Brought a trailer to them and told them what needing to be done (roof needed a solution besides…read moresilicone) and it needed the paint re done. We were under the impression that if we took everything off that we could to help the process the price would go down (and we took EVERYTHING off of it off and latches and hinges etc) we could take the feet of the ramp off as this would have damaged the door since they needed them to deal with the inside of it and after seeing The time that we took to take everything off they had the nerve to not only not take them off but they didn't even tape around them so they over sprayed. they Didnt silicone our trailer very well in some spots so it's already showing rust when it gets wet and the roof of it wasn't done properly for the seams like we had mentioned to them. Their solution was for us to fix their mistakes when we WAY over paid for what they did. We wont be going back and hoping we can fix the trailer so all of our money doesn't go out the window that we had to get a loan for to begin with. It's been a nightmare and has caused us so much stress.

Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

Wheels were repaired and ready within 24 hours, as promised. Bill and Dan were friendly, responsive and professional and I was very pleased with the work. Amazing service and turnaround time…read more I have Apex 5S-VRS wheels and two of them got a nasty curb rash from a pothole. These guys answered my call and quote immediately. Upon dropping off the wheels, I was met with a very friendly individual who was honest and straightforward. I dropped my wheels off and the next day they're ready as if they've never been damaged. Pricing was very fair for these wheels, since they're forged and brushed, at $185 per wheel. Absolutely glad these guys are around. From damaging my wheel Saturday to having them repaired by Tuesday is a true blessing from the Lord. 5/5
