I always get my fills done here but recently I decided to give my nails a break. So I decided to get my acrylics removed with a mani and pedi. The lady who did my nails, I've never had do my nails but she had me get up early to pay before she finished. I've never had to do that with anyone else and I pay more for other services. It just threw me off and made the vibe an uncomfortable feeling for me. I understand she's had plenty people run out in her last time I was there an old lady walked off on her while I was getting my nails done by another lady who typically does an amazing job. I went in with my daughter on 5/13/26. Mind you, this is the first review I post and had to look up how to do it....but she's graduating next Tuesday so decided the lease I could do was get pedicures together. I have not had a pedicure in months due to my financial situation but figured this would be a good time. We got our toes done, and I didn't pay much attention since I was talking to my daughter. As soon as I got home I realized the nail polish was on my toes, my toe nails weren't filed right and it really looked like a 5 year old had done it. I wasn't tripping when we were there, I was actually happy because it only took about 15 minutes and we were able to grab some coffee but I got home and called the shop. They told me to come in the following day and they would fix it. I went in, and the same person did my toe nails. He recognized me and I told him why I was there. The first thing that came out his mouth was, "Well if you want a pedicure, you're going to have to pay for it". I told him all I wanted was for him to do my toes right. His answer was that my toes were "Crooked and my toenails were too short so he couldn't get the shape right". I asked him to hand me his nail filer and proceeded to do my big toe and said, "See it doesn't look crooked and has the right shape". His response was, "oh, can you do the next one?". At this point, I'm done but I asked him to just do the best he could. He finished and I asked him for his name which he said he could not provide me with. I responded by telling him I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and have never been told they could not give their name out. His reason was because he doesn't work there every day. I asked for his manager and she told me his name was RYAN. I was not trying to get him in trouble but I thought this was an absolutely awful experience and would never go back to this place. read more

Biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before I walked in here. Everyone's personality was so dry and unwelcoming. When I asked questions about pedicures, I was given the biggest attitude and pretty much told to go back to where I originally came from to get my toes done. Which is extremely rude. Because my original place is over an hour away, I decided to come here because it's closer to where all of my errands were. I used my Vietnamese translator to English and I seen that they talked trash about me in my entire appointment. I don't understand why nobody here is nice at least to me, but to everyone else they were nice. They was looking at me and each other, talking trash about me and decided to greet other people, but they didn't want to greet me or be kind. It was just really rude the way they treated me and based on the reviews, it seems like this is how they treat the majority of their customers. Arrived & was seated into a spa pedicure seat, there were 2 of us, they only had enough employees to service one person at one time, Father's Day-my husband had to wait 45 minutes till she was done with my feet. I had brought my own gel polish & was told it would be an additional $15 to put it so I opted for their regular nail polish. Expected to pay a total of $52 plus a $5 add-on treatment to learn that extra was $6 more when we paid. I looked here on yelp to see if I could find pricing, but nobody really had it & their reviews are not so great. We paid in cash not to pay any fees on credit, including tip. This was my second bad experience I've had at this place and I've been going for about 6 months now I went in for a gel pedicure and I asked for a trim on the nails and shape and they came out so bad (my left second toe nail is broken and is growing back so disregard that) and then in the beginning of the month I went in for a French tip nail and I left with something that didn't remotely look like it. my best friend wanted to go here for my birthday nails, and so we did. i gave them a chance seeing their reviews on here being 2 stars and google being 3.5... so here's how our experience went. we got here at our 10:30am appointment. wasnt seated until 10:40 on the spa chair with leak warm water. when i asked the manager Tom to change the water he said it doesn't get hotter. we waited about 10 mins or so more until katie who started on my best friend and jane who started on me. they rushed through our pedicures. and didnt have any kind of conversation with us. until they found out i was vietnamese too. the manager tom randomly walked up to me and said mom or dad.. my best friend and i were puzzled like what's going on. i'm like huh? mom or dad?! in my head thinking he was like who is vietnamese?! mom or dad vietnamese?! i'm like both.. he was like you don't look it because of your hair. (i have long blonde box braid hair with extensions) after he said it i was like bruh you're racist af.. they had walk-in all days. short staffed and turned some people away. he even told them he didn't take appointments to someone who called over the phone, but allowed me to book an appointment over the phone. and then allowed some to sit on the pedicure chair while they waited and waited for someone to start on them. they didn't check in with the customers or let them know someone would be with them shortly. my best friend was 70% done when tom started my hands. (he was just starting someone when we got in.) i had to repeatedly tell him to trim down my nails, file them and reminded him i wanted my cuticles cut. he didn't do a good job with my cuticles so i ended up fixing what he didn't do. it was annoying at this point. we were there from 10:30am to 1pm and our total was $230 without tip. gel pedicure was a good price at $38 her full set - she wanted medium length to short nails with a certain design but the katie decided to give her long nails and a design that she could do instead. $65+ my full set - i asked for a certain design and he said he couldn't do it. he charged me $85+ full set with gel and french. $10-$17 was for the acrylic on my toes which are super thick (not natural) not straight and chunky. overall experience. i'm not satisfied and it was overpriced at $230 for both of us. read more

I hate to write this because it's the first bad experience I've had here. This would be my 5th time at this nail salon but my 1st time getting my nails done by the older gentleman with glasses. I went in wanting to remove the powder (had to get it done previously because my nail was broken half way down) and keep my natural nail. He had said no you should get a fill because you'll get fungus if you don't. In my head I was like uh sure, you're the professional here. As he started to remove the old color and began to shape the nails, he not only shaped them wrong, but I noticed a good amount of blood on one of my fingernails. He didn't say anything. I kept looking at it like why is it bleeding like this so much. He sent me to wash my hands and still no apology... then he says oh it's because you had powder there. And yet, still no apology. During the manicure I was quiet and uncomfortable. I'm sure he sensed it because he stayed quiet too. I was not happy and My finger was hurting. After he finished the manicure, he told the lady that did my pedicure the total price. He was charging me full price! I looked at the lady baffled. I told her I'm sorry but I'm not satisfied at all with my nails and I'm still bleeding. She told the gentleman what I said and and he told her to give me $5 off while he walked outside. Not even looking at me. I paid without tipping and as I walked to my car, the man turned away and hid behind the wall next to their salon. I started to cry in disappointment and anger towards him. It's like he knew he did an awful job and that's why he wouldn't show his face. Now, at first when I got home I thought I was over reacting. But I looked to the internet and Reddit. Horrible customer service and bad business practices. They will charge you whatever they feel like, even though the prices listed are different. They will charge you for something that is not even on the pricing list. They also charge for each service, rather than each transaction. So, even though you are one customer They will charge your card twice as if you had two transactions ($4 charge to use your card for a fill & pedicure). Clear gel pedicure listed as $35. They charged me $50. My $37 pedicure (2nd cheapest one on the price list) they charged me $51. They said it was $14 extra to use a gel based nail polish rather than the regular nail polish. Some how my total for a gel fill and a 2nd to cheapest option for pedicure (there were 4 options) came to $106. That's before any credit card fees added. I don't know how this place stays in business. Also, they cut my nail & made it bleed. They took twice as long to do my nails than my usual place and my nails don't look as good.They were rude and pulled my fingers, hands and feet around during service. read more
