The work took a week. When Simon the carpenter came he was very friendly. My patio umbrella broke two days before, he took it home and fixed it on his on time and it works better it did when I bought it. Simon replaced the back door and fixed the garage door. There was changes with the siding repair and some rooting behind the siding but Simon was willing to work with me and every thing turned out great. I will be using him again in the future! read more

I am so glad that I met Seydou today! I had talked to him on Monday to schedule time to come in and do a variety of projects. He arrived perfectly on time and went right to work. He adjusted 2 doors that were sticking, reattached a plug to my crystal cabinet, repaired a kitchen cabinet door, hung 3 glass sculptural pieces, tightened the kitchen faucet, repaired a backyard gate/put a handle on it, and put new weather stripping around the front door. He accomplished all of the above in 3 hrs, which, included him going to Home Depot to get the weather stripping and the handle for the back gate. I explained exactly what projects I had, VERY thoroughly. He quoted me a price and told me he'd hang the 2 tv's at no charge. He got to my house 30 minutes late and then start stuttering and recalculating the prices and saying he wouldn't be able to install my cabinet pulls but was still charging me the same price. We weren't even doing the tv's today. He act like hanging ceiling fans and 3 pendant lights was such a huge job so I'm not sure what type of handyman work he normally does. I asked him to leave.
