This company sucks. Lack of follow through, half ass work and never completed the job. Called several times to ask questions about "What Happens Next" and can't even get a call back. The staff that come, when they feel like it , set a couple of traps and gave us a " I don't know I'm new and just started" couldn't get a consistent technician, consistent answers and the techs look like they rolled out of bed. I can't even get a call back from a manager and argued to try to connect me. They did not follow through. AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more

We paid a lot of money for pigeon control and issues were never resolved. We were sold something that obviously they could not maintain. They could have determined when they gave us a quote that they couldn't access the roof to properly install screening. We've had them out repeatedly and one time they came with a lift that couldn't be used because it was too heavy for our backyard sidewalk. The last visit was in May, the person who came wouldn't discuss any findings with me and I have not heard anything since. My family had been customers of Truly Nolan since the early 80s starting in Tucson. I will never use them again. read more

From a current customer and referring customer. WOW. Shane and Randall were phenomenal. I am a current Truly customer and they treated my termites and did a great job with my house. I referred them to my parents and they put on the WHITE GLOVE service. I cannot explain how well Shane and Randall described the process, each step of the way, made me and my parents feel at ease with this whole process. I mean, the first thing people think is, "is my house going to cave in" and they obviously said no, but explaining it in a gracious way was huge. I asked a ton of questions of where, why, and how they were drilling, the type of product they use and they went out of their way to ensure all the questions were answered. They came to the house clean, they wore gloves, cleaned up everything perfectly and better than what it was. This is a big deal because they are walking through your house and you don't want to have to do more cleaning, but this was not the case. They did an all day job with no complaining, a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure it was done correctly. I highly recommend Truly for numerous reasons. One, the service is absolutely fantastic it really is. Second, the quality of work is top notch. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and we got a great deal. We've been customers of Truly Nolen since 2012. We've been happy customers and knew we would use them for our new home that was newly built. We had a pigeon problem, so we reached out to Truly Nolen. The man spoke with us regarding the best options and we had to pay an annual fee for roof maintenance. It was strange to see a leak coming from the roof of the house since the roof is still fairly new. Assuming only two tiles were broken, we contacted a roof specialist to have them fixed. We were horrified to learn that it wasn't one or two, but 80 tiles were broken, and that the sun had damaged the tar on the roof and that the process was going on for a long time. The cost of repairs was a huge financial burden. Truly Nolen came to our house multiple times going up on our roof to manage the lines on our roof to keep the pigeons away. When we discovered the problem, we reached out to Truly Nolen. Their response was that they haven't been at our house since last year, so why would we care about our roof now? The broken tiles were not noticeable unless you're on the roof. When you've trusted a company for so many years that provided services, it's strange to assume they would not do their job correctly, let alone not tell you when they've broken tiles on the roof. The moment we noticed the leak, we called a roof inspector and our hearts shattered when we learned the truth. It took the company three months to get back to us. After two months of requesting more information, they tell us a letter was sent. As we reached out to customer service for more information, we were laughed at by the associate. Three months later we finally got the letter, after reaching out multiple times for a follow-up. The letter states they are not accountable, even though they were the only people on the roof since the house was built. The company we trusted doesn't feel they are accountable simply because we took too long to notice the damage since they've been to our house. It's disappointing that a company we trusted for many years didn't treat us like a customer, but a number. During these difficult times, we will be financially paying for the damage because we blindly trusted them. read more

The team of Truly Nolen has been absolutely fantastic. At my pervious residence in Fountain Hills, AZ, they assisted me with various pest issues. Everything from the assessment to the treatment and continued support in handling ants, termites, scorpions, rodents and kissing bugs was outstanding. My assigned pest technician was literally on call. I mean this is far and above the service agreements, but truly an example the team being dedicated to assisting with issues of the pest type. From my assigned oversight manager, on-site evaluator and pest technician my experience was exceptionally great. We've had Truly Nolen provide our pest control for the past several years. Our previous service provider failed to ever get our bug situation under control. It took a bit of time, but Truly Nolen finally succeeded in putting down a good outside barrier that prevents the critters from invading our home. Today, Jody performed our service, and did a really thorough job of knocking down the cobwebs, spraying the required chemicals, and laying down granules, all while being careful not to damage any of the new plants that we've added to the garden. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. I have been using Truly Nolen for many years to treat our property in Scottsdale. Recently, during my absence, I had an elderly friend staying at the house visiting. During her visit, Truly Nolen came to treat the property and my visitor turned them away. Based solely on this interaction, and without even once attempting to contact me, Truly Nolen cancelled my contract. I noticed this some months later and called to find out why no visits had been made. They restarted the contract at a startup cost of $149. I called to complain about the restart charge given that I didn't stop the contract and was only able to recover half of it. Augee the branch manager was defensive and completely unreasonable about this. I tried to reason with him saying that anyone else could have cancelled the contract such as the landscaper, mail carrier or anyone else and I would not have been notified. I will be cancelling this "service" and hopefully Augee will learn that years of on-time payments to his office well into the future are far more valuable than a one-time $75 payment. read more

Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home. Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over. No answer because I wasn't home. They came anyway. They rang the door bell. No answer because I wasn't home. They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission. They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried. My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it. I was not here to keep them inside. When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone. This is rude and dangerous behavior. They put my pets at serious risk. They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy. I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home. This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers. read more
