They serve Vietnamese sandwiches and boba drinks -- certainly convenient for quick "grab and go" lunches. There are a few seating areas if you want to hang out before you hit the road again. I ordered the Shredded Chicken Sandwich and a Jasmine Milk Tea. Both were fine but did not "wow" me enough for me to go out of my way to return. We came here after eating pho and have been passing it on the street for months. This store looks very trendy and we were excited to try it out! The vibe of the store made it seem like a good place to hang out with friends. There is a spacious lounge area. The service wasn't the best. There was decent selection of milk tea to choose from, and they have options I don't usually see in shops like chrysanthemum tea and matcha cheese foam. I played it safe and got a jasmine milk tea with pearls and my brother got the oolong. My milk tea tasted water down and it was definitely not that good compared to others that I have had. My first impression walking in is that this place is clean and visually appealing. Who ever was the interior designer for this gets a high five. It's extremely stuffy in the store though. There needs to be more ventilation bc I could barely breath. I tried the Thai tea and the mango milk tea (I think it was black tea? Not sure but it was the special for the day so I chose it). Thai tea was average. Nothing special. But if you stumbled upon this place while waiting to get seated next door at boiling crab, I would highly suggest the mango milk tea. So yummmy. The boba balls itself were way too soft for me. It reminded me of loogie.... I'm assuming this is a new place because I ordered two drinks and they were literally SO slow. It took approximately 15 minutes to get my drinks out and it wasn't even a long line. At least customer service was nice. Stopped by this place because my daughter was having a haircut next door. Apparently thier specialty is coco milk drink with green tea jelly. I thought it's gonna be weird if it really is 100% real coconut milk but I think it's just coconut flavored-milk so it's pretty good. However if you see my picture, the coco milk drink (on the left) is missing about 1cm compared to the strawberry green tea drink (which was still too sweet even with half sugar, might be the lychee jelly too). I asked the guy if maybe the drink might have spilled or maybe my cup was leaking. The guy said it's because I asked for less ice. I definitely don't buy the logic because I asked for both drinks to have less ice but why is it only the coco milk that shows up as half full. I was too lazy to make my case so I'll just warn other Yelpers in this review. The lady at the counter is not very friendly. We asked where the bathroom is, and she pointed to her right (empty wall). I thought maybe she was maybe pointing outside the store so I went out but apparently she's pointing at the key for the bathroom. Another day another boba spot. I just went to the gym but this neighboring tea spot was calling my name. Tra means tea in Vietnamese but this place sells more than just tea. Half their menu was Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi). I had the Assam black milk tea for under $4. Assam tea is a maltier tasting black tea. It was good and not too sweet (after I asked for it to be very slightly sweetened). They have lots of topping options that include aloe, grass jelly, pudding (it did not specify what kind but it looked like egg), fruit bits, yogurt popping boba, green tea jelly and others. The interior has a couple of couches and a few tables. It's decorated for Christmas now with a Christmas tree. They take credit card unlike some of the neighboring businesses. My friend ordered a black milk tea but they forgot the milk so make sure you emphasize the word milk when you order. read more

Well I finally got to try their tea.. at first I wanted to order a black tea with matcha crema with no topping but the cashier started talking to her workers something in Vietnamese, she then turned to me and told me it's better with oolong tea; I took her advice and it's actually turned out better than I expected. I gave them three stars because my friend ordered an oolong winter melon because he saw on their menu; he thought that it comes with grass jelly since the picture shows that it comes with grass jelly but the cashier charged him 50 cents extra for it. I don't know but that's kind of misleading.. then I noticed on the menu that they charge 50 cents for each toppings. I don't know about you but I wouldn't spend that much on milk tea.. First off, I had no clue that they combined thien huong with this boba place until I walked in. Upon ordering I was a bit overwhelmed since the menu was a bit confusing but after looking at it a bit I got the gist of it. I ordered 3 drinks, taro milk, jasmine green tea & a lychee black tea. They all had boba except the jasmine I added egg pudding along with it. Service was good except for the girl totally ignoring me after I walked up to get my order, I asked for a bag but either she didn't here me or idk but thankfullyan older lady, I think she may have been the owner saw what happened and apologized and gave me a bag & kind of pulled the girl to the side and told her to always ask if the customer needed a bag. She encouraged me to try the sandwiches and their other top selling drink, passion fruit green tea (one of my usual faves). I ordered the number 1 banh mi (grilled pork) and I really enjoyed it! The bread was super soft, the meat and veggies, extremely fresh and well-assembled. The drinks are customizable and the ingredients are good quality. I'm definitely coming back! Got lost looking for Starbucks, and I don't think I've ever been so glad! I got the Vietnamese coffee and it is excellent! My daughter got the plain black tea with milk and sugar. It is a tad sweet but very very tasty. They have an extensive menu with lots of different choices. If we lived closer we would definitely be back to experience more of the beverages and the extensive lunch menu. Their sandwiches all look fantastic! So when I ordered the strawberry with lychee jelly, it literally just taste like water with strawberry syrup with lychee jelly. If anyone ever had those 1 gallon Minute Maid you get at the grocery store and then just watered it down, that's what it taste like. Since they've been open i've been so in love with Cocomilk. My boyfriend bought it and told me it tasted exactly like the Mexican coconut ice-cream bar and he was so right!
