I appreciate that they are upfront with the potential cost and ask all of the right questions and are open to answering all of the questions I have. Moving is never easy and usually stressful to prepare for and navigate. However, the team removed all of the stress of moving when they arrived on time and immediately got started. They are always kind, easy to communicate with, and always get the job done right. I was also dealing with a shoulder injury so I wasn't able to help much, and without any concern they went as far as putting the clothes and coats in the closets at our new place. They wrap all of the furniture too, so there is never a concern of things getting damaged in transit. Gave me some estimates regards how many hrs it takes and he was right . I signed a consent before they started their own job, and as long as you sign , they start everything as soon as possible. They were on time, responsive, and super caring Running a business does have it's own obstacles , but moving away every couple of years is so hectic, so last time I used another company and I was not satisfied with their work. Moving can be stressful. Add COVID and young kids and it's extremely stressful. However, our experience with Trusted Movers was great. Liv provided a rough estimate based on our description of the move. The estimate was off, but still within what I expect the overall cost to be. We had originally requested a 4-person team due to some heavier items and volume of the move, but one of the movers has some issues that day so only a 3-person crew showed up. They sent an additional 3-person crew for 30 mins just to get the heavy refrigerator down since the 4th mover wasn't there that day. The company was very accommodating and offset additional costs due to the unexpected change. Thomas, the team lead was a pleasure to work with, accommodating to requests we made throughout the day. The team that worked on our move did an excellent job and I would give them 5 stars. They worked hard, quickly and with a smile the whole time; and it was a long time (13.5 hrs total) and A LOT of work. If we move again, we would defiantly use them again! Something to be aware of is that you get charged for their meal breaks. They deserved the breaks, I just wasn't aware upfront that I would be charged for the time. read more

We moved with Trusted Movers in Feb of 2021 for a local move from San Jose to Campbell. They actually did a good job on our move overall for the most part. Our problem happened once we realized we had our jewelry stolen from one of our boxes. My wife made the mistake of packing our jewelry into one of our boxes (instead of moving it ourselves) that we let the moving company move. Most of the pieces were sentimental (e.g. jewelry from an aunt that had passed away) and not really valuable. After our move was completed, we noticed that some of our boxes that Trusted Movers moved had the tape cut open and the contents were strewn about inside the boxes, which really puzzled us at first. Its worth noting that all boxes that had been opened were from our master bedroom. Once we realized one of the boxes had my wife's jewelry in and all the jewelry was missing, we realized what happened. No one else had access to the moving boxes during the move except for Trusted Movers. I contacted the company, and to their credit they seemed really concerned about what we reported. After "investigating", Royi (manager) ended up saying they didn't think anyone in their crew could have been responsible, and offered us a paltry insurance amount (maybe $500). We didn't really care about the money and just wanted our jewelry back, so we obviously turned the money down. We filed a police report but never ended up seeing our jewelry again which was really unfortunate. I also searched reviews for the company and didn't see anyone else mentioning "theft" or "stolen", so I have to wonder if our case is isolated or what happened. However, I have to leave this review on the off chance this happens again to someone else using this company. Either way, we were really disappointed our jewelry got stolen while using Trusted Movers and would not use them again because of this. read more

Moving is stressful. And Trusted Movers made it a calming, very professional and detailed experience for us. I called their front desk multiple times with questions (quote, hour estimates, do you pack the TV, can I get extra boxes, etc) and Miranda answered to the best of her knowledge and was quite responsive. She also called me back when I hung up. On the day of the move their team loaded our boxes, boxed items we didn't have time to pack, disassembled furniture and packed it in packing material to avoid damage, took their time to make sure that the furniture was packed well, disassembled the baby's crib (and reassembled it in the new house), laid out the furniture in the new house, rearranged the furniture a few times based on our linking and much more. Had a great experience! Everyone wore masks, which helped ease my anxieties about moving during Covid. They offered a discount for paying cash, which I appreciated. Overall the day went very smoothly: all my stuff ended up at the new apartment, nothing was broken, they worked efficiently and quickly. The original arrival window was quite large (11am - 3pm), but when I needed to estimate a 2-hour interval when I should reserve the elevator in my new apartment for moving purposes, they were very helpful at trying to narrow down a more narrow estimate for when they should arrive, and when they would likely be moving my belongings into the new place (and thus need the elevator). read more

The best movers I have ever had! I called around to several movers in the area to get quotes for my move, and I had a great feeling about Trusted Movers right away. They were super professional and reasonably priced. In the midst of #coronaviruspanic, I had to reschedule my move, and they were able to schedule me to move in less than 24 hours. Liv was so great at communicating everything I needed and handling my last minute schedule changes. On the day of the move, my truck driver Jose showed up on time with a helper, and they got to work right away. Updated in Dec, 2019: Their CEO and Sr Consultant called me immediately after my Yelp review and asked how to make things right, and eventually they did! None of the facts I previously wrote had changed but I can say it a bit differently now that there was a misalignment in the calculated hours for the job to get done for the price and services we received. Some of my fine china setting is still broken in addition to another couple of things. However, I wanted to take this time and provide an update. As most of us do, we all love a comeback! In this case, it's a comeback for Trusted Movers. They sent two of their top movers/professionals to help us complete the job. Also, we got reimbursed without hesitation from Trusted Movers to help us rectify the fine china situation with the couple of other minor things. I honestly didn't think it would happen, but it did. Due to their commitment for following through and excellent customer service, I am updating my star rating because they didn't give up on us despite all of the time that had passed from the move and a few months later. My husband and I chatted again and we had to accept that moves are stressful and things can get broken despite everyone's good intentions.
