There's a reason this place has such high reviews. Everyone here is experienced, professional, and…read morethey go the extra mile. I've had filler once, Botox once, and two RF microneedling sessions and it's like the technicians are OCD. Three full passes, every patch of skin is covered, and the results are the best I've had. They give you time to numb, and they do a great job distracting you from the discomfort if you do decide to go for a more intense setting. Also, really helpful with the GLP, clear labeling on each syringe, and easy FaceTime with the doctor. I've never had to wait past an appointment time and there's always parking. Really grateful I found this spot. Note: Sheila did the rf microneedling if you end up scheduling that service. I normally have some white spots but after the service with her my entire face is covered and it shows in the results.

Coming from a healthcare setting myself, I am big on treating patients as people and not a box one has to check. Suffice to say, introduce yourself. I had to ask her "Who are you? Because you never introduced yourself." I believe that is basic etiquette. Second, I was quick to notice the lack of patience with which my call was handled hours after my visit, the one where I had a chemical peel. (There was a whole lot of information to remember before the visit and they don't all sink in until you're done and you get the kit.) Otherwise I had a pleasant experience getting my first peel with Sheila/Shiela. I'm now on my 4th day post-procedure and looking forward to the results. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful experience I had weeks before that with Joy, who did my Dermplaning Facial, although I wish I had known sooner that if I did both at the same time, I could've saved a lot more.

I did go in to consult with Annie on my reaction and she advised that I likely had eczema, which I've suspected for awhile but have been in denial about...lo and behold, my doctor later confirmed it was indeed eczema (!). Annie provided some really helpful product suggestions to help calm my symptoms (thank you, Annie!). Once my skin felt and looked better a few weeks later, I eventually went in for a microneedling session with Stephanie, who was also fantastic! I feel like I've found my people and cannot recommend them enough.

I went with my best friend, and Annie made us feel so welcome, even letting us sit in on each other's treatments and learn together (10/10 friendship date). I loved the results. Most recently, I visited the Glen Park location and saw Stephanie, who was just as wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt totally comfortable and informed throughout the treatment. Easy booking, amazing providers, and beautiful spaces. Mosaic Skin Studio is one of those places where you immediately feel taken care of -- you're truly in good hands

I have now ordered it a couple times, and it's never a fail. I can't wait to try some of their other products and services - and will definitely come back. The vibe is very clean and crisp, and there are several treatments room throughout. Also, the reception area is spacious.

Luckily their location was not terrible to find, as there was ample street parking. When I walked in, the warm and friendly receptionist greeted and made me feel right at home. Throughout my visit, Shannon shared me with her wealth of knowledge of the various AHAs as well as retinoid products. I love that we were able to geek out on which products to use to achieve brightening effects. She also made some recommendations based on my skin type such as mandelic acid instead of glycolic acid for gentle exfoliation. Without trying to oversell me her products, she suggested that I try over-the-counter Nizoral antifungal wash for possible white-heads that pop up occasionally as well as prescription tretinoin since I had a few hyperpigmented spots that I wanted to fade/brighten. Given it was my first time there, she did allow me to use my credit card to pay but informed me that she only accepted cash or checks to help keep operating costs down. Since my back issues were minor based on her assessment, I did not schedule a return visit. I so very much appreciate her sound and scientifically backed advice (I also follow various certified dermatologists on IG for general aging skin care maintenance); I definitely will be making a visit if future skin issues arrive!
