They promised a two-person crew but only sent one installer, which immediately caused delays and quality issues. The installer failed to complete the job, left components unfinished, and improperly installed hardware to the point that several decorative corner covers cannot even be installed correctly. There are also cosmetic damages and signs of rushed/improper assembly. I was initially willing to overlook some of the cosmetic damage because the company acknowledged the issues and promised they would return to finish and correct the work. Unfortunately, after repeated follow-ups, they completely ghosted me and stopped responding. The pergola functions, but the installation quality is unacceptable for a project of this cost and complexity. I now have to hire another professional to correct and finish their work. I would strongly recommend hiring a company with actual experience installing louvered pergolas and outdoor structures, not just general assembly services. Most importantly, don't trust TJ, he'll say anything to get your money.

Julio did a fantastic job removing a 20-year-old galvanized gas pipe that was detaching from the…read morewall due to the new roof we installed. He replaced the pipe with a yellow gas pipe, a metal flex, and ran it through the attic instead of on the garage ceiling. He also installed a Bradford White 40-gallon atmospheric vent water heater perfectly. Still, first we ran into some old galvanized pipe that was completely rusted, corroded, and clogged, running from the water heater to the 2 washers we have. The pipes were so bad that the threads broke, so he replaced them with PEX. After that, he put drywall and spackle to patch the holes and also repaired some cracks in the garage ceiling. His prices are great, and his work is impeccable. Do not hesitate to call Julio for any need. He also installed a Moen kitchen faucet about 6 months ago and patched a hole behind the dishwasher. Both were exceptionally well done. He always answers his phone and is ready to work. I highly recommend.

Excellent work - clean, neat, professional - they remain a terrific option for help with assembly. Also, I had initially purchased the at-home-assembly option for this grill offered by HomeDepot.com - they outsource to a third party with a flat fee charged when I bought the grill. However, this third party was unresponsive, so 3 phone calls later, I cancelled that portion of the purchase. Home Depot gave me no hassle in refunding that fee immediately back on my credit card, and they asked me for feedback on that third party. I used Yelps search tool to narrow down my need and then sent a msg to 4 handy man company's. They all responded with in a few hrs. Diego w/ Vayeyo Installation called that evening. After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines.
