    Yes, as the business owner stated, the second tech that came corrected the issue. I attached a second picture of the corrected work. The company also initially charged me for drain line work that wasn't needed. After I pointed that out, they did refund that charge.

He stated clearly that there would be a flat rate inspection fee of $59.95, as advertised and above message sent to me via your Yelp page. I provided my credit card number based on that agreement and waited for updates. By 8 PM, I had received no call. Upon contacting my tenant, I learned that the plumber had visited, did minimal work, stayed for less than an hour, and left. I immediately checked my credit card and found an unauthorized charge of $495. The next morning, I called your number but received no answer. When I reached the plumber directly, he admitted he was going to call me but chose not to because it was "too late." He claimed the $495 was a "inspection fee" and that an additional $450 would be needed to complete the repair. We had a brief dispute, and I informed him I would pursue this matter through formal channels. I have since disputed the unauthorized charge with my credit card company and am awaiting resolution. Meanwhile, your continued efforts to contact the property owner through third parties to seek payment are inappropriate and unacceptable. I hereby put you on formal notice of the following: Your advertising and initial representations were deceptive and constitute fraud; You intentionally avoided contacting the cardholder at the time of visit under the pretense of it being too late; You charged a significantly higher amount without authorization; No actual repair was performed since the water was still leaking. and I have written statements, messages, and screenshots from multiple tenants to confirm this. You are instructed to cease all informal contact attempts with me or any associated parties. This matter will be resolved solely through formal and lawful means. If you believe you have a legitimate claim, you are entitled to pursue it through legal channels--as am I. We discussed on the phone for a long time what the issues were with the hvac unit. He listened carefully to the whole saga of the hvac unit and laid out the various options he thinks I have--all this before being asked to work on anything. He went over the details of the tests he could run and answered every one of my dozens of questions. He answered my texts throughout the day and night. He made time in his busy schedule (squeezed in my appointment late in the day and had to work late) to run another leak test that I asked him for. He gave me the assurance I needed, not to mention a very fair pricing for the urgent leak test. Carlos is the most trustworthy contractor I've ever worked with. I appreciate his time and caring through the process. I can't recommend him enough. I figured this is the least I could do in return for his help.

    We have a services agreement with HomeServe through Dominion. After a recent snowstorm, we began…read moretaking water in our basement. We thought it was due to melting snow. After a few days, we noticed the basement walls were wet. After that, a small pool of water formed in our front yard. Now suspecting a water line leak, we called the HomeServe emergency hotline. They had a "contractor", "PHI Group LLC", AKA Paramount Plumbing, assigned to the job. A person from "PHI" arrived at our residence a few hours later. Unfortunately, that person was unable to locate the water shut off, which had been clearly marked by the water company. Then he said that our concrete front walk and perhaps porch would have to be broken up to locate the leak in the line and he would have to have an "excavation crew" come to do that work. I was assured that an appropriate crew would be there that afternoon. Late that afternoon, no crew arrived. I called the contractor. They told me that they were working on it. Then they said that they would have someone out within four days. Meanwhile, we were underwater and our sump was pumping full time to keep the basement somewhat dry. After a couple of days and two complaints to HomeServe, they finally assigned the project to another contractor. The new contractor's owner called me to say that he understood our problem and assigned a person for the job who would be at our residence within four hours. The new contractor was at our home 45 minutes after my conversation with the owner. He immediately located the area of the leak, shut the water off at the street connection the "PHI" contractor couldn't find and dug down to the broken line. The line was repaired less than an hour after his arrival. There was no need for an "excavation crew" and no need for the walkway or porch to be disturbed. We did sustain considerable water damage due to the lack of responsiveness by PHI. We do not recommend "PHI" for water line repair.

    Today I called All Pro to schedule heating service for my father's home and mine. Both of us have…read moreAll Pro systems installed and they scheduled us back to back as the homes are ten minutes apart, which was very helpful. To my great surprise, they told me my attic HVAC heat pump check would be an additional $100 (in addition to the $118 service fee) just to access the attic. No one has ever told me that, so I guess I'll be looking for another HVAC servicer and just use All Pro to service the gas boiler in the basement. Sad because the All Pro technicians are extremely proficient and I trust their judgement, but $100 just because my HVAC blower unit is in the attic seems unreasonable. I and my father are longtime customers who have spent thousands with All Pro on new equipment installs and an oil to gas conversion. I think they should rethink the access fee and consider a reduced service charge for a second unit at the same location; $118 plus $100 (access) for a quick heat pump check is exorbitant. All Pro still gets four stars for service, but withholding the fifth for the access fee.

She has had to call the company out for service multiple times throughout the year. Most recently, we discovered water leaking into her basement, damaging her storage area and adjoining gym. All Pro sent someone out who claimed it was a simple clog and said it was fixed--but the same day, water was still leaking. She called again, and they said they'd send someone else to reassess. At the same time, we brought in another HVAC company for a second opinion. That company found that All Pro did not install the unit correctly, causing serious issues including compressor strain and a setup that promotes water leaks. Despite informing All Pro of this assessment and reminding them that my mother purchased a warranty, they have made no effort to fix or take responsibility for the faulty installation. To make matters worse, the technician who came Tuesday turned off the AC without telling us, and my mother has been without air conditioning all week in the middle of summer. No follow-up. No manager has called us back, despite multiple promises. We've been ghosted. This level of negligence is unacceptable--especially from a company that should be standing by its work and honoring its warranty. If you value proper installation, customer service, and accountability, please think twice before using All Pro Services. We are now exploring other remedies due to their refusal to address their mistakes.
