I was…read morethe only customer in the Trek store and had a sales man helping me select the Verve 4s and we had just begun talking about taking it for a test ride when a new customer walked in looking at bikes. He told me to wait, that he was going to help him first and come back to me once he was done. I figured if they werent interested in helping me when I was about to spend $4000 on a new e-bike, they probably would be even less interested in helping me with issues after I bought the bike. They also have a credit card fee in the pro shop for using one. I feel like they nickel and dime as much as they can. Fun course but they need need new management.
