I used to come here all the time, and I loved it here. The quality was great, they were quick without rushing through, they were all super nice, and decently priced! We moved away and I hadn't been here in a while, but my friend and I started coming here 2-3 months ago again and I was making the drive because I loved this salon. My first time being back, no one recognized me, which was understandable and would have been fine, but I was treated completely differently. They muttered under their breath the entire time, ignored my requests multiple times, and I left with less than good quality nails. Disappointed, but I assumed it may have been an off day. The next time I came in, they asked me if I'd like to get a pedicure with my nail service at least 5 times. I can respect the hustle, but because of my last experience I decided that I wanted to just get my fingers done. After I declined, their attitude completely shifted. Pretty much same experience as the previous time, but they cut me multiple times. I'm sure it was an accident, but there was no apology or anything, just an eye roll and a spray down with rubbing alcohol. I decided to give them one last chance, and my friend and I came in on a week night at 6pm for a fill. When I called to make the appointment at 10am that morning, I confirmed that 6pm was not too late to come in and they didn't need us earlier. When we got there 10 minutes early, they seemed irritated right off the bat. This was our worst experience so far. One of the ladies was working on someone else's nails when we came in, and basically said that customers who come in at 6pm are disrespectful to the fact that they close at 7pm. We ignored the comment, seeing as I had already clarified with someone else earlier that it was okay. My friend and I sit down and start looking at colors, rushing because both of our technicians are irritated that we don't already know what we want. We both choose a color, but change our minds in a few minutes. Now our nail techs and a third tech are all irritated. Whatever, we move forward. My friend said she wanted a red color, and she picks one out. The nail tech looks at the color, says "that's pink but okay". I leaned over to see what color she picked, and my tech pulled my hand and said "don't move" and then smiled. I apologized. She proceeds to rush filing my nails, filing my skin numerous times. I look over at my friends nails, and she has literal circles on her fingers. She normally gets almond, but the nail tech told her she was unable to "do almond shape", despite her nails having already been almond shaped. More of the same stuff from the previous two visits happened, so I'll spare the rest, but we were completely unsatisfied with the results. Both of us have uneven shapes, lumps, uneven paint jobs, and lengths to our nails. We were charged $140 for 2 fills, and tipped $15 instead of our normal $40. We won't be coming back here, but I hope they improve and go back to their old customer service. read more

We love this place! The technicians are friendly and do a great job! When my daughter and daughter in law want to do something together, it almost always involves coming here for pedis. They offer cold water and sodas, and are usually available for walk-ins. The hot hot rocks and wax treatments are wonderful, as well as the leg and foot massages. I use to come here years ago before I had my son and they always did such an amazing job + very fairly priced. Then a few years later I decided I wanted my nails done again. As a single mom to a 3.5 year old he had to come with me & wanted his nails done. ALL of the workers made me feel so comfortable bringing a young child to a more "adult" setting. He LOVED it and honestly it gave me a momma break with how attentive the workers were with him. Amy did an AMAZING job on my nails and got us in/out asap. This was my third time ever having my nails done (always do them myself) and this was my best experience so far. I had a few intricate textured nail designs that I showed to Mimi and let her pick which one to do. I also told her she can freestyle/do whatever else she wanted to them. I attached the inspo pic she chose and then a photo of my left hand. They look great! Not perfect, but I've accepted no where will ever give me *exactly* what I want except myself. She did a great job, fast, offered me a beverage, cleaned the station as she went and asked my opinion throughout (I'm very quiet/reserved and don't easily offer my opinion, so I appreciated that she did this). Top coat was forgotten on one, only realized when the chrome came off a half hour later with hand sanitizer - I went back since I was in the area and although Mimi was with another client, someone else redid the chrome and top coat immediately for the one nail and didn't make me feel bad for coming back lol. Overall do recommend and I would go again, but for my wedding/when I need them perfect, I will still do them myself. read more

Got my nails done here on July 30th. Still, almost A month later I have the worst indents in my nails I've ever seen. They're so damaged from them. Also, while doing my nails, the woman cut me pretty bad with her file where there was blood dripping down my finger. Not the usual tiny cut ou get. All my nails began lifting almost immediately. The shapes were completely uneven, and the "nail art" was not in any way what I asked for. When I asked her to fix it she covered it up with polish on the rough edges and said "it doesn't look bad from far away" no one should ever go here. The only good thing about my experience was I didn't have to wait for my services. The mani pedi I received was sub par. After spending $70 my toe nail polish is already cracking and even after telling her I had old clear polish on she didn't bother to take it off and painted right over it. Now my nails are bumpy. I also don't like that she was more concerned about taking to her co worker than ensuring I received the best service possible. I felt I was more of a bother than anything. Will never go back. I went and got my nails done over the weekend. They did a decent enough job, very slow however and started my sister AFTER people that walked in after her. My complaint is the customer service. After spending the day with my sister I went to leave and noticed I didn't have my keys. The last spot I had them was at the nail salon. I waited for them to open the next day and called. The gal on the phone REFUSED to go look for my keys. She told me there was no way they were there because they weren't in the lost and found. I asked her to walk over to the second table from the door and look. She said no! After I told my kids and I were stuck at my sisters and couldn't go anywhere because they were my only keys, she said to call back at 5! I see some with a different experience then I and that's understandable. However, after the new management, the place turned a whole 360. Remodeled the salon into such a beautiful, relaxing one. Been here a few times and it has been a pretty good experience. Made an appointment and even asked what was a good time to come I so they weren't busy. When I got there they were busy, I had to wait about 10mins no big deal. But then Tina the manger rushed to do my nails and did such a terrible job so she could paint a 5 year olds nails because the mom wouldn't shut up about it. She spent less than 15 mins on my nails and it shows! All different lengths, didn't reshape them, barely any acrylic and she cut me! Then when she painted them she didn't even paint the sides. Just had the worst pedicure I've ever had here! Got a guy and he was so rude the entire time. He rushed though EVERYTHING!!! He cut me and made me bleed while trimming my cuticles then didn't even apologize and put some sort of blue stuff over the cut which stung immensely!!! Then scratched me twice while taking off paraffin as fast as he could after the two second massage.... I have been here before and it was good but now I'm so mad I wasted my money and am in pain still and my polish I could have done better. Definitely disappointed...I won't be back I would give 0 stars if I could read more

They do not allow your pedicure to dry and rush you out the door as fast as possible, after demanding "I need my money. You give me my money" immediately after they finish painting your nails. This was my first time getting any service here and it was a set of nails. The shop is cute, but could really use a cleaning. I went there around 1:30, so not at closing time, but it was just so dusty and the floors were sticky. This salon does seem to move people in and out quick, but at least dust the station off before your next client sits down. I didn't get a pedicure here so I'm not sure how clean the thrones are. They might be just fine. The staff is friendly enough, but it's more like your just $20.00. I was never asked my name or told what my nail tech name was. I was in and out. I got a set of pink in white nails. The set was nice enough for what I paid. She was quick and gentle. The nails I'm sad to say started to lift 3 days in. I am a big believer in "You get what you pay for." Their prices are very reasonable, but I'd rather pay a little more for better quality. Give it a try tho. It might be better for you and I was there on the to do list for a clean the shop day. read more
