When I checked in for a pedicure, "Lisa" was called. She was really rough throughout the whole prepping of the nail process. She even grabbed my leg out of the water by pulling it up by my big toe. I absolutely love! Sabrina did my senior prom set absolutely amazing loved them. I asked for a white French tip with a flower and she said no flower for prom instead did a heart with gems. Although the place is clean and looks nice, the service is terrible. I came in to do gel removed and I walked out with my the skin around my nails absolutely nicked. Not only that, they left my natural nails extremely thin and still somehow left residue gel on my nail. I'm very disappointed. read more

Truly the worst manicure I've ever had. As you can see in the picture every shape is different. Sabrina is supposed to be their best nail tech but seems like she half assed my nails. This was mine and my husbands go to place until today. My husband would regularly come here for pedicures but was highly disappointed today. The lady who did his pedicure was VERY rough with his feet to the point where his toenails were bleeding AND the sides of his feet from how rough she was being. He had come before and was given a nice massage on his feet and calves, but that wasn't the case today despite doing the $45 (profesionail?) pedicure. We're very disappointed. My pedicure was fine. Nothing special for $40. I feel they are very rushed and don't care much to do a nice job if you only do the spa pedicure - but clearly, even if you get a more expensive pedicure comes with a lack of effort. Nothing about this place is professional. They lied straight to my daughters face when I was on the phone with her and said how much will my set be they said $70 with the 2 designs she wanted. Then last minute when she was "done" they said 65 for a simple set she got which was French tip nails and they were short. They came out shitty. I called the salon and they proceeded to gas light me by saying they charged her $55 when my daughter said it was $65 she paid and they said we gave her $5 off. No. They said $70 with designs. She paid $65 got no designs and shitty bumpy nails. They also told me "I think you're having a bad day" completely unprofessional and refused to give me any money back. Thankfully Natalie was able to do my fill with gel polish and was even able to recreate a design I showed her from Pinterest! I went in here as I usually do and I choose this place because it's closest to my house but NEVER again! I asked for Dip nails and I was asked to wait on a table only to wait over 15 minutes for the lady to tell me they don't do DIP but can do something similar, whatever this was. I asked for round nails nothing fancy no designs nothing. And literally every nail was shaped differently . Also when filing she was EXTREMELY rough! I yanked my hand several times to the point that I just wanted her to be done and just leave. There was no point to even ask for better shaping because they just want you to leave and move on to someone else. So frustrating to spend your hard earned money to get something done that I could have probably done better at home. Also there are employees just hanging out doing their own pedicures and this is straight up unprofessional ! Like they can't do this when there are no customers or at the end of their day?!? It was a last minute decision to get a pedicure today since I had time. Thought I'd revisit this location since it has been a few years. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Three friends and I came this afternoon and we all got a full set and one of us got our eyebrows done. We had heard about this place from a friend and expected great results, but that was not what happened. I showed my technician pictures of nails I wanted to get and I ended up with these horrible, monstrously nails. Not only were my nails ugly, they cut our fingers so many times and so deep, to the point where we bled and they are currently still red and burning excessively. If you do go, I highly suggest Jenny. I just moved here from Michigan. I was unsure where to go. Jenny was available the week I got here. She made sure that the dip on my nails was taken off properly. She gave me all the options. Worst nightmare! I paid $145 through zelle for my toes and arcylic nails. My nail set was horrible they lady cut my finger. It was swollen and hot to the touch the following day. I was so embarressed to tell the lady i hated my nails. It was not what i had asked for. I finally called and complained. I was told i can go back to get them done for FREE. I went back and it got even worse the lady did not not what i asked. And i had to pay $25 again!! Please be aware that the merchant only lets you pay in cash or zelle meaning is something like this happens you are shit out of luck and cant make a complaint to your bank. read more

So sad to say this, but do not come here unless you like to come every other day to get your nails fixed. I was super excited to find a place close to home. Unfortunately, I will not go back. I got SNS (dipping powder) and first of all they only have like 30 colors/shades to choose from, second they put gel on top of the SNS and that started too chip the first day. Then every day after, I noticed that my nails would either break or the corners would crack. SNS normally (at my other salon in Corona) at least lasts 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your nails grow and even then my nails don't chip, peel, or break. Sad to say I will not return here, even if the staff is friendly. My recommendation is to get better quality for customers. read more
