Second time I had them come out because my AC was freezing over and wasn't cooling the house. I paid the guy $375 for cleaning the outside unit and for coming out, but it was still hot in the house. After spending a few hours trying to figure it out, they said the problem was that different parts of the system were not compatible. They recommended replacing the whole HVAC system including the heater ($6500) or at least the coils ($2000).
