lot to eat. We also had a dumpling appetizer which was delicious. My wife had a salad with salmon and found that the salmon was very undercooked. It took at least 15 minutes to recook to receive our check was also a long time. Overall I think the food is good, unusual in a good way but expensive. All this was overshadowed by poor service. The epitome of inattentiveness by our server. Not too excited about going back. Underwhelming to say the least... I've been twice now. Once was in the restaurant and second time was pick up. I wanted to give it a second chance before yelping the first time I went, so here it is. The first time was okay.. the food is so overpriced for the portions you are getting. I ordered one of the juices and it was $9 I believe. It tasted like grass water and I love healthy food and drink but this was not it!! The food is good you know.. nothing spectacular but it's decent. I went to a location in DC and it was soooo much better. Maybe it's just here that is not as exciting. Vegan burger is really good and natural.. but seemed like it was a day old. Came here for an early dinner. When we first walked in the first thing we noticed was how nice the place looked. They did a really good job on design and it felt modern and clean. The next thing we noticed was how big the space was. They have a lot of room and a lot of seats. The menu is very healthy conscious. I don't think they have one item in their menu that is not a complex carb (no white rice, white bread, etc.). We ordered the chicken sausage pizza, grilled Korean steak and the Peruvian burger. The sausage pizza was decent and had a nice crisp for a multigrain crust. For me the star was the dinapoli pizza sauce. I'm assuming they used San marzano tomatoes to make the sauce because it was really good. The grilled korean steak was cooked well and tender. It came with black forbidden rice which I'm usually a big fan of but it was either extremely undercooked or overcrisped in a pan because it had a crunchy texture. It was also swimming in what tasted like kimchi juice which was pretty overpowering. The mushrooms and bokchoy were a nice addition but the bean sprouts, cilantro and Thai basil did not translate to "Korean" flavors to me. The Peruvian burger was probably my favorite item. It came on a nice pillowy bun and was topped with blue cheese, a fried egg, caramelized onions and a Peruvian sauce. Everything worked well together and complimented the juicy beef patty. Our waitress gave me the option to do half sweet potato hash and half kale salad which I opted for. The hash was nice and soft with a little char and the kale salad was like a healthier version of Caesar salad. Overall if you're looking for a healthier option while eating out I recommended this place. It seemed a little pricey to me but I guess every time something is deemed as a healthier option the ingredients always cost more. One last thing that was a little annoying is two of the drinks we wanted to order were they ran out of ingredients for even though we came before the dinner rush. read more

Now I can have it anytime my heart desires.... which all the time ! If you want fresh clean, non-processed ingredients this is your spot. Somehow, I've also never found a cranky staff member which makes the experience even more enjoyable! Literally everything about this place is delightful, wholesome and on point. The staff is welcoming and happy to be there. The service was outstanding and our server took his time to check in with the kitchen and honor dietary restrictions at our table. The ambiance is lovely, deep bright green on wood and really inviting. This might sound silly, but the bathrooms were immaculate too. We had brunch on Sunday and it was divine. Great spot if you're looking for simple and fresh food! The menu is seasonal and they have a lot of vegetarian / gluten-free options. My mom and I shared the Truffle Honey & Squash Flatbread and the Ancient Grains Bowl with a side of Brussel Sprouts. The flatbread was a bit too thin but the toppings were really delicious. In both entrees, the vegetables were cooked and seasoned well! Since the portion sizes are on the smaller side, I would recommend coming here for lunch. My honest review is that the food was delicious. The ancient grains bowl was amazing and we ate every single bite of it. The bison burger was so tasty. The pizza crusy was a little bland and thin but the toppings were very tasty and sweet. The restaraunt itself is huge with super nice seating, tables, and lighting. My sister told me about True Food Kitchen in GA, so I was super excited to give it a try when I found it one was coming nearby. True Food Kitchen does not disappoint. I've ordered carry out twice and can't wait to dine in. Both times I ordered the Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl and The O.G. The Brussel Sprouts are lightly seasoned with a vinegarette and chili thread. The teriyaki bowl is just right, not drenched in sauce but nowhere near dry. Both are tasty and light. This was my first time visiting True Food Kitchen. My family and I enjoyed lunch during the week and it provided a very serene atmosphere for us to chat over some delicious seasonal food. We sat in a spacious booth for 4. I ordered a teriyaki grain bowl which was flavorful but the portion of the add on Crisped chicken was disappointing. They could've been a little more generous with the serving of chicken in comparison to the grain in the bowl. Two members of my party were also disappointed with the portion size of their chicken burgers. We ordered one crisped chicken kids meal but it only came with two small tenders, a large side of hummus and 3 carrots. The server was kind enough to oblige my request when I asked for more carrots to finish off the hummus so it wouldn't go to waste. Kids meals are not very filling to say the least. The matcha lavender latte was yummy but a little watered down by the amount of ice it was served with. Dessert was 10 out of 10! the Pink Key Lime Ube and Straevery Tart were divine!
