The very next day the car started having transmission issue diagnosed by the actual maker of the car, and these people forged her signature on multiple different documents on different dates and ended up not giving her full down payment back, escalating the situation by calling police on customers COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. If you get a car from here bring a mechanic with you. The same amount they gave back we took it and went to Mercedes. Way less down payment for way better car and service.

I bought a car from this crappy dealership, paid in full and ask for my title and I was told two…read moreweeks. Two weeks came and gone no title so I went there myself since they stopped answering my questions. Noemy and the title clerk gave me conflicting excuses , one said the title is at the DMV and the other said they have the title at a safe location. I asked to talk to the owner and was told he's out of the country then I left a negative review on google that's when I got the owner's attention. He was arrogant , angry at me for leaving a bad review instead of acknowledging the issue. He said he needed time and ask how long , he doesn't know don't want to commit to any time line and its been so long he doesn't even know where the title , the office ladies were confused and didn't understand the process. I was very disappointed , the basic expectation after paying off a crappy car that cost me over $6000 repair bills. After going back and forth tying to muscle me to remove the review and give him more time , he said his title clerk ( the same lady that said two weeks time frame) now said 30 -45 days. I was supposed to travel to Africa to bury my dad but needed to sell this car for the funeral and travel expenses but because of their dishonesty and unprofessional attitude , I had to pay to reschedule my ticket and other funeral arrangements. He showed me pic of the title , its was title in Arkansas so I asked why didn't you transfer this title to Florida in your name and why do you need 30 -45 days to get it from Arkansas. All I'm saying here is DON'T MESS with this dealership , all of them with the the exception of Mike are full of crap. Now I'm even worried what kind of license he's trying to get me because his explanation is nothing of fishy.
