Amazing!!!! I went in today for an oil change for my fiancee car. I've never had to get any work done on their car because that's his department lol but he's on deployment and the oil change light came on. I had looked on yelp for mechanics but none of the reviews for places near me were too appealing so I decided to look up trust auto because it's close by and honestly the reviews were right! A man came out and I told him I needed an oil change he asked if I needed synthetic oil and of course I had no idea so he then explained the difference between the oils and we came to the conclusion synthetic wasn't good for my car because it was pass 3 month's from the last oil change. The actual oil change took less than 30 minutes and where they were done I was going to buy some antifreeze because I knew I was low, instead of letting me spend an extra $15 they told me they already topped everything off and also told me it was time for new brakes. I will most definitely be going back for the rest of my car repairs. read more

Great place ! Read the reviews and they were right. This place IS honest. I came in for a timing belt replacement and pointed out this noise that my car was making. The manager named Michael did a quick diagnostic and said it was either the timing belt or the alternator. I had work from 2-6 and the place closes at 5 but they worked with me all the way through. I had my girlfriend pay with my card when the job was finished. All he charged me for was the timing belt replacement since that was the only problem, but anyone could have said that it was also the alternator knowing that it was a much pricier job. Mike at trust auto repair is a straight shooter. I was noticing some oil drops in my garage coming from my 2008 BMW which is pretty common on those cars so I went to my local BMW dealer for inspection. Later that day I get a quote for $2283 from the dealer to replace some seals and gaskets. So I thought that the price was too high and I declined the service. The next day I contacted the dealer that sold me the car 3 years prior and they referred me to Trust Auto. Mike looked at the quote from BMW and asked me to leave my car with him. Trust is a family run business, and that fact is so evident in the care they take with their work and their customers. Mike, the owner, takes the time to personally call me each time I leave my car with him, and give me a thorough run down of problems my car is having, details about those problems, and how much they will cost to repair. We recently bought a vehicle that was serviced here, but the sellers didn't have their service records. When we had a problem with the vehicle I called here for any information. The head guy knew precisely who I was talking about and the vehicle I was talking about. He even brought up their new Tacoma, yet he said he couldn't look-up their vehicle records for me because they're filed by receipt numbers. How stupid did he think I was?! What a liar---and a load of BS--and on top of that--his whole conversation was condescending and insulted my intelligence. That told me all I needed to know about his ethics. I would never trust his shop with my vehicle after hearing how easy it was for the lies to roll off his tongue. read more

I got fantastic service here. I had a headlight replaced a month ago (in Jan 2014) here. That service was affordable and fast. I paid cash and forgot to take my receipt. Then the headlight went our a few weeks later (Feb 2014), and I took my car back even though I didn't have proof of purchase on the original replacement - although they probably had my car in their records. When I returned, the problem ended up being something wrong with my car, not with the work they had previously done. It was a busted ground wire that made their first replacement bulb burn out. They fixed the problem, replaced the bulb AGAIN, and DIDN'T CHARGE ME. This place isn't close to my house at all, but I will definitely go back, because they are fast, efficient, and most importantly don't rip you off!! read more

I called Mike, he told me to come to the shop right then, I showed up and before I got out of the car, he asked me to open my hood. He called his tech over to start diagnosing right away. OMG this place is awesome! Ok, so I took my car to pepboys originally to get a simple oil change, wheel alignment and tire balance. Instead of doing that, they said I needed a "tie iron" (about $200) before I could get my wheel alignment and balance done. So i took i took my car back about 2 weeks later to get the services done, then they said they made a mistake about the tie iron and i actually needed new "boushings" ($700), I declined the service and found Trust! They charged me less than half the price and had great customer service! Wait there's more, So i took my car back to pepboys to get my alignment and balance, after waiting 6 hours for my car, they said that I needed the tie iron b4 i could get an alignment! So after yelling at them for being retarded and getting my money back, I then took my car backt o Trust so that they could check it out - ALL I NEEDED WAS A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND TIRE BALANCE! two lessons learned. 1. I verified before arriving, TWICE, that they do break and light inspections, even asked the criteria used during the test so i could double check my car. I arrived and before i even parked Iwas told they could not help me. The car is fully stock, except for a body kit, as I explained to the guy. He still refused to even let me park to take a look. I only have a two day provisional permit for testing to redeem the salvage title. This place made me waste one of the days. HE BLAMED ME for not letting them know it had a body kit, however, as mentioned, I asked what was done during the test, and nothing was EVER mentioned about altered body panels negating the test. No other shop had a problem with it, and legally it's fine. read more
