My friend bought me a gift certificate for mani/pedi so I stopped in. The owner and another lady took great care of me. Customer service was top notch as they strived to speak to me using my first name and engaging in sincere conversation. The foot/leg massage was better than most. Exfoliation was great. They mentioned using high end products which is evidenced by my no frills mani and polish not chipping in 4 days. The massage chair is the best I've ever experienced. Loved the gel manicure I received. It was very relaxing. I did not have an appointment, and they were able to get me in, in under 20 minutes. Loved the look of my manicure, it lasted exactly 2 weeks. I was surprised that for a manicure there was no cuticle oil, lotions, hot towels or massage to complete the spa-like experience. read more

If you are tired of going to a nail salon and watching your nail tech talk on the phone, look out the window and talk to their friends...all while using nippers...then this is the place to go. I have NEVER seen techs be SO careful and SO attentive. Ann, the owner, has a strict policy about using only the best products and providing the best possible service. Seriously, my nails are utter perfection. If you want to get Ann going, ask her about cheap products from China...HAHA...she will go NUTS. She doesn't allow the staff to talk to each other in Vietnamese. Speaking other languages isn't necessarily a problem for me, but I have wondered if staff at other salons were talking about me. So, speaking English is much appreciated. Although they accept walk-ins, you REALLY should make an appointment. This is not a "Wham-Bam-Thank-You-Ma'am" salon. They take their time and are developing a long list of devoted regulars. You are going to pay a few dollars more than some other salons, but it is SO worth it. read more

The color is still intact on the edges of all the nails if you can believe that! I've been wearing nails forever and I can honestly say that I have never gone a whole month without a fill. This is not one of those places where you walk in and get a different person every time. The Owner (Anh) and her mom (Helen) are hands-on and very detailed. I will go no where else!!!!! And while they welcome walk-ins, I strongly recommend getting an appointment as they are becoming extremely popular in their short time in Westport. This salon is top notch! From the minute I walked in the door I received white-glove service. I was offered something to drink and my chair was fired up and ready to go for my pedicure. The shop is very clean and neat. The chairs are very comfortable and the message was on point. The tech who did my pedicure was awesome, great foot massage, almost like a reflexology. The products they use are high quality and non-toxic. This was probably the best pedicure I've ever received and I've been getting regular pedicures for the past 15 years in cities all over the US. What you get for the price point (which is surprisingly low) is well worth it! Looking forward to my next visit! read more

This was a pretty terrible experience. My friend an i called ahead and were told we would be able to get our nails done at about the same time. That didnt happen, they did me first and then the same lady did her, so four hours later we left the nail salon. Yes, four hours. I sat there watching the lady do my friends nails and noticed she was doing multiple things to her nails that she didnt do to mine. For example, wiping off the dust, putting cuticle oil on. I asked if my friend was getting something different than i had gotten. She hadnt. The lady simply decided that she was worth the full experience an i wasn't. When i questioned why we were getting different things, the lady laughs uncomfortably and says nothing. Then another lady, Ann, comes and tries to put some oil on my hands. Mind you, this is two hours after my manicure has been finished. It literally took double the time for my friends manicure. The lady put multiple coats of paint on her nails (at least four, i got two). I can make assumptions, maybe it was because my friend an i look physically different..I really dont know why it happened, but i do know that it made us both uncomfortable and just feel bad. read more
