This is the place T or C has been needing for years. Right Downtown open late(ish) fun and affordable. A fine selection of beers , ciders and even a craft sod water brewed on premise and from around NM. Live music the night I was there and it looks like most nights at least on weekend. Been coming to the butte for years and kept seeing the sign for T or C brewery, we finally stoped to have a beer and loved it! Great selection and never disappointed. Definitely recommend the truth serum, shit does exactly as it states. A bottle of that and you'll be trying to find your dick in the dirt. read more

A wonderful place for great craft beer and friendly interactions. This place has truly found its stride over the past few years with an ever expanding beer menu and knowledgeable staff. Lee and Chaz are always excellent and tend to be the best at what they do, but all of the staff is always friendly and polite. The front patio is a nice place to take in Broadway and the live music brings much needed life to the quite town. Stop in and enjoy a cold one! read more

I am normally an IPA-drinker, but I drank the Green Chile Amber all weekend here. It is genuinely tasty! If they bottled, I would surely have brought some home. I like that they have games available, and the space is nice and open. One of the nights we were visiting there was live music and the bar was quite full of locals dancing and drinking - a great atmosphere. You can also have the food truck out back deliver you food inside. The women's bathroom had a cool alien-mystery art installation in it, too. read more

I'm not a brewery girl. Just not my thing. That said, I really liked this place. The Irish Red was delicious, my dude loved the Stout. I always go on about how much I love the water in T or C but not to expect for there to be anything else to do. It was nice to find a little liveliness with a welcoming staff in between our evening soaks! The food truck out back offering table service was pretty delicious as well. read more

It's hot in the desert and what's better than a cold beer? The service was lacking here. We sat at a table and they don't offer table service. One bartender on a busy spring break day, made service slow. He took a minute to help me when I was up at the bar and I didn't hear him call me when my order was ready. It's the only place like this in the town though, so they probably don't have to be on top of it. He was very friendly and I appreciated that. The beer was really good! Being from Colorado, I'm pretty spoiled with our world renowned microbreweries, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a flight of six choices and enjoyed them all! Super cool vibe! There is a really great mix of people and it's super comfortable. All of the tables were full but it didn't feel cramped or crowded. The bartenders are so proud of the beers they make and were giving out samples. Pepe the mule, Choco raspberry porter, and the imperial brown were delicious. One of the best breweries I've ever been to! Got a flight and every single brew was delicious and full of flavor. Hard to pick a favorite but the Dunkel and Festbier were probably at the top of my list. Unfortunately no food, except for the free pretzels. Staff were friendly, and vibe was pretty chill. Sat outside at the patio under the mister on a hot afternoon. The place was lively with a friendly hometown vibe. We ordered delicious Apricot Ale, and had some great food sent over from Lattitude 33, (Asian fusion). This place is going to reinvent the downtown TorC area, because both locals and visitors are loving. There was even some live entertainment already going in the afternoon when we came in. The service is wonderful, the choice of made in house beers are great for any taste. The entertainment is wonderful, the environment is friendly you can even let your children sit with you they have a collection of games to play. The often do community projects such as Octoberfest, trivia night, they had a casino night last year. Wonderful must see. read more

If it were possible to review just the beer and the food truck, this would be a great rating. However, the service must be considered, dropping the review down at least two notches. We don't live in T or C but stopped into the Brewery about 7:15 or so on Friday, March 22nd, for food and beer. The place was fairly full, and the three of us sat at a table close to the door, and to the bar as well. Though the table tent described the food truck menu and also said "Table Service," no one even looked at us for 15 minutes. My daughter finally got up and went to the end of the bar to get the bartender's attention and ask how we would order, but she was ignored for another 5 minutes. She then went to he cashier, who told her she ordered the beer at the bar and the food directly from the food truck in back. Food truck service was very good and the staff there was very helpful and friendly. Not likely we would make a return visit after the service, or lack thereof, by the bartenders. It wouldn't be difficult to make a sign to post near or on the door saying, "please place your order at the bar." read more
