I told her I had a pain problem but she was very rough while doing my manicure and pedicure. She cut the skin around a couple of my nails to which I have added Neosporin to avoid an infection. This was last year and I have been meaning to post. I was recommended to this place since I was new to the area. I really wanted eyelash extensions and it was hard for me to find a place. I went to Cacie nails a few times and each and every time my nostrils were on fire. Which has never happened at my last spot. I kept giving them chances hoping that next time would be better. My lashes NEVER looked like the picture, and I was paying 70$ plus tip. The place was also uninviting, outdated, and extremely DUSTY! Even the water machine was covered in dust. FINALLY, went to a new place, and they accessed my lashes. THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAW! They said that, what I most likely had on my eyes, was hair glue. Due to the clumpy and tacky consistency. And which was why my nostrils burned so bad, from the fumes. Do not go here! They are not trained at all to do lashes. And I am scared that, they will actually hurt someone with their unethical practices. read more

Walked in after being turned away from another salon and they got me in right away. I got the deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure and I'm very happy with my results. The nail tech took her time and I didnt feel rushed at all. I was happy that she took the time to cap each nail when doing shellac since some salons skip that step. She also asked me many times if the water temp was ok and if I was comfortable. Prices are super resonable... deluxe pedicure was $35 and shellac manicure was $30. Hearing "I don't have time for you" every time I was in there isn't okay- whether it was told to me or someone else walking in the door while I was in a chair- there are nicer ways to say that. Kim has such a bad attitude which sucks because she does the best nails! It's incredibly unfortunate to be writing this review, but after my last visit, I actually got up from the chair and walked out before they started because they made me feel like such an inconvenience. Ladies where extremely rude upon arrival and continued to be harsh and abrupt with me and my friend the entire time. They made me switch chairs for no reason three times and eventually separated me and my friend. The girl had to tell the lady don't rub it because it hurts, So as she was getting ready to do my feet I was wondering if she changed the tools she uses for the feet after she finished with the girl that was bleeding. I know she walked in the back and when she came out she had tools in her hand. So the next week after my pedicure I noticed puss coming out from under the skin and nail on big toe. I went with a friend for a mani/pedi. It all looked wonderful, and my friend had no issues. However, I noticed during the process that it was hurting more than usual - for instance, trimming my cuticles. The next day, I had bandaids on two fingers because the cuticles were so badly cut up, and on my big toe because it was obviously infected - swollen and oozing. Everything healed up pretty quickly, except the toe. Turned out the nail was trimmed too deeply and I had a bad ingrown toenail that took about six weeks to grow out. I was very disappointed, because other than the pain, I really liked the place. They were friendly, it seemed clean, they did a pretty good job, the price was reasonable. . . but I won't go back. This was my 1st time at Cacie Nails Spa. I came in for a pedicure & an arm wax. Spots were missed on 2 toes & the clear coat was completely left off of 1 which I didn't notice until after I had gotten home. Initially the waxing lady tried to used roll-on wax which wasn't at temperature so it actually started ripping skin not just hair. She switched to a wax pot applied with a spreader which made the wax go on better. Well, they switched ladies between arms & even though the got most of the hair off my arms they also took skin off too. I have my arms waxed every 6-8 weeks so I'm not a crying newbie, this just wasn't done right. They rubbed a cooling gel on my arms, the offered me a warm towel to wipe off with & then gave me some baby oil to rub on my arms to. There were still pieces a cloth wax strips, wax & skin coming off me 4-5 hours later. I was a sticky oily mess. Before I left the dark waxing room I noticed their waxing station & what there'd been using on me. Yuck! I took pictures so you can judge for yourself. I came back when they opened to have them fix the paint on my toes & was told it was all my fault if there was a problem with my polish. I must have touched it or messed it up some how. Really? I sat in the chair drying for over 35 minutes & again sat for another 25-30 while they did my wax. They "fixed" my polish by painting over the problem areas instead of removing it & repainting the 2 toes. Wow! Never had that happen before. read more

My sisterfriend Darline bought me a deluxe pedicure at Cacie Nails in Auburn this Saturday and despite the fact that I got so drunk that night I lost my shoes (literally, but they were flip flops and I am a barefoot redneck) and ran around barefoot for the whole night and next day until I got home, they still feel like a baby's behind. The women were friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. This deluxe cost about 30 dollars and it took the woman about 45 minutes of pampering me including hot stone massage, foot masque, exfoliating minty cool stuff, and all the other usual pedicure fare. I would go back but a few weeks ago a lady was sitting next to me getting a pedi and her polish wouldn't dry. Even after my entire pedi they were still totally wet. I've been coming here regularly for about six months and really like this place. The prices are good, the workmanship is very good, and the ambience is good (no blaring TV showing trashy reality shows, yay!!). The staff are polite and take good care of their clients. My mother, 6 year old daughter and myself went in the day before the Super Bowl. It was busy bid not as busy as the place we had originally tried to go to before we we see up there. We all got pedicures - I'll start there- the pedicure was so rushed. No massage. Barely any cuticle work. It was like they were going through the motions instead of assessing what the feet needed. The hot towels were so hot. They put those on my 6 year old first and I thought she was being dramatic. She wasn't. They hurt they were so hot. The polish job they did on me was terrible. I will post a pic. I left feeling like I needed another pedicure. I also got shellac done. It turned out good but the staff was crabby. They were tired of doing seahawk nails so they were annoyed. My daughter got her nails polished but they didn't put a base coat in her so it peeled off within hours. My mom got a fill and she also wanted seahawks nails. The girl she had was so rude. She clearly didn't want to do the kind my mom wanted. She kept telling her it would be $15 dollars more. My mom understood that and was willing to pay. She just kept bringing it up though and she eventually told my mom she couldn't do what my mom was asking for. She also was rude. She kept telling my mom to hold still even when she wasn't moving.
