All American Burger with Tuscan Kale salad
    Damiano D.

Online I found True food kitchen and I gave it a try. What about True Food Kitchen? [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is great, it is a big dining room with balanced décor and beautiful natural light coming in from the big windows; (I was there at lunch)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was good, healthy, light and tasty; the appetizer EDAMAME DUMPLING was very good, you could taste the truffle oil that make them surprisingly different, I continue my lunch with an ALL AMERICAN BURGER with a Tuscan Kale Salad as side and I completed it with a Chocolate flourless cake; The only thing they should work on was the Hospitality, the workers could make a bit more effort to make you feel the True Experience of this place, not just True Food but also True human connection.

Excellent food! Everything tasted so fresh. The feta hummus platter was delicious. My daughter devoured her kids pasta, the sauce was very nicely made. The sourdough pizza is quite large and delicious. The server was kind and attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was spotless, cozy, and very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I felt quite comfortable with the absolute cleanliness.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend this spot!

Went here for lunch and overall it was a pleasant experience. Healthy food options, cocktails and dessert available as well. Service was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a full sit down restaurant, pleasant ambiance, spacious and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food didn't look exceptional but was delicious. I was not a fan of pizza with ricotta and mushrooms, it tasted bland therefore the combination didn't work for me. Tuna bowl and steak were good, hummus was acceptable. I liked that they had fresh juices. Glass of Bellini was barely half full (not a depicted on menu) but dirty till the rim from peach purée, not sure how that came about.

This was a great spot to break my fast. The edamame dumplings were a first for me--and they were so good. I was also craving shrimp, and the vegetable noodle bowl with added shrimp definitely hit the spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is large and inviting, making it perfect for casual dining with friends, coworkers, or even as a go-to lunch spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was friendly and polite, and I'd definitely come back to explore more of the appetizers and other dishes.

This is a great place for a good healthy meal. I had the turkey burger and a side kale salad. I took half of the turkey sandwich home and the turkey burger was even better the second day-spices were more intense! The ginger margarita was the best cocktail I have had all year-delicious-5 stars. Service was good-friendly & attentive. The only reason this restaurant does not receive 5 stars is the price. I thought it was a bit pricey for a chain restaurant.

Korean Noodle Bowl with chicken DELICIOUS!

Based on the previous reviews we had high hopes. It's easy to get to off the GSP, good variety and serves beer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's very loud. I'm 59 and my husband is 69. They had great music playing but the high ceilings and hard surfaces make for super-acoustics. We could hardly hear each other or the waiter. The place was almost empty so it wasn't other people making noise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My glass noodle bowl with added chicken was absolutely delicious! My husband's sourdough chicken mozzarella sandwich was bland, no flavor. I believe our waiter was new but he should have been monitored more closely. We had to ask to get a waiter to our table then when I asked him what his fav thing was on the menu, he said they took his fav off the menu. Then We had to ask someone to find him so we could get the bill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was clean and spacious and had a nice varied menu but really loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Oh wonderful meal very fresh and well prepared. Feel as though you're eating very healthy food.. I like the seasonal menu my favorite butternut squash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a clean, cool south of the border feel decorum nice music playing as well and a place you can watch the baseball game[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . I like the service, very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu .

Y'ALL! Run, don't walk, to True Food Kitchen! I don't know why it took me so long to try this place. I initially thought the menu focused solely on (in my mind "unsexy") vegan (VG), vegetarian (V), and gluten-free (GF) options. While they definitely cater to those dietary needs, True Food Kitchen offers something for everyone, even meat eaters. Their menu is extensive, covering shareables, entrees, sandwiches, pizzas, bowls, mains, sides, desserts, and there's even the TrueTrio bundle deal at $19.50 for 1 main/1 pairing/1 bev. I know everything is made with fresh, organic ingredients (because my taste buds don't lie), and somehow they manage to pack a ton of flavor into every bite. Even the smallest detail, like a perfectly cut grilled onion, was incredibly delicious and satisfying. Ancient Grains Bowl topped with Artic Salmon 10/10 **FOR THE WIN! Roasted Brussels Sprouts 9/10 **SIMPLY DELICIOUS

What an amazing restaurant! My first time ever going to True Food was in California, I was so sad that I wouldn't be able to frequent the restaurant as much since it was so far. To my surprise, there was one a couple of minutes away! True Food is not only 100% seed oil free, but it also has fresh seasonal menus at reasonable prices. The staff has always been super friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place is warm and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want a yummy healthy meal with reasonable prices and a good ambiance I 100% recommend![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

True Foods is a concept that seems to try to mix Seasons 52 with Chili's/ Fridays. It just doesn't translate well. My party ordered the grass fed burger, chicken sandwich, chocolate cookie and cocktails. I'd only return for the cocktails. If your party has dietary restrictions like vegan, and want cocktails then I'd suggest it. Otherwise, it would be a no. Expensive and not even worth it. My teenage son didn't even finish the half of my very sad cheeseburger.

Came here for brunch with a big group of friends with a open table reservation. We were given a private dining room. Service was a bit slow to begin with , water and drinks took longer than expected to arrive. The wait for the food was worth the wait, the food was tasty and fresh. My favorite part was that all ingredients are claimed to be organic and no seed oils used for cooking. The pancakes were interesting, healthy but really delicious. The rest of the dishes - avocado toast, pizza, hash, skillet etc did not disappoint.

I recently tried the chef's 8-course tasting menu, and it was perfectly paced--the small plates are proportionately sized so you leave feeling satisfied rather than overwhelmed. Every dish is a standout with deep, "stacked" flavors; even the ingredients I was skeptical about ended up being favorites. Nothing needed a drop of extra seasoning. The service sets a warm, welcoming tone from the start. We were offered Oshibori (Japanese warm towelettes) to refresh our hands, and getting a fresh set of utensils with every course was a high-end touch I really appreciated. Menu Highlights: Taro Fritter: A sweet-textured appetizer inspired by Chinese desserts, topped with caviar and soy-pickled beets. It was a beautiful way to awaken the palate. Mackerel Crudo: As someone who isn't usually a fan of raw dishes, I was surprised by how much I loved this. It's light, perfectly acidic, and balanced with plum, ponzu, and apple. Grilled Sunchoke: This was "rustic elegance" in a bowl. The smell alone is incredible, and the combination of ginger crab and shellfish butter is pure comfort. Smoked Duck: Topped with black winter truffle and caramelized onions in a gochujang sauce--absolutely excellent cook and presentation. Braised Beef Cheek: So tender you can skip the knife and just use your fork. Since I forgot to BYOB, I tried their house-made Luck & Love hibiscus drink. It's hands-down the best hibiscus tea I've ever had--I actually tried to buy one to-go, but they only make enough for dine-in guests! It's a fantastic spot to bring friends or loved ones, though I'd recommend arriving early. The parking lot is extremely tight, so you might need to look for space in the lot next door.

We're still looking around for our go-to Indian restaurant in the area as our kids love saag/palak paneer and we used to go at least once a month where we moved from. But we finally made it! We came here on a Monday that also fell on a holiday so they had a steady amount of customers. We were the only non-Indian customers, which appears to be normal. They're located in a small strip along with 2 or 3 other businesses. Shared parking is behind the building so most people entered through the back door. It was about half full when we got there so I can see it filling up fast during crowded times. Walk through because no one is at the back but there is a small clothing rack to hang coats; the counter is at the front by the front door. We made ourselves known and were promptly seated. They serve vegetarian food and many are Swaminarayan-friendly (allium-free, which appears to be their default mode), certain can be made Jain as well! They do use alliums but overall, they seem to be able to make most of the dishes without alliums. We ordered the following, Swaminarayan-style and mild because one of my kids can do but mild food: DAHI PURI: I usually get pani puri but decided to try it out since it's been a while since I had this. It came out first as the appetizer, was a thing of beauty, and there are A LOT of flavors in there. The sweet-leaning yogurt, sev with its textural differences, the freshness of the cilantro, the spiced potatoes, the tart pomegranate seeds... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. PALAK PANEER: This was ordered for my kids. Green gravy with tender paneer. They liked it! The curry got a little too spicy but it didn't hit them until later. My kid with the food allergies ate all the paneer when the gravy grew too spicy for him. MALAI KOFTA: This is different from the malai kofta I've had before but not in a bad way. I definitely think they use cashew "cream" in this. It's lightly sweet in a way that reminds me of cashews. The kofta are soft and I'm pretty sure are paneer based. This is probably the most mild curry we ordered, both in terms of spice and spices. This was my pick because I usually can't order malai kofta at Indian restaurants so I was pleased I could hear. MATAR METHI MALAI: I love how Indian curries are so straightforward when it comes to names. I'm not sure what to expect with this but my husband didn't know what to get so I nudged him towards this. He wanted MATAR PANEER but it's not on the menu. This is essentially fenugreek pea curry in a milky gravy. It has very interesting spices and flavor. A little more bland than the others, yet not at the same time. Must be that fenugreek! For some odd reason, it reminded me of coconut chutney I've had before. We also got ROTI for one of my kids who prefers bread over rice. All curries come with white basmati. For drinks, we got MANGO LASSI, SPRITE, and CHAAS (buttermilk). The buttermilk was different! Much more spiced than I expected. I also swear at one point I tasted a raw onion bit but it only happened once so who knows if it was mistaken blended in or it was all in my head. I do remember it was STRONG though. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at the sheer amount of choices we had. Our bill totaled to around $90 (curries are around $20, Dahi puri was $12) and we brought home some leftovers. They seem to be family run and are fairly nice and helpful. We would likely go back again to try more things, but the palak paneer isn't completely up our kids' alley to become their favorite. If you have food allergies, let them know. My youngest has multiple food allergies including to nuts and wheat. Most of their curries contains nuts EXCEPT for the palak paneer and their bhindi (okra) dish. Luckily for my kid. Despite how nuts are a common ingredient in the kitchen, my kid was completely fine during and after eating. Note: their menu says they charge gratuity for parties of 4 people or more. My husband says he didn't see it on the bill when it was time to pay. Not sure if that statement is now outdated or it only counts if there are 4+ ADULTS.
