We had an appt today at 9:30am for my daughter's 5th birthday. This was her first time getting her nails done and I really hoped it would be special. I had a regular pedicure while she got the "princess" mani/pedi. They didn't even start on her until 9:45am. The place is open and clean, but the technicians were not friendly. Not so much as even a "hello" or "good morning." It was kinda sad that they didn't even acknowledge her birthday even though she was wearing a crown and birthday sash. It would've been nice for them to just say "Happy Birthday". The TV had a rather inappropriate show playing that had violence and foul language. I wasn't comfortable watching it and my daughter should definitely have not been forced to see it either. There were also little gnats flying around the whole time. When you go to the counter to pay there is a sign that states that the prices listed are only for cash customers and card customers will pay extra. False advertising much?! Sadly because of all this we won't be back here. What happened to good old customer service? read more

Dip manicure I didn't get the woman's name she wasn't wearing a name tag like some of the other employees but man she was helpful and amazing. I was moving a lot because my one year old daughter was getting fussy and she even gave me time to pause our session as I had to feed my daughter. She was upset or rude she worked through and I am so greatful. Pedicure tech Joyne I believe was her name or it's close I really tried to remember. She was very sweet and also work great with me holding my one year old. I left a good tip for them for all the hard work and great positive attitude. This is my second time visiting this nail salon & I was hesitant on coming back a second, but I need my nails done asap. My first experience with the salon wasn't bad, expect that my gel manicure only lasted 1 week! (Which is why I was hesitant on coming back) This time, I walked in for a gel manicure & regular pedicure & was seated immediately at a nail technician table. I showed the nail tech a photo of how I wanted my nails, a different color per nail (5 colors total) and she said okay. The nail tech then tried to upsell me on getting "tips" i declined & said "I just want gel" she then recommended I get "dip" bc my nails were "thin" which they're not, so I declined again. She seemed upset & was talking in her native language to the gentleman in the front, and Once she was done cutting and filing my nails, she told me to pick out my colors. As I'm picking out my colors, she begins talking to the gentleman in the front and comes to tell me if I pick more then 3 colors it's $5 extra. I have NEVER been charged extra for choosing more than 1 color. But I guess since she couldn't upsell me on any other service she was gonna charge $5 extra to apply different colors on my nails. I agree to the $5 fee and got my manicure. One thing t note, is she did not file the sides of my nails after they were dry (as all places do) and I was left with clear gel on the sides. After my manicure, she was also doing my pedicure. Again, she tried to upsell me in services, I declined & she began speaking to the gentleman in the front again. Although I did want a basic pedicure, I asked for callus remover & she agreed. But, Since the nail tech was too busy talking to her coworkers she didn't apply the callus remover and finished the pedicure. When it was time to charge me, she told me my total was $85! I had her recalculate the services & reminded her there was no callus remover & the total was then $58. Maybe there was a language barrier when giving me the total, but at that Point I was just ready to leave. read more

Gave me a fungus! I'm a nail technician as well and I saw that the nail technician who did my nails used a USED file and drill on my nails causing me now to have a nail fungus. I've never had a fungus before in my life and this was my first time going to this salon so I know it wasn't from any other salon. Nail retention is terrible as well. I'm so glad I found this gem. I came in for a builder gel overlay and was lucky enough to have them take me in right away. They were busy! My technician suggested I get cateye and a chrome combo since I was asking for the latest nails trends. I love fun and artsy nails. It just makes me so happy. My nail tech was such a perfectionist and really took her time. Like really took her time to get my nails the way she wanted. I really appreciate that. The whole experience was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My cuticles were so neatly trimmed. And she didn't hurt me once!! Yay!! I finally found my home salon! Fate has had me follow the new owners from salon to salon. By chance I randomly came here and boom there they were! They've remodeled the place a little bit. Added fresh paint and chic decor. Some of the previous nail techs are still there which is nice. I needed a gel mani and pedi. I was thrilled to look at the rows and rows of all of the colors they offer. The mani and pedi was nice and neat. I was offered refreshments and received excellent treatment. The cost was $57($1 extra for debit/credit). I love the fact that their prices are clearly visible so there's no guessing how much services costs. I will be coming back! read more

By 10 pm the polish was already messed up when I didn't do anything but go home and shower. Nails cost $90 to not even last 24hours ( $60 for gel x and $30 for the design that was ruined soon after). Got my nails done to go out of town for my birthday so can't even go back for them to fix what they ruined. How could gel nails be messed up in a few hours ?! read more

Came here about two weeks ago it was decent enough to come back so today my mother and i came in she got a fill and i got a pedicure. My pedicure was 50 for the luxury, felt rushed and half assed she left my skin dry only used a pea size amount of lotion for my legs and feet that only covered my shin, she didn't fully paint some of my nails and left gel cured on my skin. My mothers nail tech had to be constantly guided on how to do what my mom asked. She asked for coffin she left it squared and had to ask again. Again my mom asked for her to cut the length and she filed down for a second and asked my mom if that was good enough when my mom clearly asked her to CUT them down when she finally did she gave an attitude, the male at the front was obnoxious and annoying, he kept rushing all of the nail techs which I'm sure was part of the reason they did the service so poorly. read more

I couldn't leave fast enough. The tech did fine, but I didn't realize I would be exposed to foul-mouth videos. Most inappropriate... I hope that isn't their norm... fortunately, no children were present at that time. Interesting response.... I guess I am lucky the VIP customer that made the request didn't request porn. This was my second time here, first time I did Gel X and I did not like how thick it ended up being and overall application. So I decided to give this place another try, and got gel manicure and gel pedicure Unfortunately, this experience wasn't much better. I think the pedicure ended up being great. The polish seems even and overall pretty clean application. However, the gel manicure was pretty bad, which is the reason why this review has 2 stars, I would give mg manicure 0 stars. At first my nails ended up being extremely uneven and THICK. So I came back to see if they could fix them. I felt extremely uncomfortable as Lily, the nail tech, kept talking to the other ladies, screaming and complaining/commenting about my nails. As if it was my fault that they came out uneven, which is exactly the point of gel, to fix the nails and make them even and strong. Even after the fix the nails came out thick, almost as bubbles on my fingers and I will have to take them off due to how bad it looks... Unfortunately, this was a waste of money and time for me. I would recommend some better training for your techs and perhaps educate them to not talk to other techs about the customer and obviously complain. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I will not be back. read more

I thought I'd go for the dip powder thinking it would stay on longer, but it also only lasted one day. They wanted to charge me the full price of the dipping powder even though I was just there the day before for a gel manicure. Nails weren't shaped. Manicure didn't even get lotion on whole hand, just the top and by the top I mean not even fingers got any lotion. Poor customer service.
