It is located in the strip mall near the Purdue Fort Wayne campus housing. The shop is very modern, attractive, comfortable and inviting. It feels like Sister Pho is targeting a younger 20 something market - perhaps the nearby student population. The atmosphere is very youthful with Nelly and Ne-Ya music playing on the TV. The service team was very youthful, kind and customer focused. You will access the menu on the QR code - no paper option. Their menu is very large and attractive. Sandwiches, Pho noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, special rice dishes and spring rolls comprise the menu. It is my opinion that their prices are higher than the average FW Pho restaurant (or at least my regular Pho place). Note: I included clips of the online menu for your review here. Here is a rundown on the things we ordered: -Spring Rolls: two very fresh tasting shrimp & pork rolls for $8. The insides were very fresh and light tasting. The shrimp and pork were tender, soft and nicely cool/crisp to taste. The peanut sauce was very tasty. It was moderately thick and had a bolder peanut/soy/chili/garlic taste. -Egg Roll: two thin and crispy rolls for $6. The wrapper was soft with a nice crisp. It was a bit oily as most are. The insides were very fresh. The small pork pieces were tender and tasty as well. The side of sweet chili dipping sauce was perfect - sweet with a slight zing/kick. -Crab Rangoon: two large pieces for $7. The wanton wrapper was nicely fried to a slightly oily crisp. Edges were more crunchy than the soft middle. The crab/creme cheese filling had a more pronounced crab flavor - greater than most Rangoon's. The filling was also soft, creamy and smooth to taste. Overall...the facility was very attractive and the food was very good. Honestly, I wasn't very hungry so we went with the lighter and smaller menu items. Dae Gee still has much better appetizer options, that's for sure (nothing can beat a good Midwestern cheese corn yummmm). I still don't get what's supposed to be so uniq about this place though? Perhaps it's the tiny amount of broth and banchan they give you? Both have unlimited refills if you just ask, but something about it still strikes me as being particularly stingy. None of the meats are particularly special either even though they have more choices now. Most of the cuts are fatty (the galbi in particular is what we'd call a "trash cut" due to how fatty it is) and the different flavor profiles that they have like bulgogi, spicy honey or umakara ("sweet-and-spicy") just kind of blend together. The beef tongue also struck me as being way tougher than it had any business being, perhaps it was cut a little too thick. Much of the seafood is still obviously from Rang Dong. Though they got rid of the syrupy "bingsu" and just offer buffet ice cream now, which is actually a nice change of pace. It's about Paradise Buffet level in terms of cream quality, which I guess isn't so bad. Perhaps the one GOOD and uniq thing I can talk about is that they were playing RELATIVELY obscure K-Pop songs like Nekkoya when we visited, rather than the ultra-popular stuff that you hear everywhere in Chinatowns, with some Persona 5 OST and Ado thrown in. I respect. Should've turned the volume up further, though. If you're gonna weeb out, do it correctly. TL;DR I still like Dae Gee better tbh, but they have some competition now.

I needed a healthy dinner after a few days of big eating and was craving a poke bowl. My bf and I were coincidentally only a mile away from here when I Yelped and found one of Fort Wayne's TWO poke places, so it was easy to convince him to get dinner here. The two workers were working HARD fulfilling the orders of the dozens of people who all decided to also get dinner around the same time. But we only waited in line a few minutes and we each got a bowl with one protein ($10.95 each). I chose ahi poke and my boyfriend chose marinated tuna. When I learned that the sky was the limit on how many toppings we could pile on, I was in heaven! I had been burned by poke places in the past limited the number of toppings to just 4-7. So of course, I got 90% of the toppings here at AA Poke haha! The food was also fresh, bright and vibrant, and delicious! After tax and tip, our dinner cost us $25. Us and many, many others in the restaurant left full and happy. I absolutely plan on being a repeat customer of AA Poke every time I am in FW visiting family.
