I tried to return it the very next day and they wouldn't take it back. They called me stupid, I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to do my homework when I asked for the sensor lights to be fixed and other safety issues. They spoke Spanish to the finance company of which I didn't understand and the price of the car went up by at least $3,000.00 without my knowing it when I got the bill of sales 2 weeks later from the finance company. I was there from 10:00 am until closing (sick and just wanted to go home). Salesman went home before I did because he took someone else to sell a car to and I had to find someone else to help me. They took advantage of an elderly woman who was alone. Shame on them.

The only thing she has is her Apple Pay of a 5k down payment (no receipt) from the actual dealer and a copy of the warranty for the car. Then they gave her the car and it seemed they cleared the codes. So when she first took it to autozone there was nothing then she realized the vehicle wouldn't go over 60. She went back to autozone and A bunch of codes popped up and then found out the transmission is not good at all. So she went back to return it and they say if she wants a return they can only give her half her deposit back. We're taking this up with legal. Report this business and help shut it down.
