I came in as a walk-in client. I desperately needed to have a manicure and my old gels removed. I had a work meeting the following day. I didn't have time to go to my usual nail salon, so I decided on this place based on another person's verbal recommendation. I went without checking yelp reviews, and I wished I had checked them before entering. The technician that worked on my nails seemed nice enough, until I would point out some things that needed revision. I don't speak their language, therefore wouldn't understand what they were saying, but YOU KNOW when people are talking about you. Each time I'd point something out, she'd make a comment (in their language) and the other staff would instantly look at me, in my direction or at her. It's pretty diabolical because of the rudeness and audacity to do it in front of paying customers. At least wait til I'm gone to talk about me. My daughter and I decided to get a pedicure while she is home for Christmas. We walked in and they were very friendly and were able to see us right away, the service I received was horrible. I had a male tech. Everything he did was lazy, and when it came time to start paining my toes, I noticed nail old polish still on my toes. I asked him if he could please remove the old nail polish and he assured me it was not polish and my toe! I said no it IS polish and he continued to disagree and then ignore me! I kept pressing the issue, so he starts to use that file, to shave off what little nail I have and it is not doing anything to the actual nail polish, so again I ask him to just use actual nail polish remover. He continues to ignore me! I couldn't make this up if I tired, I was shocked! Now other customers are watching the show, and my daughter finally asks her tech to help, and ask him to use the stuff they put on the cotton balls to take off the nail polish, she finally understands, tells the man ignoring me and filing down my poor nail to death, and he stops, and grabs the cotton ball and remover, swipes ONE TIME and the polish comes off, I say see, nail polish! He ignored me and finished his very sloppy pedicure. I hate to add to the numerous bad reviews, but this was horrible, and they even charged me $10 extra for nail polish removal. lol even though only one toe got the attention, ten dollars! Came in here and let me say the ladies were nice and it seemed clean. That's the good part. I was over charged close to 25 bucks, I asked for a basic acrylic and pedi and told them while pointing to the sign this is what I want.. I don't know how the price was bumped up the way it was or what they did but I get to the register and what should have been around 50 came out close to 75. No way. I'm new to California. I stopped by to get my nails done I was way over due.. I gotta say I was surprised that they ONLY do gel on your toes. I've always done regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands. I guess that's there way of getting more $$ put of you. ( crooks) When they were doing my feet. DONT EVER GO HERE!! Tried to give this place a try despite all the bad reviews. I walked in at 5:15 on a Monday asked if they could do a gel manicure. The lady looked around and said we are busy but in an hour we can. I said ok, what time do you close she said 7:00. Perfect, I will be back then. Did my grocery shopping, ran it home and came back at 6:20. Walked in and there only one customer being worked on. I tell the lady I'm back for a gel manicure and she looks like a deer in the headlights and says ooohh, i didn't think you were gonna come back and I said well, I'm here and she stampers and then says we have another appointment coming in. BULL$@&¥!!! No you don't, you just don't want to take me because then you can't close up early and go home. Only reason I was so desperate for a manicure was because I was celebrating my last day of treatment the next day. I would not recommend this place. I think it's important to support small businesses especially in my community but this is just a no go all around! I've given this place multiple chances because the location is convenient for me. I lost multiple toe nails shortly after a pedicure. Also my acrylic nails never look very good and always break a couple days after getting them done. Last time I had them done it cost me 80$ and they all were gone less then a week later. I went back in 3 days after having them done for 4 nails to be fixed and she said it's 3$ a nail. The work is sloppy and never turns out well. Very greedy and does not appreciate her customers. Since covid I took off the acrylics and only do periodic pedicures. This week I called and asked for an appt with Mai. I was told "she was on vacation." I asked how long? They said "they didn't know..long time..there are other people to do your nails..." all of these answers after I pressed when she'd be back. I'll wait I said. I would give negative stars if I could. I have gone here a number of times and every single time they overcharge. I came in and asked for a specific service and they continued to ask me if I wanted additional services to which I continued to reply "no thank you." At the end of it they charged me more than the service I had received. They pretend like they don't understand and today I have had enough. I have been waiting to post this, hoping the owner will do the right thing, but he's proven he won't! I received 3rd degree burns on my foot due to the negligence of the nail technician, Kathy. She left callus remover on too long and put it in areas it shouldn't have been put. I have been seeing Kathy for 6-7 years and absolutely loved her! After the incident, incorrect first aid was given at the nail salon which resulted in an infection. I went to see a doctor the day after it happened and have also gone several times since then. I have permanent nerve damage and scarring. The owner, Tom, told me he'll take care of everything. We stayed in touch for 8 weeks while I received treatment for my burns. Once I sent him my medical bills, he stopped all communication! Mind you, all I wanted was my medical bills to be paid for. Nothing extra! Not pain and suffering, not the time I had to take off work! I would be wary of going here, even if you've been a loyal customer for years! All they care about is the bottom line. read more

Allergic reaction to cheap acrylic, I would never go here again especially because when I confronted the owner he knew exactly what it was. The doctor said it will take at least 6 months to heal because the acrylic basically burned through my finger nails and all skin around it. Well, after 2 years of living in the neighborhood, despite the bad reviews I decided to give this place a try. On the positive side, the staff was cordial to me. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure. They looked pretty good when I left the salon. However, by the next day I had 2 nails with the gel at least halfway off...horrible quality... I've never had that happen anywhere. Also, I witnessed another customer with an appointment have the staff take a walk in in front of her then try to make her wait 25 minutes after her appointmemt time, she was understandably frustrated and expressed that this has happened multiple times there...the staff just gave her a blank stare and did NOT apologize at all or try to make things right... instead they just offered her to wait the 25 minutes. Based on witnessing that, I would say they have very poor customer service. This place was dead too (for obvious reasons)....and not cheap.....and they had very weird 80's slow love/baby making music videos playing.... very akward vibes.... What I asked for, what I got, and what I got when I went back. Don't go to this nail salon. Literally every nail salon in corona is better. When I first went in, the nail tech told me he could do the short french tip with gold. After he destroyed my cuticles and set the first layers of translucent pink, he brought me the gold gel that they had, which was only glitter. I trusted him to make it work. I thought it looked a little plain so I asked him to do a holly design (literally just three dots) as an accent nail. He started designing and ended up with this horrendous bow. I thought it looked bad so I asked him to put a gold gem in the middle. He said he didn't have gold so he'd give me silver. Ok. Then he added the things on the bottom in an attempt to make it look more complete. They charged me $40 for this. I also got a $30 pedicure. This is the first time I've ever hated my nails this much, but I was just going to suck it up and chalk it up to me not being assertive. But then, after I got home, I looked down and my pedicure had somehow completely smudged off of my big toe. I had let it dry for 20-30 minutes before leaving. I don't know what kind of polish or top coat that they are using that doesn't dry in that amount of time, but I decided to call them back and they agreed to fix it. When I got back, the same guy started working on my nails again. He told me he could just make the whole nail gold. I told him that was fine and to just take the accent nail off, but again, the polish was too opaque for it and it looked like I just put on a couple coats of cheap polish at home. So I asked if I could just do all red to match my pedicure. He said he could, and then proceeds to take the gems off with so much force that he made my cuticles bleed. But whatever, I get it. My nails are short. But then he just starts to put the red polish directly on top of the already thick finished manicure I have. This is when I finally spoke up. I asked him if he was really going to put 3 more layers on top of a now 5 layer gel manicure when they already seemed really thick. He begrudgingly started fucking away at my nails, this time hitting each of my cuticles way too hard and again, making them bleed. After I asked, he refunded me $5 since I didn't have a design on them anymore. The finished product is okay, but not great. The sparkles can still be seen under the red, which would be neat if the sparkles were even, but they are not. My cuticles are still hurting pretty badly today and I already have a chip on my thumb nail. Also, I didn't notice until I got home, but they didn't cap my toenails, so I'm sure they will start chipping soon too. The whole experience was terrible and I'm really surprised they are in business. $75 in total after tip is not a small amount to be paying a salon around the holidays, and they just simply did not meet the mark. Before anyone says anything negative, my nails were already short when I came in. This all could have been avoided if he had simply told me that he couldn't do the French tip with the gels that they had. I would have chosen red right from the beginning. read more

My nails grow out about every 4 weeks, and never chipped before going back. They also did a great job on my husband. Everyone there is nice and we had fun talking and laughing.
