Beercode, I am not sure you know how lucky you! If all the reviews have not hipped you, than nothing will. But at least here's one more review to solidify what I think so many are saying! Hands-down Tanika delivered one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Even before I made it to the counter, I was already being greeted with menu in hand, all while she was still handling drinks for other customers. Where in 2026 do you see that kind of awareness and multitasking ... not too many places! So needless to say, I was impressed right off the bat! Although the crowd was very steady, she never missed a step! Composure, efficiency, and engagement all wrapped up in one really made this place about the service she was providing more than the beer or the food, (although the beer was good too)! I did not have a chance to order food, but it could have come to the table burnt to a crisp and Tanika would have made me feel like that was the best burnt crispy meal I've ever eaten. Thanks for letting me know that there are still a few of us who believe in the "golden era" of hospitality and customer service, it's just too easy to be a great host, server, bartender, etc. to make sure your guests are having the kind of experience that makes them want to return! The old space had a lot more character...and more beer. The beer selection is now very limited compared to what it used to be. They say they partnered with Cultured South to sell both beer and kombucha, but it feels more like Cultured South bought Arches and just has a limited selection of the original Arches beer just so they can still legitimately use the name and draw people to the space. I'm not a kombucha drinker, so the new Arches doesn't really hit the mark for me.

After ten minutes I saw someone walk into the kitchen and 5-10 minutes later my salad came out. I saw the bartender talk back and forth with the cook and could tell that something was wrong. The bartender brought over a small container and said "Um it's compacted". They gave me half the portion of the actual salad. And best part, no chicken at all. At this point I felt like trying to get the correct order was futile and I didn't have another 30 mins to waste. The salad itself was the quality of a fast food salad. What an absolute rip off.

This place was located near the end of one side of terminal D so it wasn't as packed as the other restaurants closer to the train which made it an even better experience. The entrance is pretty unique, too. There is a super narrow escalator that takes you from the terminal up to the restaurant right to the host station. It can get congested as there isn't a lot of room to move around. The host/ess is quick to find a table. The restaurant itself is pretty good at turning tables, but they definitely do not rush to get you out. I've spent 3 hours at a table here before. Make sure you tip well for your time spent!!

I suspect they don't drop the orders fresh and have the fries and chicken under a heat lamp to keep up with orders and travelers who may be in a hurry. The wings were not hot and not extra crispy. They only come one way here and that's the compromise you may have to accept here at ATL. Interestingly, it took Martise a while come with the check. That could be aggravating to a hurried traveler.
