Considering the significant investment I've made and the service expectations outlined during the sales process and in the agreement, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. Clear communication, confirmed appointment times, and follow through should be standard, not something the customer has to chase down. I do want to recognize Brandon because he has been great when it comes to the actual service. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough while at my home. My frustration is not with him. It's with the overall communication and scheduling process. I simply wish the communication from the office was as proactive and reliable as the service Brandon provides. He and Jose set traps, thoroughly inspected the property, and sealed all potential entry points around the garage and the entire house using wire mesh and foam. He also checked the attic and placed traps there as a precaution. After we emptied the garage, he returned to vacuum and disinfect all the affected areas. More recently, when we uncovered another area that needed attention, he promptly came back to clean and disinfect it as well. Jesus is extremely thorough, professional, reliable, and has a wonderful attitude and sense of humor, making an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. Called about a darling little orphaned baby raccoon in our vent. After speaking with Chris, he explained he was about 4-5 days out on the schedule. I asked for advice on catching it and Chris was super informative. We caught the adorable raccoon and took him to the wildlife center on old katy road. Thank you Chris!!!!!
