In all honesty I hope that one day there is a trumed that is exclusively medical and exclusively recreational... wishing for that so that I can get my meds fast and affordable like I currently do. Trumed please do not change your specials structure for the medical patients! Please please please we need the value that you provide with cannabis that you guys and gals cultivate amazingly. Plus your medicine is the only meds that do not induce CHS in me. It could be that you spend more on your nutrients from the looks of the labels. Really quality nutrients go into their medicine here. There's certain dispensaries that you smoke from and you get sick after a while. I believe it's a nutrient thing because tru has not caused the issue for me ever every ever. I had cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome when I first started coming here and since switching over fully for my medication to this dispensary it has disappeared..... that makes me think that it must be a nutrient that other dispensaries use that this one does not. All for recreational but Watching the pricing structures change at other dispensaries has made me go no I'm good I don't really want recreational to be a thing after it's increased my cost on cannabis medication at other dispensaries. I went in today to get the BOGO Mom and Pop bars and I had the WORST customer service with security and the front desk!! I am not even from this side of town, drive all the way to Tempe to get tossed aside!! First off I get there and show my medical card to the security dildo and he says go inside!! Oh then there's this dumbass at the front desk! I remember the guy before saying I had to show my DL once and my medical card from there on out, but NOOO the douche bag asks for my DL only!! I sit down and patiently wait. There was another gentleman who came in and the front douche bag told him it was a 45 minute wait!!! To get weed?? Never, unless it's 420!! So he decides to leave! I was there like 15-20 mins, NOT 45!! So he lost you business!! He sat there on his phone basically ignoring the customers!! I get called back by a sweet tiny Latina women. I get to the counter and I ask for Mom and Pop 1000 chocolate bars and she asked me if I was MEDICAL!! Again front douche not telling who is medical and recreational!! I probably won't be going back or driving 25 miles and get treated like that, and not even for a free oz!! I went here to get some help with some medications. I had a ton of questions that I really wanted answers to. I called first & I spoke with a girl (I wish I got her name) and she was so helpful and friendly. I've been to quite a few other dispensaries and their bud tenders seem to not have too much knowledge on their products or just not seem to really care about helping. I have bad anxiety and horrible sleep insomnia. I went in there twice and had Matt both times. He was so helpful and had an answer to everything I asked. He was extremely patient too. I love my PAX pen and can't believe it took me so long to get with the 21st century and the ways technology has enhanced cannabis consumption. Not coming back. I order online every single time I use this place and I always end up sitting in the lobby until someone calls me back. Once I'm in the back, they pull my order item by item off the shelves, so the text saying "your order is ready" is a lie. It was never ready. They have a check in window up front and a window for online orders next to it, which is never staffed, so it completely defeats the purpose. I used all of my points for this last order because I'm never coming back. The flower shop is located maybe two lights west and they always have someone staffing the pickup window, so I'm just going to make the extra 2 minute drive from now on and save myself 25 minutes of standing in the lobby because literally every seat is filled with someone waiting longer than you. If you walk in the door and only see one person at the check in window, just walk right out and drive to the flower shop on 32nd street. read more

Trumed has been my primary provider since receiving my medical card earlier this year, and it's unfortunately made me very spoiled. I've been here a handful of times in the past few months and everyone I've been helped by is awesome. But especially Manny today! I stopped by on my lunch break and I was in and out in 15 minutes (per usual) and he threw some much needed knowledge on me and suggested a perfect product fit for my needs. If I weren't so strapped for cash this week, I'd have left a HUGE TIP!! I once visited another dispensary as it was closer to where I was headed, and quickly learned my lesson after waiting in a crowded, disgruntled waiting room for over 20 mins. before finally asking for my card back and walking out.
