Went while back in town visiting the rents. They always order take out/delivery from there, so I'm sure I've had it countless times before. They were able to get a table for ten of us which was nice. Unfortunately, our orders got a bit messed up and the overall ambience looks like an old Chinese restaurant. They have a buffet for both lunch and dinner. Everyone loved the food. The potstickers were decent, but the Singapore Noodles were fantastic. My brother-in-law was very excited to go here as he's spent months in China and lives in Chicago and claims their Singapore Noodles the best he's encountered. I've been here a bunch and I have never been disappointed. I work in the area and a group of us will often order lunch and have it delivered. It always arrives quickly and piping hot. There is never a sad face at our table. The amount you get is huge and the food is better than most. I have also had the dine-in lunch buffet here many times. Although the buffet offerings are always the same and quite limited, what they do put out is very satisfying. I would recommend ordering off the menu if you are in a huge hurry. Our waitress at lunch is always very friendly and happy to tells us about her most recent trip home to China, very interesting. Head down Packard Ave and look for the IHOP A-frame building with the Chinese dragon out front. You can't miss it! read more

We ordered delivery for lunch a few days ago it was fairly cheap but so was the quality actually I could say it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had bland flavorless the chicken was nasty cheap quality in the batter even the sweet and sour sauce had no flavor the pan noodles were flavorless unless extra grease was the flavor they were going for...it was weird and to top it off no egg roll on a lunch special since when? It's pretty bad when you want to cook something else instead of eating the delivery...just gross we will never be ordering from this place again..looking back we think they just boxed up some of the left over buffet crap for delivery.. read more

Not good. Even if you like greasy Chinese takeout, this place does not suffice. Over-cooked fried rice, greasy & tough sesame chicken, even the egg drop soup tasted stale. The only redeeming thing was very friendly, prompt staff. read more

Ordered Chicken Fried Rice, flavor unremarkable, an abundance of fat and gristle on very small pieces of meat. Dish lacked vegetables, no water chestnut, no peas, no carrots, no egg. The experience was disappointing. read more

This place doesn't seem to be very busy but I have been there once and liked the food. I had buffet for $7.95 and my wife ordered from the menu. The buffet bar containers were almost empty, that was little odd. But it was sufficient for me, and nobody else came in to dine the whole time we were there. Stopped in last week to try the lunch buffet. I met a friend and we arrived at 2:00 pm, the lunch buffet prices changed at 2:30. We went up to the buffet, and most of the food was empty, or old and dried out. One of the gals came over and said they were making fresh food. Only one item came out in the next 15 minutes. Everything tasted over cooked, and we called our waitress over. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said he couldn't talk to us. So we had a few bites of the old food, and chose not to eat until they brought out something edible. As we were patiently waiting, the waitress brings over bill, and charges us the dinner buffet price instead of the lunch price. Mind you, its just past 2:30 at this point. I told the waitress this is wrong, and in her broken English she said, "you pay now". Maybe they were having a bad day, but paying for a few sips of tea and a couple bites of old food is hardly worth 33.00. Top it off the attitude of the waitress once we complained, I would NEVER return to this establishment. Do yourself a favor, and try a different place. read more

Everything was horrible. I ordered online and their prices were a little high for what I got. They didn't bring the food. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called them to find out what was going on. They said the food JUST went out and I'd be getting it any minute. 45 minutes pass. I call them back asking what's going on. They said, "Oh, we are just so busy, but your food went out just a couple minutes ago. Maybe the driver had too many deliveries." I said, "so is it going to be cold?" "Oh, no! Haha, it's going to be hot." "Look, my daughter needs to get to sleep in 10 minutes. We're going to have to find something else for her to eat." - Just then, the driver pulls up, swerves around the block, zigzagging and doing a full 270 degree turn in a busy thoroughfare. I get the food from him, without any discount or offer to fix the situation. The food was lukewarm and soggy from sitting at least half an hour in the sauces, they forgot a container of rice, the food was almost unpalletable, and after feeding one adult and one 4-year-old, the food was of such poor quality, the rest of the $40 is now in the trash. I wish I could get back the time and money wasted on such a poor experience. read more

I have eaten here off and on over the last several years. Good service level, although the Asian speech accent has had varying effects on friends and family members. I am used to broken English being a bonus, so its a non-issue for me. They were very tolerant of my son who was misbehaving when we dined in. A 2 year old at a restaurant I learn was never a good idea. Fast and proper service. I have never had to ask the staff to fix an order -- done right the first time every time thus far. Now I can't say the food is from a 5-Star restaurant -- because they arent that. But if you want a reasonably priced good meal, this is a great option, especially for Chinese cuisine. read more

My experience here was downright sickening. I ordered the crab Rangoon for an appetizer. They were fried solid and the stuffing was congealed and dropped out freely once I had broken the fry hardened shell. This rubbery formation that reminded me of cream cheese that has sat out on the counter for a few days was edible, but tasteless. I spooned some of the "sweet and sour" sauce provided in a slightly opaque covered jar that had been sitting at my table when I arrived on the next Rangoon I attempted to eat. I want to note now that there was something, off, even dodgy about that sauce. The table provided sauce was a translucent like runny strawberry jam, complete with some sort of granules giving it texture. It tasted less like strawberry jam, and more like synthetic berry flavoring and sand. I resisted my urge to sweep this affront to my palette from the table. Based on the reviews I had read about this place, on Yelp no less, I was surprised I was eating something that tasted like it had come from a Cudahy gutter. I ordered the Governor's chicken. The menu boasted white meat crisped and tossed in a house sweet and sour sauce, of which I could choose the level of heat to my personal preference. What I got was either over fried chicken destroyed purposefully in some strange revenge plot for my having enjoyed the movie "the Last Samurai" several years prior (Which I have already apologized for, I was dating an Asian girl at the time and doing some heavy drinking, needless to say it was a dark time in my life) or poultry flavored wood crisped to the point of splintering easily, tossed in non-descript seasoned syrup. I don't know which scenario is worse to consider, but the food was atrocious. A previous review called this the best Chinese around, and then had a winky face emoticon appending the statement. I want to assume this was a joke carried out by a troll (not just a woman with the face of a ghastly fairytale troll), if it wasn't some elaborate joke, and this really is the best Chinese around, I'm moving far, far away from this place, and will need therapy. Not terrible, but not great, either. Just, meh. When I lived in the area, there was a shortage of Chinese places to go, so we came here often, after having a bad experience across the street at IQ Buffet. The buffet is small, but tolerable, and the inside is kinda cool, even though it's decorated super cheesy. If I were at home and craving Chinese, I'd probably come back and get some greasy goodness :). read more

The food was in edible! Crab Rangoon was nothing but a piece of fried dough with nothing inside of it! Sweet and sour chicken was incredibly dry and stringy! Took over an hour and 15 minutes to deliver my order and I am across the street! Way too expensive for the crap I got! read more

I give this 1 star. Just left the lunch buffet like 30 minute ago and 15 minutes into my meal with my family I look up and they was a daddy long leg clawing on the wall next to us. I tell the waitress she gets the owner and comes over and smashes the bug in his bare hands. We looked at each other put on our coats and left. I ordered yesterday the chef's special, chicken fried rice, x4 egg rolls and hot and sour soup. As of today, my girlfriend and i are feeling sick. For the area this is the best Chinese buffet around. We tried them all with in a 30 mile radius of 53207. Well at least all that google found. The Crab Rangoo is not the best by any means but everything else is very good. The nice thing about this place is that they make small batches and you know everything is FRESH! You can tell how fresh it is by checking out the red teriyaki chicken. If it is deep red and tough, it usually means it has been sitting for a while or it is the batch from the day before. The chicken here is never dry. Besides this place has been open for as long as I can remember. read more

Used the online ordering system, entered in my address and the site told me the minimum order was $12 with a $3.50 delivery fee. I placed my order which met those requirements and then received a call saying they would not deliver my order and that the minimum order was $20. I asked why, no explanation, told them they might want to change the website they basically told me not to use the online ordering and to call in the order. Very frustrating. read more
