Dylan did an excellent job of resealing a window that was leaking after a storm. He is very friendly. Before he did the work, he took his time to explain the process. After he completed the job, he had me look at the window to make sure everything looked good. When he sealed the window, he paid close attention to detail to get the caulking line looking perfect. I'm so glad I found True View to fix the window in our master bedroom, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I received an estimate from them just hours after submitting my information, and was able to get an appointment for their team to come take a look at our window the same week. Based on what I saw online, the estimate was really reasonable, and after their team looked in person, our actual price was $200 less! Very affordable. And, when they came to look at the window, they even cleaned up the glass outside and gave us a temporary window for free. This was life-saving since the weather finally got cold right after that, and we had a ton of rain. True View always came in the time window they provided ahead of time, and were always super quick. He was always easy to reach and went the extra mile. He never pressured us to hurry and buy when we decided to live through a monsoon season at our new house before settling on new windows. Their workers knocked over a shelf in my partners office and damaged irreplaceable items. They have been contacted many times about the issue. There has been no response. This is the second time I've had True View do work in my home. The glass and the installation service was excellent on both occasions, and the office staff very responsive and helpful! The crew of three men who installed my very large pane of glass recently were especially good. They were careful not to damage the plantings in the area near the installation and were pleasant to work with. My little dog came out to meet them when they completed their work and they were especially nice to him, which I greatly appreciated! From my initial contact with the office staff, setting up the necessary work flow to the actual service, they were a first class operation. Wes Taylor, who has been in the business for over 30 years, inspects the site, does the measurement, and determines what is needed to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Next the office, presents the schedule of work, cost and timeframe for installation. The glass was delivered on time by Greg and Brody both installers. Greg is another long time employee and very knowledgeable. Both Greg and Brody worked together installing the glazed window glass. The install took approximately 1hour to 1 1/2 hours to complete. . When they finished everything was first rate, sealed, very clean glass and neat. A freakin' horror show. I called to have a broken window replaced. We set a date for one of their people come by to take measurements. I was impressed when not one, but two people showed up. Sadly, neither of them knew how to take a measurement, something that wasn't discovered until nearly 3 weeks later, when they tried to install a window that didn't fit. This was the high point of the relationship. For the next 3 weeks, I tried to get a few simple questions answered, such as when can i expect delivery of the new window. Every simple question was answered the same way: "I can't tell you that" or "I don't know". So unacceptable was this that I asked for the location of the company headquarters. The answer? "I won't tell you that." I've gotten better service from a drunk waiter at a pop-up taco stand downtown. Save your time and money...these guys deserve neither. read more

We had this company install 6 windows for us. The salesman was kind and great to work with. The install seemed to go well with no major issues. Then we got heavy rains from the monsoons. After the first major storm I noticed water damage on my wall and a basket I had with books in it was completely soaked. After many delays the company sent out a crew that I was told would fix it but they squirt the window and then did nothing to fix it. After they left my husband did his own "water test" and got it to leak. We took more pictures and still wait for a repair. Save yourself a lot of stress and pass on this company! Good news! This is an update to the previous review! After the initial drama, we finally got to talk reasonably and my order was restarted. I was promised that the installation will happen within the estimated 2 weeks. The process went as promised and the screen doors were installed sooner than expected. Since my original dissatisfaction was with the process, I am comfortable rating their recovery with 5 stars. However, the product is a bit flimsy and I would rate it with 3 stars. The reason for that is the rubber part that comes on the back side of the sliding door. It separates from the door and prevents a smooth slide of the door. The door also does not slide straight ( leveled). All in all, it looks, feels, and operates a bit rough. I will be happy if it lasts 6 months. This also might be due to the fact that I did not ask for quality but only the price. To be fair, I was not offered upgrades in any way. However, to be honest, even if I was offered an upgrade, I would not have gone for it ( i guess I did not know any better). So, in summary, I would give these guys business again. Everyone does make mistake, and I was very impressed with the way True View handled it. I will, however, ensure to speak with them about the quality of installed product as well as price. read more

Their repair truck leaked oil or some kind of auto fluid onto my driveway pavers. I called and asked them to come and clean or repair it. They asked for a photo which I sent. They refused to take responsibility for this, saying I should have reported it the next day. After a nearly $900 bill which I paid, I now must dispute it through my credit card. We hired True View to replace all of our windows. Two years later, windows began to leak. Called True View and after 10 days and 3 messages, Annaliese told me we did NOT have a warranty. Then she was rude about how long it took to answer my calls. I immediately asked for a manager. I spoke to Rhika, Vince, Ryan, and finally the store manager, Troy, and suddenly they found our warranty. They scheduled an appt to come to look, then canceled the night before, Scheduled again, and then didn't show. I called back, but we were not on the schedule, surprise! When the guys finally came out and took the trim apart, the windows were not installed correctly! They realized they came with the wrong color trim, so an hour back to Phoenix and an hour back to our house. The job took another complete day. Both managers, of the store and install called, and I explained that the caulk was not right and that their guys accidentally took our broom and dustpan. They both said they would get the caulk and the broom corrected, That was February 16th, not a word since. We also used True View for our glass shower door. We wanted to like and support this company but after poor installation, years of wasted utilities slipping through the windows, tons of calls, aggravation, missed appointments, and lack of planning on their end, I'm gonna say we will not be using or recommending True View. read more

We went to True View because of the great reviews, but our experience was not what we expected. Our original order was done wrong, crew showed up with partial delivery of windows with no notification that one was damaged and found prior to bringing it out. Then come to find out the order was missing a window! It was measured but never put into the estimate....so after several weeks windows are done. Crew not as tidy as I would have liked, left trail of debris in house, windows not cleaned and goo left on window ledges. Enough said.... read more

They promised one week service and it ended up taking nearly three times that for a simple window repair. I made repeated calls that were met with rude responses or with disinterest. I finally called the general manager, Selina. Her assistant promised I'd receive a call back within two days. She never called. I guess my business wasn't important to her.
