We came as a family to celebrate the end of the week, enjoy dinner, and have a good time. Instead, we were treated with hostility and made to feel completely unwelcome. We were unhappy with the table we were given and expressed that concern to the hostess. At no point did we curse at her. Nevertheless, she apparently told management that we had cursed at her--an accusation that was simply not true. Rather than calmly speaking with us and hearing our side, one of the managers came over, abruptly dropped the sushi we had ordered onto our table, and gave us a disgusted, hostile look. What kind of customer service is that? We were paying guests--not people who deserved to be judged, falsely accused, or treated with contempt. Management handled the situation in an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful manner and completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable family evening. We left feeling humiliated, angry, and disgusted by the way we were treated. Customers should be able to raise a concern about their table without being falsely accused of abusive behavior and then subjected to retaliation-like treatment from management. I would strongly caution families and other diners before choosing this location. We certainly will not return.
