I also got the ultimate sampler, which gives you 4 appetizer choices. I got boneless Buffalo wings and they were good but had more of a hot kick than I anticipated. The onion rings were good but two of them were burnt and that was disappointing. They two King Hawaiian cheeseburger sliders were delicious. Also the pretzels were solid but had too many spices sprinkled on them. They were like an everything (bagel) pretzel. Sometimes it is best to stick to tried and true salted only - everything was too much of everything! My waiter was friendly and professional, albeit slow. In an airport, it is imperative to be fast when doing things like cashing out customers, but he was too busy socializing with customers to pick up the pace on these other key tasks. I stopped in Buffalo Wild Wings with a little layover in Concourse D. I was well seated by the window with a great view by the hostess. Martise brought a tall glass of ice water to hit the spot and I ordered the ten wings, classic buffalo medium hot, extra crispy, with blue cheese and an order of fries. My order came out in about ten or fifteen minutes, but it was not as hot as I expected. I was hungry and devoured it all, but it could have been better hotter, particularly the fries. Fries should always be served hot off the press and these were not. The chicken wings were also not hot for an order I just placed. They were tangy, but nothing special. The blue cheese was also a bit lacking in blue cheese. I suspect they don't drop the orders fresh and have the fries and chicken under a heat lamp to keep up with orders and travelers who may be in a hurry. The wings were not hot and not extra crispy. They only come one way here and that's the compromise you may have to accept here at ATL. Interestingly, it took Martise a while come with the check. That could be aggravating to a hurried traveler. Upon walking in - I greated the hostess because she didn't greet me. I ordered a beer to start - she didn't ask me the size just brought me a large and assumed I wanted the large? I will say the mango cart beer was served cold. The bumner was I didn't see her again till she dropped off the check 70 min later. she didn't say a word other than grabbed the money holder - counted it at the table- and scoffed when I gave her exact change as if she expected the tip to be with it. The server dropped the cheese curds and the vegg at the table - walked away before I could say something and he never came back. 3 piece of celery one was wilted and one looked very old and chewed already. Carrots were slimy. The cheese curds were fine. I started watching the other staff behind the bar, the manager and other servers and the entire time - close to 90 min not 1 single smile. Initially, we tried TGIF in Terminal E, but the place was packed, and the ventilation was poor, leaving an unpleasant, lingering smell inside. Lola helped me at this B Dubs when I got my flight delayed. She was prompt, quick and very nice! I got a Strawberry Lemonade and it was delicious! It was bigger than I expected so that was nice. It did take awhile for me to get my food even though it was fairly busy. It was moderately loud (not an issue to me), but it has floor to ceiling windows which made it feel so open! Our server was pleasant. The rating is a reflection of the poor standard of quality control on their food. After an order with a pretzel appetizer, 6 piece flat wings with rubbery celery/carrots and 3 sodas, our visit came to about $40. In all our many trips to Buffalo's Wild Wings, this is by far the most frustrating experience. I expect pricey dining at the airport, but not being able to accommodate a customer who is a minor, an adequately portioned cheese dip that accompanies his pretzels, is unexpected. The money is not the issue, it is the principle, and the lack of customer service we experienced this afternoon. After waiting 10 minutes for the extra side of cheese dip, pretzels are even colder now, the icing on the cake is being charged for an extra side of cheese when we had originally asked for the cheese dip. The cheese dip came in a container no bigger than a silver dollar and half full, so about a tablespoon. Yet, the mustard dip that we never asked for was filled to the brim. The additional cheese dip we had to purchase, yet again, was barely half full. They nickel and dime you here. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no effort to extend courtesy . This has to be a great big NO from me, and although it is designed to be a 'turn & burn' type of establishment in a very busy airport environment, there are still SO many things they need to improve on. The podium was vacant at the time I arrived, and they sign says to wait for assistance to be seated, so I did. I was actually mocked a bit when I asked if seating was available at the bar (since I was solo and didn't want to take up a table). Not a good idea to belittle someone who actually follows directions. Both of the bar servers were quite active, so I was not surprised it would take some time to place my food order. Then came the conversation between the two of them regarding which would be responsible for me based on the location I was sitting (seems it was the 'dividing line' stool). I placed my drink and food order and was advised, "The kitchen is a bit backed up and it will take a while". I was not in a rush, so was certainly prepared to wait. I seemed that several dining nearby were having challenges with their orders. The bar servers were not responsible for the food preparation but were having to be the face of the restaurant with the comments/questions. When my order did arrive, there was an immediate concern about the quality of the food, as the chicken tenders seemed to be truly overcooked. I tried to cut with my fork, but a knife was required. They'd been breaded and then fried for WAY too long, and ironically nothing at all to do with the word 'tender'. The menu advised they'd be prepared with the requested sauce, but were actually just a mass-fried item placed under a heat lamp, and then served with a quite small cup of sauce for personal dipping. The fries were not fresh at all, and everything is served on their signature metal trays. There was no offer to refill my empty drink glass. I realize that this location will rarely build a repeat customer base due to it being at an airport, but they really need some training on how to still satisfy those who do choose to dine there, and also avoid negative, yet totally truthful, reviews such as this one. I cannot recommend this eatery if traveling from/through Atlanta. read more

This place has really turned down. The kitchen is insanely slow, the food items were missing salads, burgers and I watched people waiting needing to finally get it to go because it came so late. Top management needs to step in and clean house. The staff don't seem to have any interest in working because the tips are probably bad. The waitress we had took too many trips and never refilled drinks, didn't have the celery and blue cheese. Brought out burnt fried pickles l, the wrong sauce for the cheese curds.
