The only thing that stopped me from buying last week was their customer service experience. I was…read morethe only customer in the Trek store and had a sales man helping me select the Verve 4s and we had just begun talking about taking it for a test ride when a new customer walked in looking at bikes. He told me to wait, that he was going to help him first and come back to me once he was done. I figured if they werent interested in helping me when I was about to spend $4000 on a new e-bike, they probably would be even less interested in helping me with issues after I bought the bike. There is an automatic 8% cancellation fee that applies to canceling or amending any tee times no matter what the change is. Additionally I prepaid for my cart, which they charge $20-$25 for. When I showed up for my tee time because I wanted to walk, they told me tough luck, wouldn't refund me or let me spend the $20 in the pro shop. They also have a credit card fee in the pro shop for using one. I feel like they nickel and dime as much as they can. Fun course but they need need new management.

Additionally, course lacks upkeep. on 3 seperate holes, half the fairway is taken away by a tree right off the tee box unless you can effectively shape your ball. And let's be honest, this course isn't attracting low handicap players who can do this regularly.
